Foundation site docs have great examples.
The Layouts folder contains a default.html file with the headers in it.
The Pages folder contains your pages with only content - no header stuff there.
If you look in default.html, you will see after the body tag several panini bracketed files to be included in every page including one called body.
I usually create header, menu, and footer files that will show on every page.

I would like to put a warning message using Foundation6.
If it's possible, something like Bootstrap Message :
In the Foundation Docs, we have this : http://foundation.zurb.com/sites/docs/v/5.5.3/components/alert_boxes.html .
But it's not working with me, it's like I missed an import (classes doesn't work).

Have you looked at the Foundation 6 docs? Warning messages are called callouts in Foundation 6 and you add the class callout to the div, together with another class depending on the kind of alert you are going for. For a warning, you'd use:

I am wanting to use Google Adsense with an Ember site I'm working on. However, if I just copy the code block I get from Google I get this error:
