I am looking for a plugin or a way where I can implement the same idea as "document scanner" into an Ionic application in which when you open the camera it detects the document borders and clarifies the photo after capturing it.
Is there is any tutorial or any one can record to me a video where I can benefit from it to implement this feature, since I need it for my application that I build for my university senior project.

Just getting into this ionic framework. build an simple app with just a tab and menu, deploy to android phone. it seems like it takes a good 3 seconds to load. the black screen last for 3 seconds then the app shows. I also try the ionicview app from ionic. similar experience. my question is, is it just something I missed or it's just one of the draw back of this kind of hybrid app? it make sense that the webview need to load and parse the js and html then render the UI.
Crosswalk provides a bundled Chrome Webview with the app, resulting in better performance and predictability. It helps a lot on older Androids and also speeds up the newer phones.
I've just developed my first Google Glass app (Android Studio) and I was hoping you all might help me work through a problem. I initially developed the app for Android and made the necessary modifications to be able to target Glass (a few updates to the manifest and a few new xml files). The app installs and runs just fine on Glass, with the exception of one quirk: the app icon and title are overlaying the top ~20% of the Glass display, like a title-bar banner.
Is there something that needs to be added/subtracted from a typical android development environment to disable this overlay?
Sorry I don't have a screenshot. I can try to figure out how to capture one on Glass if it helps.
I got to the bottom of if.
Remove app title bar android
I failed to put the android:theme="#android:style/Theme.NoTitleBar" declaration in the correct place in the manifest.
Thank you.
I am trying to integrate a tool Chartboost into our game.
We are using following tools for development.
Xcode 5.0.2.
Latest ChartBoost Library.
Deployment target being iOS 6.1.
Base SDK being iOS 7.0.
Game Engine Cocos2d-x ( C++ ).
In order to use ChartBoost I followed these steps.
Created an account at Chartboost.
Added an app
Platform: iOS
Nick Name: Added
-Test Mode: Enabled
and Its showing the App Id and App signature.
Added a Campaign.
-Its On.
-CampaignStart and End are blank, so it will be effective as soon as possible.
-Filter By Bundle verion is Min 1.0 and Max blank .(already tried by keeping both blank.)
-Selected the App I added ,as the app where this campaign will run.
-Campaign Logic: Added test device with UUID.
-Rest of the options are untouched.
For test purpose I downloaded and used the sample iOS project provided at ChartBoost site. I replaced the App Id and App signature with my App's ID and Signature. On running the app, it does not display any ads. It logs messages like :
-failure to load interstitial at location Default
-failure to load interstitial at location Pause screen
-failure to load more apps
-failure to load interstitial at location After level 1
I am not able to conclude what wrong I have done! Please help on this issue.
PS:
1. I have already received a mail from ChartBoost mentioning I have successfully integrated the SDK, and in front of added app , the SDK and Frame icons are lit(green), which essentially shows , I have integrated the SDK correctly.
2.Our game is still under development and as we are using the Cocos2d-x which is c++ Game engine ,so we will be using some wrapper to call the ChartBoost library. Once we get the idea how it works on native platform.
In Chartboost sometimes it happens that you have set in the Chartboost dashboard that your game is in "Landscape" mode for example.
While your game is actually running in portrait mode.
In such cases you will get these errors.
Make both these same. Either change in the Chartboost dashboard for your app or change in the game's project file :)
Hello I am new in web services(Drupal 7) I want to know to create the web services for uploading images.I searched but could not find.I am using REST services. Please help me.
Using Drupal to upload images
Since Drupal 7 image handling is part of Drupal core, and there are responsive themes designed for smart phones, you don't need additional contributed modules to upload images from within drupal as a content contributor and your phone as a web browser.
Here is a short step by step:
Choose Administration > Add content > [Content type].
The image field will be displayed in the list of fields once you've
added it to the content type (see above). Click 'Browse', then
select and upload the desired image.
Enter alternate text to improve accessibility and optimize it for
search engines.
Save the article.
Images can be added and removed from the node's Edit tab. If the
node is deleted, all associated images are deleted with it.
Using Android to upload images
I believe this option would start as an architecture design decision and a price point. For example, you could use the Drupal Services module to open up REST and XML-RPC options from the drupal platform to your Android application. Next, you could choose to develop a native app for android to upload images into drupal's database for use in various applications. Or, you might consider a jQuery Mobile browser app that might be much simpler and less costly to build.

I'm new to QT plug ins and Meego Touch Framework. My goal is to be able to create a QT plug in that reads CSS files to customize any application loaded in a terminal. So if user wants to customize any application, all he has to do is create a css file and load it. Can somebody give me a jumpstart how to do this using Meego Touch Framework? I have been reading this -> http://meego.com/developers/ui-design-guidelines/handset/ui-customization-guidelines but all I'm getting are the basics...
By default meegotouch does support "per application" stylesheets so if i understand your question, its already implemented.
