I am using <cfimage> to create a captcha. Is there any way to make this vision impaired accessible. On other websites I've seen, you can click something that will read it to you. Is this possible in ColdFusion? Currently using CF10 but can upgrade to newer version if needed to in order to meet this requirement.

I'm looking for API documentation on how to interact with user accounts. For example, checking if a user exists, creating a user, updating a user, getting user properties. I've been to doc.sitecore.net but I still can't seem to find any of this documented. Is it documented and where can I find it? If it is not documented, what other resources can I access?
In 6.x versions, I see that some of the functionality I need is in Sitecore.Security.Accounts. However, I don't know if this is still current or if there is a better method for 8.1 and future versions.
The 6.x guidelines are still the most current, and as of 8.2, there has not been any major changes to that API, so the Security API Cookbook is still your best bet.

To my knowledge, this part hasn't been changed since Sitecore 6.x, so you should be safe to use this resource.
I just started my adventure with the Redmine 3.0, the project manager.
I can't Google out if there is an option to export its calendar to e.g. thunderbird-ligthning. There are some plugins, but they are not compatible with current Redmine 3.0. I couldn't find out anything relevant in the changelog, too.
Can anyone tell me from their own experience, if (and how) this feature is available?
Generally, anything that exports to the ics format can be made available to Thunderbird/Lightning, or any other calendaring program. The other option is to make use of the caldav protocol, which is also standardized.
I have heard reports that this fork of the redmime ics export plugin works for 3.x, but I haven't tested it myself. Maybe you can give it a try.
If you would like to create your own, I'd suggest adapting sabreDAV to use redmime as a backend. As an example for how to write a custom sabre frontend for a different service, check out this work.
I have basic website I developed in Django and SQL lite.
I want to add this feature to it.
A user should be able to click a button and record a message that is no longer than 10 seconds and save it.
It can be saved on server as an audio file or can be saved on the database if that is more efficient and possible.
Can you please let me know if Django already has any component or plugin or something that I can use?
If it doesn't exist, what are my best options. If I need to write from the scratch, can you point me to any tutorials/blogs, etc?

As far as I know there's no such plugin for django. But it's not mainly django's work to do this. You can record audio via javascript using Web Audio API, or by using one of several projects (see this answer). Also if you have to support older browsers I think that your best bet is to use flash for this purpose (but some mobile browsers don't support it). So the best thing is to use some sort of fallback mode with html5&javascript implementation for browsers that support Audio API and use flash for others.
Graph database systems like ne04j seem to becoming very popular of late. I am a newbie user who is trying to set-up a website that needs to display some data which is best displayed using a graph database (essentially i will visualize this on the website).
I am designing this website using CMS Drupal but i am open to changing to other CMS or in worst case a web application framework like Django. Can anyone suggest me a basic template, website or extension to a CMS that enable graph databases or a good way to start learning web app development using graph databases for a noob ?

There is http://structr.org/, a CMS built on Neo4j and very Open and capable. Other bindings, you might take a look at REST bindings and neo4j embedded bindings to get going.

Does anyone know if there is a help authoring tool out there that can produce help documentation for a software product that looks like a wiki? We are currently using the Confluence wiki engine, which is absolutely brilliant and we were wondering if there is anything like that but without the need for an Apache server. Something stand-alone that can give our users the help documentation they need. We have used help authoring tools and they all seem so clunky compared to a wiki.
