Ember build error: Assertion Failed: [BUG] seen set should be available - ember.js

Trying to update a Rails/Ember app and running into this error:
Template Compiler Error (broccoli-persistent-filter:TemplateCompiler) in ember-basic-dropdown/templates/components/basic-dropdown/content.hbs
Assertion Failed: [BUG] seen set should be available
Googled far and wide, but have not been able to find a fix. The only thing I found was this GitHub issue. Downgrading to 3.20.0 did not solve the issue.
Relevant packages:
"ember-cli": "^3.27.0",
"ember-data": "~3.26.0",

Update ember-power-select to the latest version will fix this issue.

As this is an issue with ember-basic-dropdown, you can use
npm ls ember-basic-dropdown
to find which packages is using it as a dependency (most probably ember-power-select.
Once you find out, update that package and the problem should be resolved.

Metro Bundler fails while trying to resolve module `immer` from redux-toolkit

I'm building a react native app using Expo and Expo Go to test it on an android device. It has been working flawlessly until today. I encoutered an error on one of my components with this kind of error:
Attempt to invoke virtual method 'android.graphics.drawable.Drawable android.graphics.drawable.Drawable$ConstantState.newDrawable(android.content.res.Resources)' on a null object reference
Solution seemed to me to clear cache yarn cache clean. I also cleared cache on the Expo Go app. But this led me to Metro Bundler failing with this error:
Android Bundling failed 1279ms
While trying to resolve module `immer` from file `H:\my_project\app\node_modules\#reduxjs\toolkit\dist\redux-toolkit.cjs.production.min.js`, the package `H:\my_project\app\node_modules\immer\package.json` was successfully found. However, this package itself specifies a `main` module field that could not be resolved (`H:\my_project\app\node_modules\immer\dist\immer.esm.mjs`. Indeed, none of these files exist:
* H:\my_project\app\node_modules\immer\dist\immer.esm.mjs(.native|.android.ts|.native.ts|.ts|.android.tsx|.native.tsx|.tsx|.android.js|.native.js|.js|.android.jsx|.native.jsx|.jsx|.android.json|.native.json|.json)
* H:\my_project\app\node_modules\immer\dist\immer.esm.mjs\index(.native|.android.ts|.native.ts|.ts|.android.tsx|.native.tsx|.tsx|.android.js|.native.js|.js|.android.jsx|.native.jsx|.jsx|.android.json|.native.json|.json)
When checking H:\my_project\app\node_modules\immer\dist\, I do find an immer.esm.mjs file but no H:\my_project\app\node_modules\immer\dist\immer.esm.mjs\ folder with an index file in it.
So I tried to manually remove node_modules/ and reinstall packages with yarn, restart the Expo server, doing all this after restarting my machine, even ran expo upgrade, removed .expo/, removed yarn.lock, but I keep getting the same error.
This leaves me quite confused. Thank you for your suggestions on what to do.
Here are the dependencies versions used as in my package.json:
"#reduxjs/toolkit": "^1.8.1",
"#types/react-redux": "^7.1.22",
"expo": "~45.0.0",
"react": "17.0.2",
"react-native": "0.68.2",
"react-redux": "8.0.1",
"redux": "4.2.0"
Fix
As suggested in this redux-toolkit issue, there seems to be an issue with immer version 9.0.13. Temporary fix suggested there is working for me, adding immer#9.0.12 to my resolutions in packages.json:
"resolutions": {
"immer": "9.0.12"
}
Update
This PR on immer resolved this issue (9.0.14). I can confirm the above fix isn't needed anymore on my side. Looks like my bad luck came from some breaking changes being pushed on a minor release.

vcpkg: qtdeclarative-everywhere-src-5.15.0.tar.xz "Transferred partial file"

I try installing QT5 using vcpkg on Windows 10. Unfortunately, when executing ./vcpkg.exe install qt5:x64-windows, I get a long list of errors, must useful information being:

As I am using the current version and was successful downloading and installing opencv as well as eigen3, I don't think proxy is being an issue.
I was able to download the file itself and hoped, I could manually paste it at the required position in the code (is this possible?) or use a different mirror. I would be glad if someone could give me guydance, as I am new to vcpkg.
Thanks in advance
Edit: As suggested by #drescherjm, I pasted the file in the vcpkg\downloads folder. Now I am looking at the File does not have expected hash error. How do I solve that issue?

Ember-Cli version of the project :

Thanks in advance.
I remember experiencing something like this around the late 2.x of ember. Basically, ember switched from bower to npm around 2.11 or so.
Are you using the ember-source npm version of ember? Your template compiler lookup is searching within bower which is most likely wrong if you've properly made the switch to npm, which you should have!
There's this issue that was fixed which may be the cause for you. Often times, updating the ember
version alone isn't enough. For me, it was always easiest to update to the ember-cli version whose blueprint installed the version of ember that you are wanting (which will help you know what other core dependencies need updating). Looking through old release notes helps here.
If you are using an old ember-cli-htmlbars-inline-precompiler, you need to upgrade to:
"ember-cli-htmlbars-inline-precompile": "^0.3.6"
If it's not either of those, please update your question with the full stack trace and the ember-cli version
EDIT: I'd like to help enable you to solve this issue yourself in the future so here's the detailed breakdown of how I reach my conclusion. In your stack trace, we see:
/Users/mariselvan/Documents/sampleApp/bower_components/ember/ember-
template-compiler.js
This is looking for ember in bower which is no longer the case since you have ember-source in your package.json. This error results from
at Class.htmlbarsOptions (/Users/mariselvan/Documents/sampleApp/node_modules/ember-inplace-edit/node_modules/ember-cli-htmlbars/ember-addon-main.js:78:25)
So the conclusion here is that the version of ember-inplace-edit is old and you need to upgrade or fix yourself. Look at this addon's package.json and it's got this fixed dependency:
"dependencies": {
"ember-cli-babel": "^5.1.3",
"ember-cli-htmlbars": "0.7.9" // this was released Jun 12, 2015
}
For the record, my ember 2.18 app bundled "ember-cli-htmlbars": "^2.0.1" by default. So lets go to the release of 0.7.9, download the source code, and look at the offending line in :
templateCompilerPath: function() {
var config = this.projectConfig();
var templateCompilerPath = config['ember-cli-htmlbars'] && config['ember-cli-htmlbars'].templateCompilerPath;
if (!templateCompilerPath) {
// THIS ONLY WORKS FOR BOWER VERSIONS OF EMBER
templateCompilerPath = this.project.bowerDirectory + '/ember/ember-template-compiler';
}
return path.resolve(this.project.root, templateCompilerPath);
}
So you have a couple of reasonable options
Fix the addon and make it support later Ember versions and open a PR to get merged upstream (by updating this ember cli htmlbars dependency)
Fork the addon and fix it without merging upstream and point to your fork
Remove the addon and rework this part of your application
use the templateCompilerPath option to point to your ember-source version (but this is honestly the worst option)

yesod persistent dependencies missing

I have tried to follow the Yesod quick start from the official website, but when running yesod devel (after installation and running yesod init) it fails to build due to a missing dependency if I use sqlite, postgresql, postgresql+fay or mysql (the 'simple' option from yesod-init works fine).
The error messages given are:
For sqlite:
cabal: At least the following dependencies are missing:
persistent-sqlite ==1.3.*
For postgresql:
cabal: At least the following dependencies are missing:
persistent-postgresql ==1.3.*
For postgres + fay:
cabal: At least the following dependencies are missing:
fay >=0.16, persistent-postgresql ==1.3.*, yesod-fay >=0.5.0.1
For mysql:
cabal: At least the following dependencies are missing:
persistent-mysql ==1.3.*
For mongoDB:
cabal: At least the following dependencies are missing:
persistent-mongoDB ==1.3.*
Does anyone know what is going wrong and how it can be fixed?
Update:
I was able to fix some of the problems by installing, separately from the yesod-platform, some of the missing dependencies.
cabal install persistent-sqlite fixed any problems using sqlite.
cabal install persistent-postgresql and cabal install persistent-mysql worked after installing some extra distribution packages to my Mint 16 system (libpq-dev and libmysqlclient-dev).
cabal install persistent-mongodb failed with an error I could not resolve:

cabal: Error: some packages failed to install:

ExitFailure 1
Does anybody know how to resolve this issue?
Update:
This final problem has been solved by the maintainer updating the cabal package.
There is a new version without this error (I have installed persistent-mongoDB-1.3.1.1, the previous version had the error you found).
Do a cabal update to refresh the packages list and try again.

koji build : 'no package found for libcman.so.3'

I'm using a koji to build a package. In error, it's saying:
Error: Package: pacemaker-cluster-libs-1.1.10-14.el6.x86_64 (build)
Requires: libcman.so.3()(64bit)
What does it exactly mean?
'libcman.so' is in the package 'cluster'. Then I built the clusterlib, and add it into my build, but didn't fix the problem after I put 'cluster' into 'BuildRequires' since another problem 'no package found for cluster' came out.
I think I'm not on the correct track.
I didn't fix it, but did some work around to avoid it. It's '.so', so I don't think the python module I build really need it here. So I commented it out from the spec file. and Just ensure I have these packages installed at the server before I install the new python module.
