Unable to install Blaze Advisor .Net on Windows 10 - blaze-advisor

I am a .net developer and my first preference will be using Blaze Advisor .Net . I have been trying to run "Blaze Advisor Builder 7.2.6 for .NET" from icon installed on Desktop but nothing happens.
I have installed Blaze Advisor .Net 7.2.6 on Windows 10 from MSI file Advisor.NETx64Setup.msi
Then I went to folder "C:\Blaze_net\Advisor72NET\bin" (path where I have installed Blaze Advisor) and ran "verifyInstall.bat", here I got errors which I resolved one by one. Below are the details
1)
Could not load file or assembly vjslib
Resolved this error by
installing 64 bit of Visual J# Redistributable
2)
The type initializer for 'java.lang.System' threw an exception. --->
java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: Unable to load DLL 'vjsnativ'
Resolved this error by copying three dll from path
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\vjscor.dll
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\vjslib.dll
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\vjsnativ.dll
to path C:\Blaze_net\Advisor72NET\bin\applications
3)
Unhandled Exception: System.TypeInitializationException: The type
initializer for 'java.lang.System' threw an exception. --->
System.BadImageFormatException: An attempt was made to load a program
with an incorrect format.
Resolved this error by running "registerDotNet40Support.bat" file
4) Now the error that i am stuck on is
Error verifying the Blaze Advisor Installation Additional info :
Unable to determine installation directory for product
'NdAdvisorCommon'. The product may not be installed properly or the
installation registry entries are missing or corrupted.
Check that the registry key 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Fair
Isaac\Blaze Advisor.NET\Installed Assemblies\com.blazesoft.AdvCommon,
Version=7.2.336.60, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=a3597fa6e7f2b580'
exists.
I have installed "Blaze Advisor" by file downloaded from net Advisor.NETx64Setup.msi and I assume it must have installed it correctly, I can see desktop icon 'Blaze Advisor Builder 7.2.6 for .NET' getting created which doesn't run but.
I can't find any registry entry with name "Fair Issac".
Now what should I do to get over this issue? Installation shouldn't be so complex right.
Thanks

I uninsatalled Blaze Advisor and RAN the msi file through command prompt in "Run as Administrator" mode. This way the issue got resolved and I am able to run "Blaze Advisor".
Note that if you just double click the MSI file it will not install correctly.
Thanks

no leveldbjni64-1.8 in java.library.path exception while running akka project

I am trying to start an existing project from the main class. But getting the exception below.
java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: Could not load library. Reasons: [no leveldbjni64-1.8 in java.library.path, no leveldbjni-1.8 in java.library.path, no leveldbjni in java.library.path, C:\Users\Z003SXSP\AppData\Local\Temp\leveldbjni-64-1-386410980806513791.8: Can't find dependent libraries]
But when I tried running the same project from other machine, I am able to run it successfully also found leveldbjni-64-1-386410980806513791.8 file has been created in temp directory. Not getting why it not able to generate that file and complaining the above resulting in shutting down JVM from my machine.
Attached the screenshot of the log.
TIA.
You need to install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable for your windows machine, that may solve your issue, refer here for more :-link

Can't get past Microsoft.VisualStudio.MinShell.Msi.msi in VS2017 RC Update

I previously successfully installed Visual Studio 2017 RC Enterprise on Windows 10 Home. I saw in the Notifications area an update to a later version of the RC, and so I clicked on that notification to install it.
The installation got as far as the attempting to install the Android Emulators, but failed and the log said it needed Win10 Pro.
So I removed the emulator from the install options, but the install didn't complete and this time the log said:

I tried to follow the instructions from Visual Studio 2017 RC Install Error "The specified account already exists." however its says the action is only valid for installed products
Yesterday I did notice MinShell in the Programmes Uninstall list and tried removing it from there.
However it makes no difference and every time I try and run the installer I get the same error. I have tried making sure that no VS2017 related items are installed in Programs and Features, and deleting directories manually from Program files etc
Starting to get really annoyed as I had a completely working compiler and IDE and I've already been totally unable to upgrade Win10 to the Anniversary Update due to the 0x8007002C – 0x400D error during Migrate-Data operation. I tried the fix of resetting the Storage app to make all defaults C:, and then the Documents link, but that didn't fix it, although I see I've missed Downloads, Pictures and Video, so will try again tonight but I still don't see it working, although I think the failure moved from 79% to 83%
#Peter Nimmo I had the same issue. Solve it by:
Go to C:\Program Data\Microsoft, go to Properties then click the Security tab and add System, then give full permission. The reason why it couldn't install is because it can't access the folder required.
Hope it works for you. If it doesn't, you could try the following additional steps:
Go to C:\ then at the search box type %temp% then delete everything in it.
Run this script in Powershell Admin mode: https://gist.github.com/heaths/77fbe0b44496960fab25c2eb0b9e8475.
This problem might be caused by setting a separate cache folder when installing. The steps below should fix it.
delete the visualstudio folder in your Registry editor HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE(under Microsoft?)
run InstallCleanup.exe---> C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\Installer\resources\app\layout
delete contents in your temp folder C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Temp(skip items that cannot be deleted)
run InstallCleanup.exe
inside C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\Installer\resources\app\layout
then restart your computer
Go to %ProgramData%\Microsoft and rename VisualStudio folder (e.g. to VisualStudio_old)
Try again with fresh install.
Please temporarily disable 3rd party anti-virus software and try the following steps to check if it works for you:
Type “Administrative Tools” in search box
Open “Local Security Policy”
Navigate to “Software Restriction Policies” (If it displays “No Software Restrictions Defined”, please right-click on the “Software Restriction Policies” node and select “New Software Restriction Policies”)
Double-click on “Enforcement”
Select “All users except Local Administrators” and click on OK
Restart your computer and run the Visual Studio Installer as administrator to repair the installation

similar error for me sort of, it starts installing then gets stuck on shell(minimum) and shell interops and the shell(minimum) resources and interop resources..then i get a fatal error, tells me that Visual Studio Devenv resource fails.. no matter what i try i cannot install on my windows 10 1607 anniversary update 3 64-bit with all updates to this minute. I read microsoft is aware and its become a huge problem, programming error. Anyone figures out how to install let me know please.
EDIT: so its a huge pain to get visual studio 2015 to install, i kept reinstalling it and everytime the error window came up i read the log, then i manually searched and installed components listed, and also had to manually create folders almost each time following the path listed in the log file. after 12 hours and alot of searching and installing i now have a fully functional visual studio 2015 pro edition back on my computer..i wanted 2017 but thats even worse to install..lol..

Building UWP app from command line

I need to create kind of builder for my Universal Windows App (UWP) application, that would load some configuration into it, build it and create app store package. Is there any way to build UWP app from command line, without associating it with the store and using Visual Studio at all?
There is WinAppDeployCmd, but it can be used to install builded appx package on device and I need tool like that to generate that package.
UPDATE
I've managed to build it and create app packages with command line, here is command I used:
msbuild "path to .csproj file" /p:OutDir=output_dir /p:AppxBundle=Always;AppxBundlePlatforms="x86|x64|ARM" /p:BuildAppxUploadPackageForUap=true
It's working but not as it should apparently. I can not install generated appx package on my phone (and emulator). I just get error
Failure reason: Failed to start deployment. Failure text: Install failed. Please contact your software vendor. (0x80073cf9)
I found many solutions for Windows 10 PC version, but there is only one solution I found for Windows 10 Mobile and this "solution" is to hard reset the phone, but I do not want to do that. Is there any other way?
And there is one more problem. This command doesn't work with parameter /p:Configuration=Release; and it only builds with Debug configuration, but I believe this is not related to previous error, because it doesn't work with Visual Studio either.
UPDATE
I could not find another solution, so I did the 'hard reset' of my phone and now it is working. It's sad, but I hope the reason is the Windows 10 Mobile OS is still in beta version.
Step 1 : See, you need to install .NET Framework installer from the below link. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653
Step 2 : Go to C: drive and find where msbuild.exe is. You will find more msbuild. But mostly it will be in the location like C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319.
Step 3: Open the CMD in administrator and point to the location which is mentioned in Step 2.
Step 4 : Paste this. msbuild.exe "YourCompleteProjectPath.sln" /t:rebuild

Cannot Attach Kernel Mode Debugger to Process in debugging KMDF driver

I am currently trying to build a simple Win 7 x64 USB driver using this guide: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/hardware/hh706187(v=vs.85).aspx
Host is using VS2013 & WDK 8.1
Because I don't have a null-modem cable (or any other means of setting up a debugger connection between host and target), I just filled my settings with the default ones found here, expecting some sort of error to return, but the configuration process went through without a hitch, displaying
WDK Remote User Account successfully created
Installing .NET Framework 9possible reboot)
Installing VC Redist (x64)
Installing test automation (x86)
Installing test automation (x64)
Installing debuggers (x86)
Installing debuggers (x64)
Installing driver test framewok
Registering logging components
Configure debugger settings (x64) (possible reboot)
Configure computer settings (x64) (possible reboot)
Creating system restore point
Complete
So I assumed that what I assumed about serial/com ports to be wrong and continued to attach the WKM Debugger to 'Kernel' of my target computer, which was listed under the "Available Processes" datagrid. When I click the 'Attach' button, however, I get an error that says:
Windows Debugging Extension for Visual Studio
Could not start debug session, error 80070002: The system cannot find the file specified
I've tried Building/Rebuilding the project many times, and Provisioning the target computer also multiple times to the same results. I saw that question number 25776839 also had the same issue as me, but he mentioned something about changing VS's default from Kernel Debugger to Remote Debugger, which I'm not sure how that can be accomplished, but also caused other problems. I've also tried to "attach process" using the same setting via WinDBG but did not produce anything useful.
Also, I switched from MSVS2015 and WDK10 to MSVS2013 and WDK8.1 because their tutorial files led me to missing header files (warning.h many others), and package files.
Can anyone show me what I did wrong or what I need to do to fix the 80070002 error? Yes, I am new to driver dev.

Unable to create a debugger engine of the type "No engine"

I just installed Qt Creator (Windows 64 bits) and I am checking that everything works as expected.
At this point the only problem I have is related to the debuggers. Firstly I tried adding gdb manually (gdb.exe) and some problem about python popped-up, so I added gdb-python (gdb-python27.exe) and the result is:
Unable to create a debugger engine of the type "No engine"
I use this kit:
MinGW -> MinGW\bin\mingw32-gcc-4.8.1.exe
GBD-Python -> MinGW\bin\gdb-python27.exe
I read this post, but didn't help me since I am using MinGW :/
Thank you in advance.
Edit1: I am open if you want to recommend me another kit configuration :-)
Edit2: I tried to execute gdb-python27.exe and I got an error (missing python27.dll). I installed it in C:\Windows\SysWOW64 and now the error (when I try to open gdb-python27.exe) is something like The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b). Still the same error while debugging in Qt creator.
Edit3: Is the problem related to the difference between my MinGW (32bits) and my OS (64 bits)? Don't think so (Qt creator is 32 bits). I think the message The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b) is because I use python27.dll (64 bits) instead of 32 bits.
Edit4: I download python27.dll (32 bits) and now I can execute gdb-python27.exe but I got this message through the cmd.exe: ImportError: No module named site.
I still got the error Unable to create a debugger engine of the type "No engine" while trying to debug with Qt creator.
I had similar issue when I installed Qt 5.8.0 having QtCreator 4.2.1 inside it.
I did not have Visual Studio 2015 installed on my machine, and I didn't want to install Visual Studio 2015 for it. So I installed visualcppbuildtools_full from microsoft website, which installed all the required compiler. QtCreator detected the MSVC compilers.
Still QtCreator complained about debugger. For that, I downloaded Windows SDK 10 stand alone with only Debugging Tools as selected. And installed the Debugging tools, which resolved the debugger issue also.
To cross check,
Verify whether C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10\Debuggers\x64\cdb.exe and C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10\Debuggers\x86\cdb.exe are created with all other binaries.
Now, open QtCreator. Go to Tools | Options | Build & Run | Debugger tab.
Verify above cdb.exe files paths are listed under Auto-detected section.
Debugging starts working after this.
Unable to create a debugger engine of the type "No engine"
This is a bug in Q1t Creator 3.3.0, if you update, you should be OK. Alternatively, it seems solvable by updating to Python 2.7.1.
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b)
If Qt is 32bit, so does the Python.dll
ImportError: No module named site
This seems to be a Python configuration problem as discussed here: Python (Windows) - ImportError: No module named site
Setting the PYTHONPATH / PYTHONHOME variables
Right click the Computer icon in the start menu, go to properties. On the left tab, go to Advanced system settings. In the window that comes up, go to the Advanced tab, then at the bottom click Environment Variables. Click in the list of user variables and start typing Python, and repeat for System variables, just to make certain that you don't have mis-set variables for PYTHONPATH or PYTHONHOME. Next, add new variables (I did in System rather than User, although it may work for User too): PYTHONPATH, set to C:\Python27\Lib. PYTHONHOME, set to C:\Python27.
Alternatively, installing Python 2.7.1 seems to fix that too.
