How to use Presto with Power BI - powerbi

Has anyone tried to connect power BI tool with Presto?
I have used the connectors and driver available on the Qubole documentation site. I have installed the drivers and connectors but it is throwing error on accessing S3 location.

Qubole drivers and connector will work only with Qubole's Managed Presto Service.
Disclaimer: I work for Qubole.

PowerBI Pro unable to test connection to data source, Redshift

Was able to connect PowerBI Desktop to a Redshift Cluster and visualize data from there.
However, I have a need to setup Autorefresh and other options that require the Data source credentials to be maintained and connected.
Importing my data from PowerBI Desktop to Pro (web version), it is unable to connect.
On PowerBI Pro it is unable to make such connections and receiving the following. Also verified that my credentials are correct.
Any help would be appreciated.

unable to refresh power Bi data in AWS ODBC: ERROR [08S01] [Simba][DriverIAMSupport] (8600)

Arrango DB Power BI connector - 503 issue

We have been using the Arrango DB for a while. As per the recent requirement, we are developing Dashboards Power BI. As per the instructions in the Power Bi - Arrango DB interaction Guide we have created connectors and are able to access the data. But after certain days(roughly 30 days of usage) when we are receiving the error "(503): Service Unavailable" when trying to connect to the Connector. We tried creating a new connector but after a few days, we have encountered a similar issue.
We are unable to understand the root cause for the issue. For working with dashboards we can create new connectors but it is quite not easy to update the data source in all the dashboards. We are not sure if the issue linked with Powe Bi releases
FYI:: we also have tried re-creating the connector with the same configuration of an issue connector. But still, we get 503 error
Tools:
Arrango DB 3.8.0 Community edition
Power BI Desktop Version: 2.98.1025.0 64-bit (October 2021)
Thanks in advance and please let me know if you need any information from our end.
Recently we are able to find solve this problem. The root cause of the issue is the change in the name of the collections, the code of the connector checks the existence of all the collections defined in the list and if the collection is missing then we get the 503 Service unavailable. So even a small change in the collection name spelling (even the case) might trigger this error.

Can SQL Developer be used with the Athena JDBC Driver

I'm trying to connect to Athena using the JDBC drivers provided by Amazon, and using SQL Developer as the client. So far, I haven't had any luck with Java 1.8.181 and AthenaJDBC42-2.0.7.jar Has anyone had any luck on this front? Before I try mixing up which versions of Java, JDBC driver, and/or SQL Developer, I thought I'd at least ask if anyone has been successful using SQL Developer with the Athena JDBC drivers.
No.
SQL Developer doesn't allow for just any JDBC driver to be added...we restrict connectivity to the platforms we officially support for database migrations to the Oracle Database platform.
Athena doesn't have migration support, hence the lack of connectivity. If you need assistance with a migration, please send me a note.

Solution to error when trying to refresh data in Power BI via schedule

I have a Power BI Pro account, Enterprise Gateway, an uploadet pbix-file, which has a tabular model as data source. The data source has been created in the Gateway and the scheduling options are set up correctly. However, when I do a scheduled OR manual refresh in my browser, I get (freely translated) the following error under update history:
Status: Failed
Error message: This function is not supported. Check that you have installed the latest version of the enterprise gateway
Now, I cannot find a guide to how one updates the gateway, only fresh installs - so that will help, if this is the problem. Otherwise, if anyone has other tips to help me out, please?
The Enterprise Gateway has been deprecated - it is replaced by the "On Premises Data Gateway":
