Issue with verifying cvc in gcloud - google-cloud-platform

i used my uncle's credit card to signup with google cloud platform for free tier avaliance .It is not verifying cvc/ccv but it charged 50 ruppes for verification then i cancel it and it automatically redirects to project creation and a project also created. After some time it shows in upper part that your project violate our policy and giving a form documentation for verification. country-INDIA, cc-HDFC BANK

In the official documentation says this:
After signing up, you might notice a $0-1 transaction from Google, which is a pending authorization request between our billing system and the bank that issued your credit or debit card. Authorizations might be converted to local currency by your bank, and these transactions might appear as pending on your statement for up to a month. Please keep in mind they are authorization requests only, not actual charges.
That means it is not a real charge just a check.
If you have any other doubt about it, talk with your bank or contact to Google Cloud Billing Support

Can't signup for Google Cloud free account: Error :This action couldn’t be completed. Try again later. [OR-BSBBF-103]

I'm using a VISA debit card. I have tried 3 times. My payment was successful but after that, every time I'm getting an error. This action couldn’t be completed. Try again later. [OR-BSBBF-103]
Please tell me what type of card I have to use.
There could be a few reasons, Kindly Check below Conditions :
As you are using a Debit card make sure to have international transaction acceptance . Kindly Check with your Card Provider.
If you tried many times then create a new gmail account which was never used for gcp .
Note: if you already used your card for GCP, then It should not have any credit balance with gcp bills. Clear if any remaining in other accounts.
Refer this official doc for Payment methods.
Edit-1 :
As per the official doc I can see below information with respect to the debit card:
When you enter a debit card as your form of payment, Google checks whether your issuing bank approves subscriptions or recurring payments using that card. If your bank does not approve, this card will not work for automatic recurring payments.
Also requested to create a free tier account via Incognito Mode or else try to clear the cookies , make sure that you don't have any ad blockers , Pop up blockers while doing this and have a try. Refer this Billing verification link

Quota exceeded error when create new profile with GC Talent Solution

Step to reproduce: Go to this site, https://cloud.google.com/talent-solution/job-search/docs/reference/rest/v4beta1/projects.tenants.profiles/create, make a POST request with a valid tenant name, to create a new profile.
Get error: "8 RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED: Quota exceeded for quota metric 'quota metric that handles profile write requests' and limit 'quota metric that handles profile write requests per minute' of service 'jobs.googleapis.com' for consumer 'project_number:XXXXXXXXX'."
My current usage is just 100+ post/put/delete requests per month, and if I remember correctly, free tie in Google Cloud allows thousands of requests per 100 seconds.
My billing account was setup and the card is valid. I can create companies, tenants as normal.
Please help.
As John Hanley commented quota issues are usually handled by the Cloud Support team and should be addressed opening a support ticket. However, this case refers to Cloud Talent Solution Profile Search which as stated in the documentation at this moment is in 'Closed Beta' state, meaning that it doesn't allow new candidates.
In order to use this feature you will have to wait until it's released to the public or the Beta is opened for new candidates.

Google Cloud virtual instances disappear after trial?

I created two virtual machine instances. After the trial they disappear. I already search in the compute engine menu but i can't find anything. Do you know if i can recover them or what can i do?.
After your trial ends, the resources you created during the trial are stopped, but can be restored if you upgrade to a paid account within 30 days.
Within that 30-day period, you can also contact Google Billing Support to export any data you stored in Google GCP services (other than on Compute Engine). After 30 days, your data and resources are not available, even if you upgrade.
You can find more detail at this link.
Update: 2020-12-18
I just have had a chat with google billing support. They confirm that they remove data after 30 days as state here https://cloud.google.com/free/docs/gcp-free-tier#end (They gave me this link )
After the VMs are removed , they will gone forever. You cannot do anything about it.
And they also said that they DO NOT give any email warning that the service is ending and the VMs will be removed.
Very surprised about this and this is like a problem for at least 2 years. And they do nothing about it. It is just one email and very very important one!
They also said "we will send a feedback to our engineering team regarding this incident" Hope that their engineering team will create this email next time.
However, if you have a paid account, it will be different. You will get a warning email ( just one , as I understand) and you will have 7 + 30 days before your vm will be deleted. This is from the chat:
If the account missed a payment, the billing account will go to "Delinquent Status" and after 7 days, the account will be suspended and the service will be interrupted. Which means, the VM's will stop to function.
Once the account is in a delinquent status, the moment it was entered delinquency, you'll receive a notice via email that you need to update the form of payment to remove the delinquency, if not, the account will be suspended.
Once it's suspended, the project will start to go to the period when the project needs to be link to an active account within 30 days, otherwise, the data and resources are gradually deleted from the project if not linked to a working billing account in a span of 30 days.
After the 30 day recovery period, all resources on the project are fully deleted and there are no more means of recovering them, that's what will happen and the stages will experience "if" the account missed a payment or when the card link in the account expires.
As I understand , it will be one email only.

Trying to sign up for a free trial

I am trying to deploy my nodejs app to google cloud. To do that you need to set up your billing account. I live in India and I've read some blogs online saying that google doesn't accept debit cards from India because they require Verified By Visa authentication and google doesn't implement that. What can I do? Do I NEED to get a credit card (credit cards work apparently)
If you don't have a credit card, please try to sign up with your debit card (assuming it has the Visa or Mastercard logo) as per below information.
If it does not work and you have further issues, please contact Google Cloud Platform billing with questions, as it will require discussing sensitive financial information that you shouldn't post on Stack Overflow.
Q1: do you need a billing account to sign up for free trial?
Per the billing docs:
Do I pay anything for the free trial?
No, the trial is free and you will not be billed. When your trial ends, your account will be paused and you'll have the option to upgrade to a paid account.
Per the Google Cloud Platform free trial FAQ:
You Won’t be Billed
When you sign up for the free trial, you are asked to provide your credit card information. This information is used only to verify your identity and let us know you’re not a robot. Your credit card is not charged during your free trial unless you upgrade to a paid account.
Q2: will debit cards work or do you need to use a credit card?
Per billing docs, you can pay via debit cards if they have the Visa or Mastercard logo. Also:
The payment methods available to you will depend on your currency and country. You'll see what payment methods are available to you when you sign up for Google Cloud billing.
Note that instant verification mentioned below is only available for US-based bank accounts at the time of this writing (20 Sep 2015). Otherwise, you can verify your bank account via trial deposits.
For more details, see the help page:
Choose a payment method
A payment method is what you use to pay for your costs, such as a credit card or bank account. The payment methods available to you will depend on your currency and country. You'll see what payment methods are available to you when you sign up for Google Cloud billing.
Credit cards and debit cards
Credit card and debit card payments allow you to specify a credit or debit card that will be used as a primary or backup funding source for monthly automatic or manual payments. We accept debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo.
Note: Prepaid cards are not accepted for payment.
Bank account (also known as direct debit)
Bank account payments allow you to specify a bank account that will be used as the primary funding source for monthly automatic payments. Your account won't be active until you've verified your bank account. Verification of your bank account may take up to 10 days. For information about instant bank verification, see Verify your bank account with instant bank verification.
Backup credit cards
If your primary form of payment doesn't work for some reason, a backup credit card makes sure your services keep running.
#Misha Brukman gives nice answer for this question but i just want to append some more information. I have checked #Mishra Brukman's answer and try to active my free trial Google Cloud Platform account and add card information in payment method but its not work with normal card. I have tried with VISA card and Master Card but not working.
Now i spent more then 5 hours and then found that we can open(active) account by using VISI debit card or Master Card also but Please make sure that the card should be supported for international transaction.
I have added VISI debit card detail which is supported international transaction and it works fine for me.

Authorize.net - Automated Recurring Billing (ARB) & Address Verification Services (AVS)

I have setup Authorize.net's Automated Recurring Billing in a system I have built, which works great.
The only downfall is when someone puts in bad billing information, AVS is not checked (and it returns successful). It only creates the account, and the payment will fail at the first time it is billed, which is often the next day.
How can I catch the bad billing information before we complete the transaction?
Use AIM to process the first payment. That way you know the card is valid before setting up the subscription and can perform AVS and CVV verification. If you don't want to charge the first payment, then do an AUTH_ONLY with AIM to accomplish the same effect.
