I'm trying to test config for deep links, in expo documentation I found next line
Development in Expo Go: exp://127.0.0.1:19000/--/path/into/app?hello=world, but as soon as I try to run npx uri-scheme open exp://127.0.0.1:19000/--/path/into/app?hello=world --ios I have an error no matches found: exp://127.0.0.1:19000/--/path/into/app?hello=world, as soon as I remove query string it works.
Is there any idea what I'm doing wrong?
Didn't find any answers in the official documentation.
I found escaping ? character solves this issue.
# Add `\` before `?`
# Replace `127.0.0.1:19000` with your host.
npx uri-scheme open exp://127.0.0.1:19000/--/path/into/app\?hello=world --ios
This works on iOS simulator only. No luck with Expo Go app.

I just update my google cloud SDK on windows 10 (gcloud components update).
After the update the gcloud command stop working.
All I get is (for example : gcloud -h):
PATH\lib\gcloud.py" -h" was unexpected at this time.
I try to re-install but it didn't help:(
As noted in the other answers, this is a bug with the 274.0.0 version of gcloud. Another report of this issue actually identifies where the bug is and offers this fix:
If you are stuck and need an immediate solution, here's a workaround that will move you forward, but you should reinstall the Cloud SDK from scratch when a fix is ready.
Open C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Cloud SDK\google-cloud-sdk-bin\gcloud.cmd in your editor
Near line 170, change ) ELSE ( to be just )
Remove the ) on the last line in the file.
That should get you working in the short term (albeit with an extraneous error message every time you run a command). After getting it working you can revert to version 273.0.0 (so that you stop getting the error message and aren't using a modified version) using:
gcloud components update --version=273.0.0
This is being tracked in the public bug https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/146458519
We have a patch for two files that are causing these problems. These apply in two cases (both on Windows):
1. A new install fails, or
2. You are unable to run gcloud after performing a components update.
For case # 1, please download the attached file install.bat, and copy it to the location where you have attempted to install gcloud, e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Cloud SDK\google-cloud-sdk. Then run it, e.g.
cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Cloud SDK\google-cloud-sdk
.\install.bat
For both cases #1 and #2, download the attached file gcloud.cmd, and copy it to the bin directory under your gcloud installation, e.g.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Cloud SDK\google-cloud-sdk\bin. When prompted to replace the previous copy, type Yes. This should allow you to run gcloud without being prompted to set CLOUDSDK_PYTHON.
The files are attached in the public bug tracker.
This is a known issue that is being tracked here
After hours of trying to fix it! I found how :)
uninstall google SDK
https://dl.google.com/dl/cloudsdk/channels/rapid/google-cloud-sdk.zip
https://cloud.google.com/sdk/docs/downloads-interactive#interactive_installation
This fix the bug.
After that I had new bug in pyCharm GAE:
ImportError: No module named _subprocess
I fix this with the solution here:
Error importing built-in module "_subprocess" using Google Cloud Platform's Local Development Server
Hope this helps and saves a lot of trouble for you guys :)
I solved this problem. I got the same error message.
My Env: gcloud v274.0.0, Windows 7
First, I re-installed Google SDK, and changed my path to \Google\CloudSDK\.
Second, I got this message
"\Google\CloudSDK\google-cloud-sdk\bin..\lib\gcloud.py" init" was unexpected at this time."
So I tried to use cd command to specific directory where gcloud.py is exist.
Finally, I found the path: \Google\CloudSDK\google-cloud-sdk\lib, and it works.
Hope it can help you, too.
The problem, or rather bug within the installer, is that you are using a directory that contains spaces within it. At some point of the script the space causes the command to be split up incorrectly, causing the error.
I had the same message and fixed it by re-installing the Google Cloud SDK in a directory without spaces (c:\Google\CloudSDK)
I am new to pycharm and I am having trouble to run a simple file which is just to import pandas. I am having following issues:
Whenever, I open the project, "Scanning files to index" takes
forever.
I can see that in indexing, it is using packages/files from
Anaconda2 and that is why it takes forever for my program to run.
I have already tried to make certain folder "Excluded" as described here PyCharm 4.0.5 hangs on 'scanning files to index' background task
I have also deleted the "Caches" folder as described here Intelli J IDEA takes forever to update indices
Pycharm Layout
Pycharm indexes your python environment as well as your project folders. This is normal when first changing either of these. If it occurs more frequently:
View the end of the log that #Pavel mentioned in Help | Show Log in Explorer.
Replicate the command that is stalling the scan and fix any errors.
In my case the package scanning stalled with a vague [y/N] as shown
here. Searching the log I found the following conda.exe command:
Command line: C:\Users\<User>\anaconda3\Scripts\conda.exe list -p C:/Users/<User>/anaconda3/envs/py38 -e
Running this on the command line gave me a more detailed description of my environment error and how to fix it.
My tensorflow is installed on ubuntu 16.04 and also generates log files, but when running tensorboard there is nothing on Google Chrome. There was no error on the command line.
This error only appears on Google Chrome. What can I do to display it properly?

It's possible you're using Chrome version 49 or earlier: https://caniuse.com/#search=object.value
I mailed out tensorflow/tensorboard#1089 to solve this problem. Please note there might be other things in our codebase that are incompatible with old browsers. I'd like to improve this situation. Please email jart#google.com if you encounter similar problems.
It especially helps if you can send a screenshot of the code in question. For example, if Chrome says JavaScript broke on line 48238, you can run wget -O index.html http://localhost:6006/ and nano +48238 index.html so you can take a screenshot of the code in question. (Note: This will get easier in the future.)
I am getting an error while trying to generate a signed apk for my ionic application. I followed the steps from https://developer.android.com/studio/publish/app-signing.html.
Below is the error image:
Can someone tell the root cause behind this error.
I had this issue literally yesterday. I believe there has been an update to Google Messaging Service (GMS). Are you using the plugin Background Geolocation cordova-background-geolocation OR PushWoosh plugin (pushwoosh-cordova-plugin)?
I have not received a permanent fix (I believe the guys in charge need to update their plugin), but a temporary fix is to navigate to {projectname}-build.gradle.
You should see a line along the following lines:
dependencies {
compile 'com.google.android.gms:play-services-location:11.+'
compile 'com.squareup.okhttp3:okhttp:3.8.1'
compile 'org.greenrobot:eventbus:3.0.0'
compile(name:'tslocationmanager', ext:'aar')
// logback-android
compile 'org.slf4j:slf4j-api:1.7.21'
compile 'com.github.tony19:logback-android-core:1.1.1-6'
compile('com.github.tony19:logback-android-classic:1.1.1-6') {
exclude group: 'com.google.android', module: 'android'
}
}
Change the top line so instead of 11+, it becomes 11.2.0.
If not, comment which plugins you are using please.
Alternatively
I found a new plugin today which can be used precisely for this, cordova-google-api-version: https://www.npmjs.com/package/cordova-google-api-version.
You can install it by running the following:
cordova plugin add cordova-google-api-version#latest --save
Can someone post some help. I have tried different config but can't run Calabash Android tests from within Rubymine. Works on Terminal though.
Finally found the solution after some trial and error. Here is what you need to do on Rubymine:
EDIT Runner Options and add: APP_PATH= "" and TEST_APP_PATH="" and run the feature file. This should do it.
Thanks,
Method, suggested by Manpreet Singh, uses cucumber as the test runner. Here you need to define APP_PATH and TEST_APP_PATH environmental variables:
APP_PATH will need to be reset if apk file or file name changes (e.g. uploaded a new version of the apk)
TEST_APP_PATH points to the test server file, which is generated by calabash when you try to connect calabash to your new apk for the first time (e.g. with "calabash-android run" or "calabash-android console"), or if previous test server file was deleted
This way it's easier to create a new test using "Right-click on a scenario or feature file > Create configuration" in RubyMine thanks to its robust cucumber support
Another method is, as pointed by Dave, to set up a calabash-android run as a gem executable - see this thread for details.
Need to set apk path only
This way, your execution is the same as in the command line and passing arguments (such as cucumber profile, output options etc) will work for sure. Also, such configuration is less fragile to the test_server change. However, it's a bit more cobersome to setup than as a cucumber run.
After all with the current architecture of calabash, I still prefer to code in IDE but run in the command line :) IDE becomes very useful, when you need to debug tests.
the setting above does not work for me
here is the setting worked. basically, in Run/Debug configureation, need to create a Gem command to execute calabash-android, and correct arguments, not a configure for Cucumber .
