Wildfly 10 Clustering does not work when a project's new release deployed with Infinispan Cache

I have a cluster environment on AWS with Wildfly 10. It consists of two nodes. When 2 exactly same war in two nodes, environment works perfect. But when some changes happens on a project I want to shutdown one of the nodes and try to deploy new version. After that I want to change the other node content. But I get the following error;

WildFly creates a module for every deployment. In order for the new version of your application to be considered the same module as the previous version, you need to ensure that the runtime name of the deployment does not include a version number - as this is used to generate the module name for the deployment.
There are 2 ways to do this:
1. Just remove the version from your archive name - this will allow you to use the file scanner based deployment without issue.
2. Deploy your application via the console/CLI, and specify a consistent runtime name. See: https://docs.jboss.org/author/display/WFLY10/Application+deployment
Care must be taken to preserve serialized form of your cached objects between deployment versions. If serialized form cannot be preserved, you should create an isolated cluster to use with the new deployment version such that the data in the distributed cache stays segregated.

Troubleshooting so far:
I've done a search, specifically for that exception and I get this result - a single google result. In that result that links here it appears that adding specific version pegs for some of the dependencies like this:
nuget FSharp.Formatting 2.8.0
nuget FSharpVSPowerTools.Core 1.7.0
It appeared to work for some people but did not work for me. I still get the same exact issue afterwards. Maybe I need to pull dependencies again? I'm unsure.
I'd like to do one of these two possible things:
Resolve the problem. This is of course ideal. :)
Somehow remove the documentation generator for the ProjectScaffold.
Executing the generate.fsx file I get the following result.
adron#ubuntu ~/C/sharpKataStringCalc> fsharpi docs/tools/generate.fsx

I was able to run the document build based on Tomas' recommendations with this command:
fsharpi -d:HELP docs/tools/generate.fsx and fsharpi -d:REFERENCE docs/tools/generate.fsx
...and got the following error:

Stopped due to error
So here is were things got kind of interesting. I put everything back the way it was in the generate.fsx file and did a build. It broke, as I'd suspect with the error above. Then, by happenstance I noticed I needed to upgrade a number of things on Ubuntu 14.04 itself. So I clicked install and started downloading some 600+ MB of patches and updates. That finished, I had to reboot and the fs couldn't be mounted. So I went through a reboot, came into safe mode and let Ubuntu run a package rebuild for everything installed on the operating system. When that finished, I booted back up normally and launched Visual Studio Code and the bash to get back to work resolving this issue.
That's when I did a build and everything passed perfectly. Moral of the story, it appears that Ubuntu 14.04 needs the latest patches as well as insuring the latest mono is installed. It seems there must have been some mono dependency that was necessary for docs generation.
If you want to read more about the issue and what was done to resolve the issue check out this issue on Github: https://github.com/tpetricek/FSharp.Formatting/issues/323

When does Sitecore run the initialize pipeline?

I have been peeking through the Sitecore.Kernel but can't seem to find the place where Sitecore runs the Initialize pipeline. Does it run on every page request or only once on application start? Can you point me to the exact place where the Run method is being called for this pipeline?
update
There reason I ended up asking this question is because I was tracing back, in Sitecore's code, the execution of the mvc.requestBegin pipeline. This is what I found:
the Initialize pipeline runs the InitializeRoutes processor...
Sitecore.Mvc.Pipelines.Loader.InitializeRoutes.Process(PipelineArgs args)
calls...
Sitecore.Mvc.Pipelines.Loader.InitializeRoutes.RegisterRoutes(RouteCollection routes, PipelineArgs args) calls...
Sitecore.Mvc.Pipelines.Loader.InitializeRoutes.SetRouteHandlers(RouteCollection routes, PipelineArgs args) creates new RouteHandlerWrapper objects
here things get a bit fuzzy...
Sitecore.Mvc.Routing.RouteHandlerWrapper.GetHttpHandler(RequestContext requestContext) returns (IHttpHandler) new RouteHttpHandler
and then, finally...
Sitecore.Mvc.Routing.RouteHttpHandler.ProcessRequest(HttpContext context) calls...
Sitecore.Mvc.Routing.RouteHttpHandler.BeginRequest() runs mvc.requestBegin pipeline
I decided to try adding some debugging to a clean installation of Sitecore 7.2.
I created the following simple class:
using Sitecore.Diagnostics;
using Sitecore.Pipelines;
using System;
using System.Collections.Generic;
using System.Diagnostics;
using System.Linq;
using System.Web;
namespace SCMVC72.Pipelines
{
public class DebugStackTrace
{
public void Process(PipelineArgs args)
{
StackTrace st = new StackTrace();
Log.Info(string.Empty, (object)this);
Log.Info("*********************************************************************", (object)this);
Log.Info("Debug StackTrace", (object)this);
Log.Info(st.ToString(), (object)this);
Log.Info("*********************************************************************", (object)this);
}
}
}
And the I added the following config file in the App_Config\Include folder:
<configuration xmlns:patch="http://www.sitecore.net/xmlconfig/">
<sitecore>
<pipelines>
<initialize>
<processor type="SCMVC72.Pipelines.DebugStackTrace, SCMVC72"
patch:before="processor[#type='Sitecore.Pipelines.Loader.ShowVersion, Sitecore.Kernel']" />
</initialize>
</pipelines>
</sitecore>
</configuration>
On application restart, This is the output I got in the logs:

This confirms what HRH John West said when he wrote that "this happens in one of the obfuscated assemblies" - Sitecore.Nexus, to be more precise.
There is a SetActiveSite method in the Sitecore.Context class. This runs the Intialize pipeline, and there are a few places from which the method is called.
JobRunner.InitalizeContext
MediaCreator.SetContext
MediaRequestHandler.RedirectIfUserShouldBeLoggedIn
WebDavMediaRequestHandler.ProcessRequest
So it appears to be linked with initialization of a context, and therefore not just at the beginning of the application.
For information, I found this by searching for "Initalize" (with the quotes included), which found this:
CorePipeline.Run("initialize", new PipelineArgs());

MonoDroid EndpointNotFoundException

I'm calling a web service using client code that I generated using Microsoft's slsvcutil. No matter what call I make, I'm getting an EndpointNotFoundException. Stack trace is below. The service is running on my local machine. I'm able to successfully make identical calls from a MonoTouch application using the same generated client code and the same web service.
I'm running
Mono for Android 4.2.6
Monotouch 5.9.9.4
Mono 2.10.9
Anyone else seeing this?

This appears to have been the result of a networking configuration.
The difference that seems to have allowed the MonoTouch application to work where Android did not was that I had the Android application running on a device (connecting to the web service over the network) where the MonoTouch application was running from a simulator on the same machine as the web service.
