Wagtail admin: Linking to tabbed section via language formatted id - django

I want to be able to go to a certain tab in the admin interface, but Im unsure how to go about it since Its language specific. I have this in my tabbed interface:
edit_handler = TabbedInterface(
[
ObjectList(content_panels, heading=_("Content")),
ObjectList(form_content_panels, heading=_("Forms")),
ObjectList(event_registration_panels, heading=_("Participants")),
ObjectList(message_panels, heading=_("Messages")),
ObjectList(promote_panels, heading=_("Promote")),
ObjectList(TranslatablePage.settings_panels, heading=_("Settings")),
]
)
I now want to link directly to the messages tab for example. But the id for this is based on the gettext formatted heading, in swedish:
<section id="tab-meddelanden" class=" ">
in english:
<section id="tab-messages" class=" ">
This makes it hard to link correctly. How can I supply a non-language formatted id?

Figured it out, Im a bit slow.
Of course, when creating the link I can use the same wording as when i create the heading, this creates the correct link.
tab_index_name = _("Participant").lower()

Load django template dynamically

I've 2 section in my screen. Left section is for showing tabs and right is for displaying that tab template(as shown in screenshot). I'm not able to understand how to load different templates when I click these tabs
For example, when I click change password, I should be able to load change_password.html template
This is by far I've tried with code.
<div class="nav">
<ul>
<li class="active"></i><span class="hidden-xs hidden-sm">Home</span></li>
<li></i><span class="hidden-xs hidden-sm">Change Password</span></li>
<li>Bookings</span></li>
<li></i><span class="hidden-xs hidden-sm">Settings</span></li>
</ul>
</div>
I've tried to use with but no luck.
I've just started with django, so if anything is missed let me know. Thanks for your help!

I think what you're attempting is not possible. If you don't want a page reload upon clicking on a tab, you need to use Javascript to dynamically show/hide elements. If page reload is acceptable, you can create different views for each tab, each view rendering a different html file.
You can use the Django include tag to render another template with the current context. E.g. {% include "foo/bar.html" %} (see documentation here). But this will not solve your problem of displaying different content upon clicking on a tab.

Changes to the code - I do not see on the site

Got a question. For example, I change the code on the page
/catalog/view/theme/nextdef/template/extension/module/latest.twig
, or rather add a handler to the button:
<i class = "fa fa-heart" onclick = "window.dataLayer = window.dataLayer || [];
dataLayer.push ({'event': 'heart'}); "> </i> </button>
But when you click on this element, there are no changes. If you look at the page code, then it is also not updated. Although I write the cache and update the Disable cache inside the browser too, and still no changes ... I would be grateful if you help. thank
The problem was that the template editor had a history of this page. And there was no code. Apparently, he referred to her. I did not know that opencart prioritizes history compared to server files.

Sitecore Web Forms for Marketers, add info to the display-section-legend class

We are on Sitecore 8 using Web Forms for Marketers.
I am trying to identify how to add information to the "display-section-info" class item in a sitecore WFFM form. Looking # The generated code I see an element (display-section-info class) after the Field Legend, and before the starts of our fields. I would like to put some basic information regarding the fields in this element (below has text "THIS IS WHERE I WOULD LIKE TO ADD TEXT").
Here is the source from "View Source" on the browser. Through developer tools I plugged in some info and that is exactly where I want it to go.
<fieldset class="display-section-fieldset">
<legend class="display-section-legend">1. OUTSIDE INTEREST:</legend>
<p class="display-section-info">THIS IS WHERE I WOULD LIKE TO ADD TEXT</p>
<div class="display-section-content">
<div class=" field-border">
<span class=" field-title">
<span class=" field-required">*</span>
In the field below, list exceptions
</span>
Update1:
per Jammycans response I added a few parameters to the section but did not seem to display. items have been published, I also confirmed on the prod DB.
Content Editor
Results:
Thanks in advance
There is no field in the Form Editor to set this information, you can set it directly on the section item itself.
In the Content Editor, expand the form and select the Form Section item. On the section item in the Parameters field set the information field text you need:
<Information>THIS IS WHERE I WOULD LIKE TO ADD TEXT</Information>
You can use the Localized Parameters field if you need to translate the text.
EDIT:
There is a bug in the logic on the default WFFM section view, located in \Views\Form\EditorTemplates\SectionModel.cshtml (for Sitecore 8 update 5 and earlier). On lines 18-21, the code reads:
#if (string.IsNullOrEmpty(Model.Information))
{
<p class="#Model.CssClass display-section-info">#Html.Sitecore().Field("Information", Model.InnerItem)</p>
}
The first line here should read:
#if (!string.IsNullOrEmpty(Model.Information))
Note the "!". That explains why you were seeing the markup previously, even though the parameter was not set. You need to update the code in the view in order to fix it.

How to render a link with a query string in Sitecore

I am trying to generate a link field on to the page, in the below format
<a class="book__btn" href="https://oc.axis.com/rez.aspx?submit=&shell=CASGCF">
Book
</a>
aspx:
<sc:Link ID="lnkBook" runat="server" Field="Target URL"></sc:Link>
<sc:FieldRenderer ID="frBook" runat="server" FieldName="Target URL"></sc:FieldRenderer>
aspx.cs:
Item offerDetails = this.DataSource;
lnkBook.Item = offerDetails;
frBook.Item = offerDetails;
The pic shows my declarations using Rocks
When the page is previewed, the button does not render at all. However, if I remove the text in the Query String field, it renders fine.
The Sitecore Rocks interface is a little misleading for links because the applicable fields do not change based on the link type. Query String is only supported for internal links. If you want to add a query string to your external link, just add it directly to the Url.

Like Button (SEND) Shows the og:metadata info and not the href content (sometimes)

The site is: http://grantdeb.com
I want to be able to dynamically add meta properties to the Recommend(s) and Send(s). Right now, it's using the meta og: properties and that is totally NOT what I want.
The LIKE count is also showing incorrectly for each like even though I've pushed the data-href to it like:
<div class="fb-like" data-href="http://grantdeb.com/wedding-photographers-hampton-roads/[dynamic id]/Wedding-Photography" data-send="false" data-width="450" data-show-faces="false" data-action="recommend" ></div>
BUT - for some reason, once in a while the LIKE / SEND does NOT use the meta properties and correctly shows the correct count AND the correct picture / title I want for the Send.
If you go to our site at http://grantdeb.com look specifically at the "Jasmine Plantation Wedding Photography" (like the 5th post down) you'll see the number of Recommendations is correct, and if you hit the "Send" button at right bottom, it actually uses the correct title and picture we want.
That post is the way we want the Recommend / Send to display.
Why is that happening to some of them and to others it shows our og: metadata?
I can’t exactly see on your site what the problem is (or match your problem description with your site’s content) – but looking at the URL for the post you mentioned in Facebook debug tool, it seems that you have
<meta property="og:url" content="http://grantdeb.com" />
set for all of your detail pages – so that is what Facebook considers the “real” URL for all of your actual posts marked with this tag.
(Can’t tell if this is what you explicitly wanted or not, because your problem description is kinda fuzzy to me.)
