I am trying to upload dist folder in GCS private bucket and trying to access javascript file using load balancer facing access denied error
can any one help how to access a file in private bucket other than https://storage.cloud.google.com/ this url any other way, without adding allUsers or allAuthenticatedUsers
I had tried configuring load balancer and given the backend bucket
and also added Network Admin, Storage Admin role

I have created a static website in an S3 bucket AWS. I have created two files in bucket one in index.html and 2nd is error.html. When I open index.html and click on object URL in AWS it gives below error:

I have checked every possible solution but nothing works. My bucket has public access like below my bucket name it is written in red Publicly accessible. But still I could not find what is issue.
I created an IAM role that gives full access to the S3 Bucket and attached it to the EC2 instance. However, I am unable to view the image when I try to view it from the EC2 hosted website. I keep getting a 403 Forbidden code.

The URL you are using to access the object does not appear to include any security information (bucket.s3.amazonaws.com/cat1.jpg). Thus, it is simply an 'anonymous' request to S3, and since the object is private, S3 will deny the request.
The mere fact that the request is being sent from an Amazon EC2 instance that has been assigned an IAM Role is not sufficient to obtain access to the object via an anonymous URL.
To allow a browser to access a private Amazon S3 object, your application should generate an Amazon S3 pre-signed URLs. This is a time-limited URL that includes security information that identifies you as the requester and includes a signature that permits access to the private object.
Alternatively, code running on the instance can use an AWS SDK to make an API call to S3 to access the object (eg GetObject()). This will succeed because the AWS SDK will use the credentials provided by the IAM Role.
I have installed nginx with kaltura-nginx-vod module on EC2. I would like to set up private remote read-only mode to my s3 bucket via http. Example of the desired nginx configuration:

I tried to create Access Point to my s3. In the settings I had pointed Access option to my VPC, but cURL returned 403 from EC2 when I tried to get some object from s3 by http url.
Also I had created IAM role with read-only S3 access and assign to my EC2, but result was same - 403.
How to set up private http-access from EC2 to s3 bucket via virtual private amazon network in same region?
This does not work because you can't access objects based on their URL, unless they are public. Since you've assigned IAM role to the EC2 instance you have to make signed http request to the object using the object's url with EC2 instance role credentials.
So either have to construct the valid signature yourself, or simply use AWS SDK, such as boto3 for python, to do this for you. By looking at the kaltura-nginx-vod description it does not seem to be making any signed requests to S3 on your behalf.
I stored Firebase Admin SDK credential into elastic beanstalk env from amazon S3 on app's deployment according to the official AWS doc.

When Firebase Admin SDK tries to access the key it raises error.

How can I setup make it work?
You need to perform 2 steps:
.ebextensions/privatekey.config as described in your doc url. You can check the beanstalk logs (of cfn-init logs if you can SSH) to verify if the .ebextensions script is executed correctly
The beanstalk should be able to access the S3 bucket where the keys are stored.
Point 2 in more detail:
The instance profile assigned to your environment's EC2 instances must have permission to read the key object from the specified bucket. Verify that the instance profile has permission to read the object in IAM, and that the permissions on the bucket and object do not prohibit the instance profile. You can test this by SSH'n inside the EC2 which belongs to the Beanstalk environment and execute: aws s3 ls s3://your-bucket/with-key. After that you can try to download the key. This is exactly the same what your ebextensions scripts tries to do. The ebextensions script will fail if it's not allowed to.

My issue is, the java code of my web app when run in my local laptop, it uploads image to S3.

But when I deploy my web app to Elastic Beanstalk, it doesn't successfully upload images to S3 object.
So Should I programmatically code S3 bucket policy again in my Java Code?

Your S3 bucket policy is too permissive. You should delete it asap.
Instead of explicitly supply credentials to your Elastic Beanstalk app in code, you should create an IAM role that the Elastic Beanstalk app will assume. That IAM role should have an attached IAM policy that allows appropriate access to your S3 bucket, and to the objects in the bucket.
When testing on your laptop, your app does not need to have credentials in the code. Instead, your app should leverage the fact that the AWS SDK will retrieve credentials for you from the environment that the app is running in. You should use the default credential provider chain.
