Django api/signup not found - django

Created a user registration form for my React Django app and keep getting an error even before doing anything on the form. It keeps saying api/signup 404 (Not Found).
I have added all necessary apps to my installed apps in settings. I have also added all necessary urls as well. For reference here are my urls.py
urlpatterns = [
path('api-auth/', include('rest_framework.urls')),
path('rest-auth/', include('rest_auth.urls')),
path('rest-auth/registration/', include('rest_auth.registration.urls')),
path('admin/', admin.site.urls),
path('api/', include('articles.api.urls')),
re_path('.*', TemplateView.as_view(template_name='index.html'))
]
And my settings:

Page Not Found for urls - openwisp-radius

I'm new to Django, I am following this guide to setup openwisp-radius
https://openwisp-radius.readthedocs.io/en/stable/developer/setup.html
When I go to the browser for any path from urlpatterns I get Page not found (404).
My django version is 3.0, os is Ubuntu 20.04, I installed openwisp-radius-0.2.1
I created a new django project with django-admin startproject testapp, and added code from the guide to settings.py and urls.py
this is my settings.py:
"""
Django settings for testapp project.
Generated by 'django-admin startproject' using Django 3.0.

DRF Project Static Files Problem On Server

I'm trying to host the project I prepared on PythonAnywhere. Even though I run the collectstatic command, I can't get any results. When I visit the url, the design does not appear, the same is true for the Admin. When I looked, the requested address is static file instead of static_base. But static_url and static_root should have different names anyway. Do I need to add something related to this field in the urls.py file? Because I haven't seen anything like it when I read it.

Using two settings (prod and dev) with django site, dev doesn't allow admin

Currently I am using two separate settings. One of them is the prod settings file that I upload to heroku in every push(postgres). The other one I use for development(sqlite3). All works well in production (thank heavens) however, the admin site doesn't work in production.
I am using python manage.py --settings=djangoroot.devsettings to run the dev server. However, the admin site is giving me the following:
DoesNotExist at /admin/login/
