GCP - Service Account key - JSON download fails - google-cloud-platform

I created a new service account and I was trying to generate a key for it. I selected "Create Key", chose "JSON", and then this happens:
The download just doesn't happen (0kb size and host is null), I've tried on different browsers, different computers and I don't know what to do, the problem doesn't seem to be on my side...
What can I do about this?

I just had this same problem.
In order to access the Service Account Key file you need to ensure that you can use your API Key (under your Project Credentials), which may be restricted.
My API Key was restricted to my IP address and to the specific API I wanted to use.
After removing the API restriction only then did the download work (see below).
Hope this helps.
UI showing API restrictions removed

I also had the same problem but got solved by changing my browser.
Since I was working with the brave browser and was unable to download this file.
After that, I changed my browser to chrome. The problem was solved.
SOMETIME BROWSER CAN HAVE SOME ISSUE.

I am having trouble with the error shown in the image. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
I would like to obtain a refresh token to use the "YouTube Data API v3".
I tried the following behavior.
Create a WEB type Client ID in the GCP console in advance.
Access https://developers.google.com/oauthplayground/, set the client ID and client secret in "1.", select https://www...../youtube and https://www...../youtube.upload from YouTube Data API v3, and then Authorize APIs execution.
When asked which account to use for OAuth
If you select my brand account, Google will block it as shown in the image.
[What I tried to solve]
The newly created Google account was able to obtain a token.
→ However, I really need to use the Youtube API with a branded account I already have.
I have tried turning on "Less secure app access" in the security settings of my branded account, but this did not solve the problem.
The target brand account is not managed by GoogleWorkspace.
Any information would be appreciated, I will provide any information needed, so if anyone knows anything, please help me.

Accessing Docs in Secure Google Docs Bucket via PHP

I have a project where I want to store docs in a Google Cloud Bucket. These docs should not be publicly accessible. Right now, I am able to place documents in the bucket, but I can't seem to figure out how to retrieve them while keeping the bucket secure. *If I open up access to "allUsers", the docs load fine. However, I want these docs to only be accessible if they are using the system.
I'm sure I'm not the first person to want to do this, but I can't seem to come up with an answer on Google.
I have hit dead ends for days now, so please help! *To be clear, I do not have any code to show. Thanks
The answer of #DanielOcando is right if "they are using the system" means that they are accessing directly GCP. For this answer, I'm assuming that "your system" is an application that you are developing or something similar.
For this approach, the safest method is to use signed URL's This will let your users access your documents without the need to have a Google account, you can also set an expire time for this URL's to control how much time the user can be using the documents.

Getting started using Microsoft Academic Graph API

I am trying to run some queries on Microsoft Academic Graph using their API. I cannot figure out what to use for the Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key. (I have seen this question and it did not help.) When I try to run queries I get the following message (401: access denied): Access denied due to invalid subscription key. Make sure you are subscribed to an API you are trying to call and provide the right key.. This happens either using curl on the command line:
curl -v -X GET "https://westus.api.cognitive.microsoft.com\
/academic/v1.0/evaluate?\
expr=stochastic&model=latest&count=10&offset=0&attributes=Id" \
-H "Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX"
or using the API testing console.
So what am I using for the Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key? (Not a lot of Xs!) I've tried two things. First, I've tried using the key that you can get by going to https://labs.cognitive.microsoft.com/en-us/project-academic-knowledge and clicking on the subscribe link (either Key 1 or Key 2).
Second, I've tried using a key generated by going to the cognitive services on my azure portal, and trying to create a subscription to a suitable service. However, nothing that I can see matches the Academic Search API that I want to use, so I used a generic bing search subscription.
Neither of these grants me access to the API. What am I missing?
EDIT:
After first response by #ali-heikal, I tried going to here: https://dev.labs.cognitive.microsoft.com/docs/services/56332331778daf02acc0a50b/operations/5951f78363b4fb31286b8ef4/console. A red warning box appears at top of page: You are not subscribed to this API and will get a '401 Access Denied' response. To subscribe, go to the Products page and click on the desired product containing this API.. If I go to the Products page, and go on to the Project Academic Knowledge - Preview page, I am offered the chance to subscribe. Clicking subscribe takes me to a generic MS sign in (I am signed in, choose that account), I am taken to a page which says:
We're unable to complete your request
Microsoft account is experiencing technical problems. Please try again later.
So this does not work for me. Where is it documented that I should use this endpoint? Can someone provide further instructions on how to use it?
EDIT2:
There is this answer which describes using a different endpoint: https://stackoverflow.com/a/49318405/54557. However, changing my curl request to use this does not work (with same Access denied error).
You're using the wrong endpoint, since you're using the Preview API, then you should use the Preview endpoint as well.
It should work if you follow those steps:
Regenerate a key from here (do not use an old key this time) and confirm by clicking the Yes, regenerate this key button
Open the Testing Console from here
Insert the key you just generated into the Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key field
Insert the following into the Request body field: expr=Composite(AA.AuN=='ali heikal')&count=2&attributes=Ti,Y,CC,AA.AuN,AA.AuId
Click the Send button
Check the Entity Attributes documentation here to understand the attributes I included following the Evaluate Method documentation here
I think the problem is that you are using an old key with the wrong endpoint and attribute values.

Facebook login is currently unavailable

I'm setting up a 'Login with Facebook' button and have it on a test page. http://www.digitalinkmultimedia.com/my-account
I believe I have things set up correctly for the app at developers.facebook.com. The app says it's public and available. I'm using Business Catalyst as the CRM, and the facebook integration appears to be correct (App ID, App Secret, etc)
When I click the login with facebook button the first time I get the message about my profile info being shared....but when I continue I get a 'Facebook login is currently unavailable'.
One thing I noticed is that when the popup first loads the FBTOKEN parameter has a number in it, then it quickly changes to FBUTOKEN=00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000#=
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
In the Facebook developers console for your app, please go to App Review > Permission Feature and give Advanced Access for "public_profile" and "email".
Facebook Login of the iOS app is working well without the Advanced Access setting.
If you're experiencing this now (end of 2020) it might be due to a pending "Data Checkup":
As part of an ongoing effort to protect user data and drive long-term value for developers, Facebook has introduced an annual Data Use Checkup for app admins to certify that their API access and data use comply with Facebook Platform Terms and Developer Policies, together with all other applicable terms and policies.
Enter https://developers.facebook.com/apps and you should see your app in red color with a note that Data Checkup is due.
You'll need to spend a few minutes to fill in a simple form...
After you're done you should be good 👍🏼

Get Advanced Access
I agree that any data I receive through public_profile will be used in accordance with the allowed usage.

For me #NajamUsSaqib's comment worked, tried getting advance Access for Email and Public Profile and it started working.
If anyone is still facing this issue. Please check in your developer account if you have a pending Data use Checkup.
Once you complete it, it should work.
I had the same problem and got fixed the following way:
Site Settings>Social Integration
on the field where it says "Enter Site URL of your Facebook application" make sure you have your address as follow:
http://www.example.com not http://www.example.com**/**
Basically it will not connect to your FB App if you have a " / " after your domain.
I have got the same issue.
Check the setup is done or not. If not then review all the points that need to add the data
make sure add icons and url properly
make sure add domain
make sure you have ask for the permissions that you need
add platform and hashkey for android correctly
Most important thing you need to work in live mode
After all the above setup you will get the success
Developers please go through with the latest doc there is a-lot of changes in doc while integrating the facebook login or graph api or instagram api's.

Does the FedEx shipping API have a SOAP endpoint?

Does the FedEx shipping API have a SOAP endpoint? I'm unable to find the WSDL endpoint.
Their site has changed since the other 2 answers here.
The most direct answer is that they do not have a classic WSDL endpoint, where you just get a URL, Add Service Reference and go.
Instead they have you download a zip file which contains a wsdl file which you then use locally - pretty odd. That wsdl file changes name over time, as does the zip, with every version - but the current file is at:
https://images.fedex.com/templates/components/apps/wpor/secure/downloads/wsdl/201607/standard/RateService.zip
My guess is you can get at it without logging in given the images subdomain, likely a CDN.
Once that link dies here's how you currently navigate their obtuse Developer section, which they'll probably also change again:
http://www.fedex.com/us/developer/
Click FedEx Web Services on the left
Under the unclickable "Document and Downloads" part of the page, click Move to Downloads
Scroll to the bottom - there's a weird table with service names like "Quote Rates." Each time you expand a row, the header row will have some Download text stuffed into it. Clicking "WSDL" gets you the zip file.
Not the worst process for getting a simple WSDL I've seen but, they're definitely in the running.
Yes it would appear so.
http://www.fedex.com/us/developer/solutions.html
I am not sure if they have the WSDLs available remotely, but they do provide the WSDLs for download on their Technical Resources page on their developer solutions page, to which you need a login with FedEx.
You can use this endpoint
https://wsbeta.fedex.com:443/web-services
i found it from here
https://stackoverflow.com/a/57176378/5374995
Or you can find endpoint on the bottom of WSDL file with name="RateService"
