I am using Microk8s on my local Windows 10 machine and am unable to get pods or use most of kubectl commands.
At the time of installation of microk8s, multipass selected VitrualBox for VM virtualization.
I get below error

Ensured that multipass list shows that the VM is in running state.
There was a prior version of VitrualBox and minikube - both of which I have now un-installed and installed VirtualBox alone. Also cleaned up %USER_HOME%/.kube directory and %USER_HOME%/AppData/local/minikube & %USER_HOME%/AppData/local/VirtualBox folders too.
I was able to successfully deploy BOSH and CF on GCP. I was able to install the cf cli on my worker machine and was able to cf login to the api endpoint without any issues. Now I am attempting to deploy a python and a node.js hello-world style application (cf push) but I am running into the following error:

I am able to download and ping the build pack urls manually on the worker machine, jumpbox, and the bosh vms so I believe DNS is working properly on each of those machine types.
As part of the default deployment, I believe a socks5 tunnel is created to allow communication from my worker machine to the jumpbox so this is where I believe the issue lies. https://docs.cloudfoundry.org/cf-cli/http-proxy.html
When running bbl print-env, export BOSH_ALL_PROXY=ssh+socks5://jumpbox#35.192.140.0:22?private-key=/tmp/bosh-jumpbox725514160/bosh_jumpbox_private.key , however when I export https_proxy=socks5://jumpbox#35.192.140.0:22?private-key=/tmp/bosh-jumpbox389236516/bosh_jumpbox_private.key and do a cf push I receive the following error:
Request error: Get https://api.cloudfoundry.costub.com/v2/info: proxy: SOCKS5 proxy at 35.192.140.0:22 has unexpected version 83

Am I on the right track? Is my https_proxy variable formatted correctly? I also tried https_proxy=socks5://jumpbox#35.192.140.0:22 with the same result.

First i thought that this may be proxy issue
So I've added my corporate proxy settings:
yarn config set proxy http://proxy.dvfu.ru:3128

But nothing happened, still have the error above.
Try below this three commands. Its worked for me.
yarn config delete proxy
npm config rm proxy
npm config rm https-proxy
I had the same issue and solved by following steps:
Run the terminal command
npm cache clean --force
set http_proxy=
set https_proxy=
yarn config delete proxy
npm config rm https-proxy
npm config rm proxy
Restart your terminal
yarn
yarn –-network-timeout 100000
Restart your terminal.
it worked for me.
when running the following command:

(sonar runner is installed on the build machine)

As you can see i set the sonar.web.host:sonarqube
sonar.web.port=9000 but when i run sonar-runner.bat i still get the
ERROR: Sonar server 'http://localhost:9000' can not be reached - why is it still looking for localhost:9000
and not sonarqube:9000 as i set?
i saw that in the log of sonar-runner.bat there the following line:
INFO: Work directory: D:\sTFS\26091\Sources\NDM\Source..sonar
while my solution is in D:\sTFS\26091\Sources\NDM\Source\
could this be the problem?

If you use SonarScanner CLI with Docker, you may have this error because the SonarScanner container can not access to the Sonar UI container.
Note that you will have the same error with a simple curl from another container:

The solution is to connect the SonarScanner container to the same docker network of your sonar instance, for instance with --network=host:
docker run --network=host -e SONAR_HOST_URL='http://127.0.0.1:9000' --user="$(id -u):$(id -g)" -v "$PWD:/usr/src" sonarsource/sonar-scanner-cli
(other parameters of this command comes from the SonarScanner CLI documentation)
I got the same issue, and I changed to IP and it working well
Go to System References --> Network --> Advanced --> Open TCP/IP tabs --> copy the IPv4 Address.
change that IP instead localhost

You should configure the sonar-runner to use your existing SonarQube server. To do so, you need to update its conf/sonar-runner.properties file and specify the SonarQube server URL, username, password, and JDBC URL as well. If you don't yet have an up and running SonarQube server, then you can launch one locally (with the default configuration) - it will bind to http://localhost:9000 and work with the default sonar-runner configuration. For others who ran into this issue in a project that is not using a sonar-runners.property file, you may find (as I did) that you need to tweak your pom.xml file, adding a sonar.host.url property.
For example, I needed to add the following line under the 'properties' element:

Where the url points to our internal sonar deployment.
For me the issue was that the maven sonar plugin was using proxy servers defined in the maven settings.xml. I was trying to access the sonarque on another (not localhost alias) and so it was trying to use the proxy server to access it. Just added my alias to nonProxyHosts in settings.xml and it is working now. I did not face this issue in maven sonar plugin 3.2, only after i upgraded it.

The issue occurred with me in a different way a little a while ago,
I had a docker container running normally in the main network of my host machine accessible via the browser on the normal localhost:9000. But whenever the scanner wants to connect to the server it couldn't despite being on the same network of the host.
I made sure they are, because on the docker run command I mentioned --network=bridge
So the trick was that I pointed to the actual local ip of mine instead of just writing localhost
you can know the ip of your machine by typing ipconfig on windows or ifconfig on linux
so on the scan docker run command I have pointed to the server like that -Dsonar.host.url=http://192.168.1.2:9000 where 192.168.1.2 is my local host address
That was my final docker commands to run the Server:

In the config file there is a colon instead of an equal sign after the sonar.web.host.
Is:
sonar.web.host:sonarqube
Should be
sonar.web.host=sonarqube
In sonar.properties file in conf folder I had hardcoaded ip of my machine where sobarqube was installed in property sonar.web.host=10.9 235.22 I commented this and it started working for me.
Please check if postgres(or any other database service) is running properly.
When you allow the 9000 port to firewall on your desired operating System the following error "ERROR: Sonar server 'http://localhost:9000' can not be reached" will remove successfully.In ubuntu it is just like as by typing the following command in terminal "sudo ufw allow 9000/tcp" this error will removed from the Jenkins server by clicking on build now in jenkins.
I am using celery for django which needs rabbitmq. Some 4 or 5 months back, it used to work well. I again tried using it for a new project and got below error for rabbitmq while listing queues.

I had installed rabbit as a service apparently and the
sudo rabbitmqctl force_reset
command was not working.
sudo service rabbitmq-server restart
Did exactly what I need.
P.S. I made sure I was the root user to do the previous command
sudo su
if you need change hostname:
sudo aptitude remove rabbitmq-server
sudo rm -fr /var/lib/rabbitmq/
set new hostname:
hostname newhost
in file /etc/hostname set new value hostname
add to file /etc/hosts

install rabbitmq:

Check if the server is running by using this command:
sudo service rabbitmq-server status
If it says

It's running.
In my case, I accidentally ran the rabbitmqctl command with a different user and got the error you mentioned.
You might have installed it with root, try running
sudo rabbitmqctl stop_app
and see what the response is.
(If everything's fine, run
sudo rabbitmqctl start_app
afterwards).
Double check that your cookie hash file is the same
Double check that your machine name (uname) is the same as the one stated in your configuration — this one can be tricky
And double check that you start rabbitmq with the same user as the one you installed it. Just using 'sudo' won't do the trick.
