When i try to read all the elements in XML collection i read only the first number in the tag check_id, and skips the rest .. i'm trying to deal with this problem for 2 days now and i need your help.

Okay so i fixed this my self and i am posting the answer in case somebody has the same problem

That's how i got all the element in the tag check_id.

I see many posts about converting the table(s) in a DataSet to a list of DataRows or other row data but I was unable to find anything about this question. This is what I came up with using .Net 3.0:

List<DataTable> result = new List<DataTable>(ds.Tables.Cast<DataTable>())

or

My console window outputs tcm:362-65596 but not tcm:363-48948. It looks like the code doesn't see the value of xlink:href inside my <a> tag as an attribute? Can anyone point me in the right direction? I need to match ALL instances of tcm:([^\"]*).
The problem is you are not looking in the right place. Your elem.Elements is looking at the link element and the links element. Only one of these has the attribute that you are looking for. You'll need to select the elements you want to check more precisely before looking for the right attribute.
I've got it working. I didn't need a regex I just needed to get the Descendants instead inside my for loop. foreach (var Id in elem.Descendants().Where(x => x.Attribute(xlink + "href") != null))
Ok I have written some basic generic webservices before but I have never tried to consume a 3rd party one.
The one I am trying to consume is

I am not getting any results back from this what so ever and cannot figure out why.
More odd is it is not even reaching PredictionsClient_getPredictionsAndMetadataCompleted when I put a break point in the code it doesn't even reach it.

Loooking at the code you have here I think that you have used the importing of a ServiceReference to auto build the classes for you?
Unfortunately I have found that this is rather temperamental on WP7 and the only way I actually got it to work was when I connected it to a Microsoft WCF service. Connecting to anything else just doesn't work.
If you do google searches there are various pages talking about the fact it doesn't work and ways around it (which I couldn't get to work).
However, there are ways around it but it isn't as simple as the auto-generated stuff. Basically you do things manually.
Although there are other ways to manually create the web service what I did was follow the information in the following which worked well: http://zetitle.wordpress.com/2010/10/14/using-reactive-extensions-with-webrequest/
You will need to parse the response yourself but XML to LINQ works really well for this.

UPDATE: Still not working :( I have updated the code portion to reflect what I currently have.
This should be a pretty easy question for people who have used TinyXML. I'm attempting to use TinyXML to parse through an XML document and pull out some values. I figured out how to add in the library yesterday, and I have successfully loaded the document (hey, it's a start).
I've been reading through the manual and I can't quite figure out how to pull out individual attributes. After Googling around, I haven't found an example of my specific example, so perhaps someone here who has used TinyXML can help out. Below is a slice of the XML, and where I have started to parse it.

from the documentation I see the code would look like:

However for the type of thing you are doing I would use XPATH if at all possible. I have never used it but the TinyXPath project may be helpful if you choose to go that route the link is: http://tinyxpath.sourceforge.net/

I want to use XML file as a config file, from which I will read parameters for my application. I came across on PugiXML library, however I have problem with getting values of attributes.

Attributes are loaded corectly , however all values are equals 0. Could somebody tell me what I do wrong ?
I think your problem is that you're expecting the value to be stored in the node itself, but it's really in a CHILD text node. A quick scan of the documentation showed that you might need
it->child_value()
instead of
it->value()
Are you trying to get all the attributes for a given node or do you want to get the attributes by name?
For the first case, you should be able to use this code:

If you want stock plain text data into the nodes like
<name> My Name</name>
You need to make it like
rootNode.append_child("name").append_child(node_pcdata).set_value("My name");
If you want to store datatypes, you need to set an attribute. I think what you want is to be able to read the value directly right?
When you are writing the node,
rootNode.append_child("version").append_attribute("value").set_value(0.11)
When you want to read it,
rootNode.child("version").attribute("version").as_double()
At least that's my way of doing it!
