I am a newbie. I'm trying to test the basic Led Project with PlatformIO. The board I'm using is MCU8266. I got stuck on the path with "Unity.h", but I don't know where it is. I have found its library on the PlatformIO's lib, but it's not included.
Here are the file platformio.ini and the error.

I had the same error following the documentation at first, and simply restarting the vscode works for me.
You need to intall unity.h first.
Just click the test icon at the bottom and it should be installed automatically

I have tried a number of different methods to try and get QuantLib to work on my windows machine. I would prefer to have QuantLib running in eclipse (so if anybody has any help in this direction I would be much appreciated!).
However, most online tutorials give their instructions using Visual Studio so I decided to try and get it working using this. I have followed this tutorial to a T and I still cannot get it working.
I have a folder looking like the following:
(My computer >> Documents >> cplusplus)
Next I enter the "QuantLib" folder and open the file "QuantLib.sln" where I enter visual studio.
I highlight the two projects in the solutions folder and select the wrench / properties tab
Which brings me to this tab:
Note that Todas las config = all config and Todas las plataformas = all platforms from minute 5.55 of the Youtube video.
I then go to "Directorios de VC++" - "VC Directories" and apply the following settings:
I then click "build /Compilar" -> build solution
I get the following error:
So how can I match Boostup with Quantlib and C++ - I like eclipe but at this stage I just want to understand the quantlib package
EDIT:
In the video the screen shot is the following:
Where I have in the intermediate directory the following: .\build\$(qlCompilerTag)/\$(Platform)\$(Configuration)\ which is different to the video. Additionally they have the following which includes an (includePath) addition to the include directoies tab:
Just some additional observations I noticed...
EDIT 2: I have also modified the directorios intermedio line to match the Youtube videos results. It was set at some default value beforehand. (i.e. qlCompilerTag)/ was something differnet.
EDIT 3:
I changed the directories:
and get this ouput:
EDIT 4:
(removed the underscore)
With the following output:
##### EDIT (Following the official documentation)
I think I managed to solve the main issue I was having but now I am getting a new issue.
When I build the solution I get the following error:
When I go to the folder C:\Users\Matt\Documents\cplusplus\boost_1_73_0\lib64-msvc-14.1 I locate the following files.
So Visual Studio is looking for the wrong files. What have I done wrong here? I downloaded the 64 bit version of boost? Is there a 32 bit version?
I'm setting up a project utilizing OpenCV and Xcode and I want to open up the webcam using VideoCapture. I have added my own Info.plist file (as a command-line project in C++ doesn't have an Info.plist) and I have added it to the project under targets/general/identity. My info.plist is verified as OK from the command "plutil Info.plist".
I also have the "Pre-Process Info.plist" tag under "Packaging" changed to "yes". However, I still get this error:
"This app has crashed because it attempted to access privacy-sensitive
data without a usage description. The app's Info.plist must contain
an NSCameraUsageDescription key with a string value explaining to the
user how the app uses this data."
I have tried many StackOverFlow links and they have all failed, including this one: Accessing webcam in Xcode with OpenCV (C++)
If I don't add the Info.plist file to finder (the link at the bottom of the link), I get the same error.
When I add it to finder along with the executable, I get this error along with the previous error:
"There was an error parsing the Info.plist for the bundle at URL"
Please let me know how I can fix this. Thank you so much for your time.
You need to have some text (Usage Description) in Info.plist for key "NSCameraUsageDescription". Otherwise, the app will crash when app access Camera. Please see the snapshot below.
Hope it helps. Otherwise, please let us know.
I am coding a project in C++ in CodeBlocks, and I am trying to use the hashlib++ library, and I have it in my code as such:
#include <hashlibpp.h>
When I click "build and run", on that line of code I get the following error:
fatal error: hashlibpp.h: No such file or directory
I have the entire hashlib++ library in the same directory as my main.cpp file.
I was following the instructions on the documentation at http://hashlib2plus.sourceforge.net/doc/README.TXT.html
but either the instructions in sections 3.1 and 3.2 did not work or I did not follow them properly.
I would appreciate any insight as to why I am getting this error.
Ok, so I figured out what the issue was. By section 3.1,
Go to your project in the "Management" tab, and right-click the project you are working on. If you cannot see that section go to View > Manager, or press Shift + F2.
After right-clicking, select "add files..." and simply find and add the .h file you will be using. After it should show up in the "Management" section in a folder called "Headers".
Type in appropriate #include line in your code. I downloaded the entire hashlib2plus folder and put it in my project folder, so mine looked like
#include "hashlib2plus/trunk/src/hashlibpp.h"
Hope this resolves any issues in the future!
I'm a absolute newbie in Eclipse at least when it comes to using C++. Now I've found this Plugin for testing and followed the "instructions" (yeah well i created a cute project). When i try to build the sample Project i get the following error:
fatal error: boost/type_traits/is_integral.hpp: No such file or directory
the faliure is in file cute_determine_traits.h in the Project/cute directory where all of CUTE's includes are. The line it the program crashe is this one:
#include <boost/type_traits/is_integral.hpp>
Actually i don't have any idea what I'm supposed to do.. I'd be very very happy for some easy instructions how to fix this! I'm using Eclipse c++.
UPDATE:
Okay, I found the issue. I installed boost the wrong way. It worked as soon as i ran the bootstrap.bat using mingw. I followed this Video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qDVRrSzsqco and then my includes worked.
Thanks everybody! :)
Geetings.
I had the same problem minutes ago. I realized I haven't install boost library when I was installing cute plug-in (boost can be found when you go to Help->Install New Software... and once you write the address http://www.cute-test.com/updatesite in "Work with" then choose CUTE Optional Features->Boost For CUTE).
Or maybe i haven't choosen the "Copy Boost headers into project" option... Anyways, I think both can solved your issue too.
Farewell!
http://docs.huihoo.com/qt/4.7/demos-declarative-minehunt.html
When I build and run... I just get a blank white rectangle... game is MineHunt.
The source code is in the URL. I created files and copied and pasted into Qt Creator 4.7.
Running in Linux.
No need to downvote. Deploying qml apps does not seem to be easy for beginners. jdl, I don't know if I can help you. Currently I am only on Linux. But what I did:
I copied the whole folder minehunt in my destination folder (/tmp/mine). When I ran qmake I got:
WARNING: Include file
/tmp/mine/helper/qmlapplicationviewer/qmlapplicationviewer.pri not
found
So I also copied the examples/declarative/helper folder into /tmp/mine.
Looked like this:
/tmp
/mine
/minehunt
/helper
Then I changed into minhunt, did 'qmake' and 'make'. A few seconds later I had a working minehunt binary in /tmp/mine/minehunt/.
I'll try tomorrow the Windows build.
Edit: Ok, tried now under Windows 7. Qt4.
QtCreator opened.
Project ...qt\demos\declarative\minehunt\minehunt.pro
loaded. Normally in release mode compiled. No problem. A file minehunt.exe was created in ....qt\demos\declarative\minehunt\release. Started: White screen. Exactly as you described it. In ...qt\demos\declarative\minehunt I found a folder 'qml'. I moved this folder and the minehunt.exe into another folder (myMineFolder). Simulating a simple deployment this way. Clicked on minehunt.exe -> worked like a charm.
So my folder layout:
myMineFolder
qml
minehunt.exe
But of course, I have set my PATH variable correctly to my Qt installation.
