Connect to RingCentral Meeting Using RingOut API - phone-call

Does anyone know how to connect to RingCentral Meeting using RingOut APII and auto dialing MeetingID?

Unfortunately, the ring-out API does not support dialing a phone number format with the meeting id included. You can call just the phone number then manually enter the meeting Id.

Policy changes in 2022 make it very difficult to try SMS sending functionality in AWS

It seems that, recently, Amazon changed its flow to send test SMS messages (to a US number):
You can only successfully send SMS messages to numbers added to SMS sandbox.
To add a phone number to the SMS sandbox, you have to first specify an origination entity
In the US, only originating numbers are supported
SMSs can only be sent from toll-free and 10DLC, both of which require registration due to recent changes (9/30/2022) in carriers' policies.
Registration requires providing company information.
The above makes it next to impossible to test sending SMS if you don't have a company (or if your company is unwilling to undergo the phone registration process). Is there a simpler way to do this or am I missing something?

Blocking contact with RingCentral API

What is the API we can use to block a contact in RingCentral from calling me?
I have tried successfully to block a contact number in the desktop application and I was successful in it but, out of the API's available, I am not getting any API that can block number from my phone.
You can use Call-Blocking APIs of RingCentral to block a contact number, update the blocking, allowing a contact, delete a blocked number.
Here is the Call-Blocking APIs:

Can you store accept.js tokens?

Accept.js allows you to translate credit card numbers into coded payment tokens. Then you can charge those payment tokens just as they were credit cards.
Source: https://developer.authorize.net/api/reference/features/acceptjs.html
The documented API is for the visitor to load (insecure and no SRI/CORS) javascript and send payment details directly to Authorize.net.
Instead I'd like to have the visitor send payment details to my server (I am already PCI compliant). Then I'd like to exchange the card details using the accept.js API (not documented) for a token. Then I'd like to store that token on our server.
Is this (ab)use of the accept.js API allowed? Is it documented or do I have to reverse engineer accept.js javascript code? Do the generated payment tokens expire or can I use them in this way for future payments?
Accept.js tokens can be used only once and expire after 15 minutes. Instead, you can create token that does not expire using Customer Profiles.
Also, if your site is already PCI compliant and you don't need an SAQ A-EP compliant solution like Accept.js, you can create the customer profile using the Authorize.Net API. The API also supports creating a customer profile using an Accept.js token as well.

Amazon Simple Notification Service to send SMS in asp.net

I want to send sms to mobile devices using amazon sns in asp.net without creating any topic and subsciption. Can anybody suggest me some helpful material or link. Thanks.
If your goal is simply to send SMS to a mobile number, you may be better off using an api like twilio, you need a topic AND a subscription to use SNS. With twilio you can simply send an SMS to any mobile number you want - there are limits on the quantity you can send within a timeframe, and spamming is prohibited, but assuming that's not your primary goal twilio may be an inexpensive and easy-to-use option for you.
https://www.twilio.com/sms
This is now possible with AWS SNS. When you create a PublishRequest you will see a property for PhoneNumber. Just enter the phone number and publish the message as you normally would.
Important thing to note: the phone number has to be in E.164 format. example: +14155552671

SMS gateway for (legally) spoofing SMS messages

I'm looking for an SMS gateway to send text messages over an HTTP interface.
However, some SMS gateways do not allow to set the sender ID, and those who allow it either require the user to prove that the sender ID is his own mobile phone number, or they manually check each sender ID to prevent SMS Spoofing.
For my application, however, I need to be able to set the sender ID as part of the HTTP request. Depending on the number of users, I might have thousands of different sender IDs, and I cannot authenticate or review them separately.
The purpose of my application is completely legal, as is the reason why I need to be able to send spoofed text messages.
Edit:
It seems that bulksms.com does allow what I need as soon as they trust the user to some extent. If you know of other gateways which allow setting the sender ID dynamically, please let me know.
It seems like the gateway you suggsted does let you set the sender ID. From their FAQ :
Is it possible to use the "sender id" parameter?
Setting of the Sender ID can be enabled after your initial credits
purchase. Sender Id requests are processed manually and thus we
suggest you request a sender Id change within office hours for a swift
response. Giving you full control of your sender ID, is only available
after you have been a regular and trusted user. Sender Id can also be
set via http request and email to SMS.
I finally settled with Routo Messaging, and the experience so far is very promising. They let you set the sender ID as soon as you have made your first payment, and if you describe them the reason you need it, they let you set the sender ID even on the free test messages you get when signing up on their website.
Disclaimer: I am not affiliated with Routo.
Fogmo offer an API for this very purpose.
