I am trying to implement the use case https://docs.wso2.com/display/EI650/Using+the+Gmail+Connector but in my case I am applying the gmail connector in out sequence but while exporting the .car file it is failing with error "error while extracting Synapse Library : gmail-connector-3.0.8.zip"
I have tried adding the gmail connector in console but it is not reflecting yet, also tried restarting the server and redeploying several times but no luck here.

For anyone who still have this problem:
Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\Program%20Files\WSO2\Enterprise%20Integrator\6.5.0\repository\deployment\server\synapse-libs\gmail-connector-3.0.8.zip (The system cannot find the path specified)
Is because of the spaces in the name path. I've moved my instalation to root, so now it is:
C:\WSO2\EnterpriseIntegrator\6.5.0\repository\deployment\server\synapse-libs
And that solved THAT problem. Don't forget to update all the environmental variables and also the classpath on the server inside integrator studio.

No it did not..That one happens because the connector is not enabled in that carbon web management console.
As soon as you deploy the connector, or copy the connector to \repository\deployment\server\synapse-libs it will be deployed in the management console, if you click List under Connectors you will see the gmail connector there and the Status will be Disabled, just click it to change to enabled and redeploy the application on the studio.

Note:-- Firewald service is disabled out here.
First, check if any other processes are occupying 5672. (If so kill that process or offset the WSO2 ports by n.) Then, let it try connecting for 20 minutes. If not, check the CPU utilization at the time. Similar issue got resolved by increasing the number of CPU cores.

we are implementing a solution in which we use our WSO2 DSS.
We don't want get rid of it, as many actors in our organization use its exposed interfaces.
Underneath we are planning to migrate to Cassandra or DynamoDB, all deployed on AWS.
We are facing a blocking issue, as we are able to connect.
We are forced to use the Amazon SDK in which we have to use a joda-time library version newer than v.2
When we try to retreive an item we have the next exception.
java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: org.joda.time.format.DateTimeFormatter.withZoneUTC()Lorg/joda/time/format/DateTimeFormatter
So We guess it's because WSO2 uses a different version of this library.

I have the same problem, but I've done some tests and I think it doesn't really a joda-time library problem.
I have compiled a assembled jar with all dependencies and get it works, at least once.
On pom.xml file configuration:

EDITED: I discovered that it works fine if you copy the both jars on lib directory, the assembled jar and the no dependencies jar.

I got this error when I had active some VPN connection in the background (did not use it for this particular case though). I suppose that WSO2 tried to connect to incorrect IP address instead of localhost. Temporarily disconnecting VPN solved this issue.
Go to file repository/conf/broker.xml and change value of element transports/amqp/localhost from 0.0.0.0 to localhost.
Above error is showing in startup url printer due as qpid server not binding with port 5672 at the time startup url printer checks for the qpid server. However after few minutes (usually 1 - 2 minutes) WSO2MB will start normally with qpid server. So you don't worry about it in first place.
Anyway I have experienced the same issue on the systems where firewall is enabled. So you should check after disabling firewall in first place. If it is not happening after disabling the firewall, then try to configure firewall rules appropriately before enabling it.

I am trying to setup WSO2 Identity Server 5.1.0 cluster using the Manager/Worker deployment pattern following this guide.
I managed to set up successfully the deployment synchronizer for the manager node. However when I start the worker node using the option "-DworkerNode=true", I get the following error:

I want to use both API manager and wso2 esb features simultaneosuly..So what is the best practice to do this? Is it possible to install the both in wso2 carbon??

It's recommended to run WSO2ESB and API Manager separately.
Yes, it is possible to install both in WSO2 Carbon.
The ESB mediation engine is already part of API Manager. For example, you should be able to deploy a proxy service in API manager without any issue by copying the relevant proxy service artifact into file system.
Can you please explain what type of ESB features are required to use with AM? Do you want to use the proxy service/sequence editor UI?
