I have problem
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'sorl'
I installed it and tried even again.
(env) PS path> pip install sorl-thumbnail
Requirement already satisfied: sorl-thumbnail in path\env\lib\site-packages (12.8.0)
Django starts with that env activated. Module was installed with env also activated. I tried also to pip install without virtual enviroment.
It's also added in Installed_Apps
...
'simple_history',
'widget_tweaks',
'sorl.thumbnail',
]
Any tips? 🙄

I already put the oracle modulein advance system setting , but its still not working , i wonder if i put the wrong file or not there is something i havent set to make it work
Already find the solution :
Check if your python has the same bit with cx_oracle , perhaps cx_oracle will be installed the same bit like your OS has .
if it didnt have the same bit , you must download the python the same bit like your OS does , if it is 64 bit then your python must 64 bit
I'm attempting to install django-hosts.
I've added django-host to my installed apps, added the necessary code at the start and end of the middleware section and I've defined ROOT_HOSTCONF and DEFAULT_HOST as per the instructions located here:
https://django-hosts.readthedocs.io/en/latest/
I'm now getting the following error when I try to run the server on my local machine:

I'm trying to move my Django project to a production server(virtual machine running ubuntu server 14.04 LTS X64) freshly installed.
All I did so far is installing the project requirements.txt (no apache server installed nor mysql server)

which clearly indicates that i have an issue regarding mysql database support!
after struggeling with the mysql-connector-python package i was using in my devloppment version, i couldn't get it working on my linux server due to some compatibility issues.
so i end up installing mysqlclient package insteed and it worked like a charm!
I have started working on python/django. But while using settings.py for database connection, I am getting the following error. I am using pycharm in windows 8.
