Yesterday I install opencart on my server. After install I added some product and change country & zone. When customer completed their order I got an email notification but I can not view and edit order from admin panel. Please give me the solution.
This problem occurred for hosting problem.
I had this particular issue. Once an order is created, I, the Admin, couldn't edit the order. It's not a bug or anything. It's a security update which opencart implemented via user/api, and is called during several operations on site, ie Order Additions, Deletions or Modifications.
For it to work for you, ask your host to disable mod_security for urls with "admin", or urls containing your IP Address, or check if your htaccess can overide and disable it from there.
You can also exclude per request/method type 'POST' or 'GET'.
Please note, Latest mod_sec is mod_security2
Guess am happy after I found out the real issue.

2) My website home page icons change into some encrypted boxes whenever some body visit my website first time later on user go in and visit some other pages and revisit the website home page, icons looks fine ,i refer so many links, even try to make changes in .htaccess file as well but nothing works,is there any way that i can fix it,i am providing my website site link,if you want because this issue never comes on local server, enter image description here, enter image description here
First thing that comes to mind is the order states options (system -> settings -> options). What state do the orders get when a payment is cancelled? Is the state unchecked for the 'order ready' states in the options?
This mainly depends on payment extension. Payment extension is responsible of setting correct order_status_id depending from 'error', 'failed', 'not completed' methods.
Sometimes, payment module has incorrect return callback links.
Again, check payment module methods.
within a project I encountered a problem with the Liferay inheritance/propagation. I added 3 pages to the "User private pages" Site template (as child pages of an already existing page, if that matters). I expected, that all users would have these pages available. But in fact, they have not. When opening one of the new pages, it says page not found. I can solve this by manually going to the private pages root page of that user, which seems to activate the propagation which leads to a generation of the new pages.
I wasn't able to find something related on the web. Is this a known bug? Am I just unable to find the correct settings?
Please help.

I recommend using the GIT to set LifeRay Portal to commit ID f5ce41ae4424e47230e7222294559f94656acd22.
This feature is reported to work under that commit ID. I am performing a GIT bisection to replicate this issue on my system, and attempt to fix it by applying the patch I will find at the commit ID captioned above.
When I access my site that's being managed by Sitecore, it's redirecting me and asking for Sitecore credentials. I have no idea why but obviously the main site should be viewable to public without needing creds.
Thanks.
This could be from your sitecore cookie still in page editor mode, To fix this add this query string to your URL:
?sc_mode=normal
This will update your cookie and no reddirect to login anymore
Assuming that you have a combined CM/CD environment and that this is specific to your computer or other authors' computers, it is likely that Sitecore is picking up on the fact that you were using the Page Editor in a previous session. When you are using Page Editor Sitecore will drop a cookie called website#sc_mode and set it to "edit". If you return to the page with that cookie set it will push you to the Login Page as it things you are attempting to edit that page.
To resolve this try clearing your cookies or using a browser in Incognito mode/Private Browsing.
If this is happening to other users I would suggest following Martijn's advice in the other Answer and checking your site definition.
Check your site definitions in the web.config and/or the sites.config in the /app_config/include/ folder. Most of the times there is some misconfiguration there.
Check the security roles set on your site pages. If for some reason access has been denied to the 'extranet/anonymous' user you won't be able to browse without being authenticated.
i am very beginner in web development and making my first project website. please help me i want to make a website in joomla 2.5. i want to use a login page to enter into the website because for the moment i want keep everything behind the door. only users with password will enter into the site. i tried to search on the below link but could not succeed.
http://docs.joomla.org/Screen.menus.edit.15#Internal_Link_-_User
please anyone help me.
alot of thanks in Advance)))
you can get this working by setting up access level of all your menu items as registered. Except the one you want to use for login page.
I would not recommend setting up access levels on your menu at this stage of building your site.
If all you're trying to achieve is that everyone has to have a username and password to get to the site, I would use folder security through your hosting control panel(CPANEL or PLESK probably).
Setting up Folder security here will mean users have to login to get to the site but the site can be built as if it were public.
Setting menu security in Joomla can lead to confusing beginner experience when items don't show and you can't figure out why.
I should first note that I am a newbie in python/django applications but I am trying hard to learn :)
I am working/experimenting on a django project that supports login through openid providers. So I was able to login through my google account with no problems.
Recently, I decided to change the url of my site but at the same time I kept the current database because I dont want to lose my data, users etc. After that point, I am not able to login to the application. This is the following scenario that happens all the time:
Try to login to my site
Site doesn't remember me and I am redirected to google server
I fill my credentials in google server
I am redirected to my site that complains that the user already exists
So, I don't know how to manage with this problem. Is there any workaround or a hack that I can do to my database that will solve this problem? When I browse to my database I find several tables that may be related:
django_authopenid_association, django_authopenid_nonce, django_authopenid_userassociation,django_authopenid_userpasswordqueu
One of the tables in my database (django_authopenid_association) contains the following data. Do you believe that If I reset anything there is going to help?
If you have any good advices/tips are more than welcome.
Thanx
I found a solution/temp hack that worked for me. Of course, this doesn't imply that my solution is the optimal nor that I recommend this to anyone else.
What I did is to create a second account to my application using the same gmail account but having different user name. Then, I edit the new entry in the django_authopenid_association table, copy paste the openid_url value and use it for my old user (database entry 1 in the screenshot of my question).
After that, since I was able to login with my old user, I delete from the database the new user and everything seems to work smoothly until now.
