Which Sentry SDK should I install for my application? - c++

I currently have an iOS application written in C++/Qt and I want to integrate Sentry in my app. The problem is : I don't know which Sentry SDK I should use between sentry-cocoa and sentry-native.
How should I chose the SDK for my application ?
I tried installing sentry-native but I get this error :
[sentry] DEBUG discarding envelope due to invalid transport.
Does this mean that if I go with the native SDK, I will have to rewrite a transport ?

After some days experimenting, I came to the conclusion that I just needed to install the sentry-cocoa SDK for my application to be working !

expo dev client application doesn't open

I'm trying to use expo-dev-client to add react-native-sms-retriever library to my project because expo doesn't have a library that supports reading sms messages. In expo documentation, it's suggested that I should use expo-dev-client to add custom native code. You can see the documentation here: https://docs.expo.dev/workflow/customizing/#developing-apps-with-custom-native-code
I followed all of the steps in starting guide for expo-dev-client. https://docs.expo.dev/clients/getting-started/
But when I start my app using "expo start --dev-client" and run on android, a white screen is shown for a second and then I'm redirected to expo go application page.
in console, the following 2 lines are written:
› Opening on Android...
› Opening com.droppgroup.masterclean://expo-development-client/?url=http%3A%2F%2F127.0.0.1%3A8081 on LDN_L21
I tried this on real device and 2 other emulators but I got the same result. I reinstalled expo go application and it still doesn't work.
Any suggestions on what I can do to make this work?
The issue may be a problem with Expo config plugins, which configure native code for an Expo project, by configuring Info.plist for example. I am currently experiencing a similar issue, though after scanning the QR code, I am directed to a black screen in my Expo Dev Client which crashes and takes me back to the home page. The Dev Client worked perfected until I ran expo add react-native-bluetooth-classic, since I am trying to access iOS bluetooth APIs. I am currently working on this issue, but I just wanted to point you in the direction of config plugins since the examples Expo gives for customizing your runtime have config plugins registred in the "plugins" property of app.json.
It may be necessary to create your own plugin, though I am unsure.
Please let me know if you come up with any fixes, and so will I.

WebRTC native c++ app as win10 service cannot access video source

I have an webRTC (native c++ -> node.js) app which allows screensharing. I've tried to make a windows service from it for easy permissions elevation as well as simple auto-start. I've managed to rewrite it as service but to simplify my example I'll skip that. Let's just say I've used nssm service wrapper to run my app as service.
Whether I run service as local system or my own user, when it gets to the point where I request system for video sources, webRTC return nullptr.
SourceList* sources;
captureScreen = webrtc::DesktopCapturer::CreateScreenCapturer(options);
captureScreen->GetSourceList(&sources); //Return nullptr!
Exception thrown: read access violation.
sources._Mypair._Myval2._Myfirst was nullptr. occurred
When capturing camera instead of screen everything works fine according to this guy and only relevant thread in whole internet I found.
Is there a bug in webRTC/win10? Is there some kind of workaround I can use in order for this to work?
If you are making web based WebRTC app then i think everthing should work fine.
I don't thing there is bug in either WebRTC and Windows while screen sharing.
Make sure you are using Google Chrome for development. (Just an advice)
Your webapp app has permission for capturing windows.
If your are using Google Chrome then make sure you are running the chrome with command line flag "--enable-usermedia-screen-capturing" e.g. on Windows "Chrome.exe --enable-usermedia-screen-capturing"

Titanium app not opening android N

Appcelerator application is not opening after installation. I tried one android module which was invoked in index.js to check if device datetime was enabled.When i commented this module reference from tiapp.xml, it worked. But i need this module. Please help on this.
Which version of Titanium SDK are you using? If we consider that you are using SDK 6.0 and above, then for Android modules, you need to re-build them with Titanium SDK 6.0 to make it compatible. For this reason if you remove the module it is working fine. Can you rebuild the module using the updated SDK and confirm.
I found the root cause is that Camera,Location,Storage,Calendar permissions are not getting set on app launch. Once i enable them manually via device app settings its working. I tried to set these permissions via example in
http://docs.appcelerator.com/platform/latest/#!/api/Titanium.Android Permissions section but not getting set. Please advise how to set permissions in Android N

Silverlight 5 breaking Silverlight 4 application

I recently installed silverlight 5 and started working on new project based on SL5 version but after installing SL5 all my previous applications built on SL4 are not working and when i run these applications, XAP is getting downloaded and I am getting complete white screen as soon as it completed downloading XAP file and getting "AG_E_UNKNOWN_ERROR".
FYI: Everything works fine when i browse these SL4 based applications (hosted on my system) from a different system having only SL4 plugin.
Is there any known compatibility issue exists with SL4 & SL5 plugins running parallel? Kindly let me know any workarounds for this issue?
Thanks.
If you use Binding to Resource Files
You should update the constructor back to the public.
Also it might be possible that you web services references were broken

How can I get a webservice connection to work from Access 2003 runtime install?

I have an Access 2003 application that communicates with a Webservice to get articles from a central database. It runs fine in a full Access install but when I make runtime install with Package Wizard included in Access 2003 developer extensions, it fails with the error message "429 cannot create an object in the active-x component"
The DLL used for the webservice communication is mssoap30.dll. That dll doesn´t ship with the runtime install and when I try to manually add it to runtime install it is there but when I try to register the DLL it fails with the message:"The register failed reason failed to initiate a DLL" Same result when I put the DLL in the applications folder or in Microsoft shared/Office11. Is there anyone who has made an Access runtime application with web service communication?
If mssoap30.dll is failing to register, that probably means mssoap30.dll itself has dependencies that are missing.
You can download the SOAP Toolkit Installer here:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=ba611554-5943-444c-b53c-c0a450b7013c&DisplayLang=en
It's only 1.4 MB, and it should fix the problem. Depending upon what you're using to build your installer, you should be able to embed the SOAP installer and run it during installation (or else just give both files to your users and tell them to install both - that never killed anybody).
