GATE_Using for Thesis_Run-time Error - gate

When I am trying to run corpus pipeline on language resources. It is throwing the below (even though I follow the order as Document reset, english tokeniser, sentence splitter)
Can someone help me with the process to debug this run-time error
Error:
gate.creole.ExecutionException: No sentences or tokens to process in document Password_Safe-window1.txt_0003E
Please run a sentence splitter and tokeniser first!

Edit:
The files are not empty. As i tried to implement #dedek's suggestion, it has thrown no errors. But raised one more problem as follows:
Exception in thread "ApplicationViewer1" java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space

I think it is because your document is empty.
Can you confirm that?
There is a run-time param failOnMissingInputAnnotations of the POSTagger, set it to false and it should be ok.
See also the docs:
failOnMissingInputAnnotations - if set to false, the PR will not fail with an ExecutionException if no input Annotations are found and instead only log a single warning message per session and a debug message per document that has no input annotations (run-time, default = true).

Filebeat regex for tomcat

I'm having trouble to get the correct regex for filebeat when using tomcat and log4j.
For this log:
21/10/2022 16:04:37 ERROR en Clase: ExceptionLogger - MSN: test
Exception.Class: BUSINESS EXCEPTION
ErrorCode: 0
Usuario: test
StackTrace:
at ar.com.test.conf.Monitor.monitorTest(ImpBusCaja.java:1213)
at ar.com.test.delegators.Monitor.m(Cajas.java:595)
I've configured this pattern: '^[[:space:]]' with negate=false and match=after (as the documentation says) but it doesn't work.
Even if I use the go playground, it should work: https://go.dev/play/p/JGV8ZDPtHwt
Here's what we have for configuration for log4j-based files with a slightly different pattern, but you should be able to adapt it to your situation:
multiline.type: pattern
multiline.pattern: '^\d{4}-\d{2}-'
multiline.negate: true
multiline.match: after
Here's an example standard log4j log line:
2022-10-22 13:55:34,932 [pool-8-thread-1] TRACE fully.qualified.class.Name- Here's the raw message
Here's an example exception message:
2022-10-21 20:14:42,442 [catalina-exec-6] ERROR fully.qualified.class.Name- Main error message
fully.qualified.exception.Type: Exception error message

at stack.trace.class.method(Source.java:203)
at stack.trace.class.method(Source.java:303)
at stack.trace.class.method(Source.java:403)
So we are just looking for log lines starting with dddd-dd- and assuming that those are always "new log entries". We could certainly confuse things with a log line that was a continuation of something previous which started with that same pattern, but that's very rare.

Getting FR_3085 ERROR when working in Informatica

In a lot of the task flow jobs I'm running, I constantly am getting the
FR_3085 ERROR: Row [1]: 2-th character is a null character, which is
not allowed in a text input file
error. These occur usually in data synchronization tasks but I sometimes see this in mapping configurations as well. How do I resolve this error?
This error occurs when you have NULL characters in your flat file.
One way for doing this is using the OS utilities for removing the NULL characters from your flat file automatically and this will depend on what OS you're using.

Getting rid of FFmpeg non-existng PPS error

I am using ffmpeg to decode videos. I am aware that the error I am getting is due to the frame/sliceHeader is decoded and the Picture Parameter Set information is not there. I am just curious if anyone knows a way to get rid of this error? My video is successfully decoding but in the debugger this error makes the metadata hard to read.
The error is :
non existing PPS 0 referenced
decode_slice_header error
no frame!

Check the FFmpeg logging facilities - you can use av_log_set_callback to provide your own logging callback and either just ignore everything, or filter by log level, it is up to you.
In my case of use, i was able to still receive critical errors, but no longer decoder errors with following parameters:
ffmpeg -loglevel panic
Here is a snippet of documentation of available loglevels:
-loglevel [repeat+]loglevel | -v [repeat+]loglevel
Set the logging level used by the library. Adding "repeat+" indicates that repeated log output should not be compressed to the first line and the "Last message repeated n times" line will be omitted. "repeat" can also be used alone. If "repeat" is used alone, and with no prior loglevel set, the default loglevel will be used. If multiple loglevel parameters are given, using ’repeat’ will not change the loglevel. loglevel is a string or a number containing one of the following values:
‘quiet, -8’
Show nothing at all; be silent.
‘panic, 0’
Only show fatal errors which could lead the process to crash, such as and assert failure. This is not currently used for anything.
‘fatal, 8’
Only show fatal errors. These are errors after which the process absolutely cannot continue after.
‘error, 16’
Show all errors, including ones which can be recovered from.
‘warning, 24’
Show all warnings and errors. Any message related to possibly incorrect or unexpected events will be shown.
‘info, 32’
Show informative messages during processing. This is in addition to warnings and errors. This is the default value.
‘verbose, 40’
Same as info, except more verbose.
‘debug, 48’
Show everything, including debugging information.
‘trace, 56’
For me, my solution turned out to be :
Hope it helps anyone using ffmpeg in c!
av_log_set_level(AV_LOG_QUIET);

Timed Indexed Color sets in CPN Tools that results in Unhandled Exception Error

I am using CPN Tools to model a distributed system. CPN Tools uses CPN ML an extension of SML. The project homepage is: cpntools.org
I started with a simple model and when I try to make a particular indexed color set timed, I get an "Internal error". There is another indexed colorset within my Petri-net model that is timed and works correctly. I am not sure how I can troubleshoot since I don't understand the error message. Could you help me interpret the error message or give me some hints on what I could be doing wrong?
The model is:

The declarations of the model are:
http://imgur.com/DvvpyvH
The error message is:
Internal error: Compile error when generating code. Caught error.../compiler/TopLevel/interact/evalloop.sml:296.17-296.20../compiler/TopLevel/interact/evalloop.sml:44.55../compiler/TopLevel/interact/evalloop.sml:66.19-66.27
structure CPN`TransitionID1413873858 = struct ... end (* see simulator debug info for full code *)

Thank you~
I know this is an old question, but I run in the same problem and wasted too much time on this, so maybe it will help someone else in the future.
I didn't understand exactly the reason for this, but it seems the problem appears when you play with time values on an arch that ends to a transition (I was updating an integer value to the current time, using IntInf.toInt(time())). Now, if I move the code on the outgoing arch of that transition (that is: the one that ends in a place) there is no error.

MySQL++ - Run-Time Check Failure #2 - Stack around the variable was corrupted

im having issues with MySQL++ and desperately need help.
I'm using Visual Studio 2010, MySQL++ v3.1.0 and MySQL v5.1.59( x86 & x64 );
All Library's have been compiled correctly. This error only occurs in Debug version due to the compiler setting "Both (/RTC1, equiv. to /RTCsu) (/RTC1)" being on.
Edit: I should note that this only happens in Debug version. In Release it works like a charm
I've tracked the problem back to the mysqlpp_d.dll, the MySQL++ object are crashing on there destructors due to reference counting. It complains about not being capable of accessing the memory of the ref counter, and when it tries to decrease it, it crashes. At least thats what I think happens.
I tried this to make sure everything gets derefrenced and removed in the correct order (even tho its irrelevant, but helped me track the true problem down I hope): http://pastebin.com/Ru0uYcy9
It crashes with:
First-chance exception at 0x000007feeef5dd4c (mysqlpp_d.dll) in Launcher.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation writing location 0x000007feeeff5148.
Unhandled exception at 0x000007feeef5dd4c (mysqlpp_d.dll) in Launcher.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation writing location 0x000007feeeff5148.
And breakes here:
http://pastebin.com/9Mfr7NwB
This code has a serious bug:
mysqlpp::UseQueryResult res;
{
mysqlpp::Query query = conn.query();
query << "SELECT USER();";
res = query.use();
row = res.fetch_row();
}
You aren't consuming all the result sets. In MySQL, stored procedures that return data return at least two separate result sets: the first is the results you asked for, and the second is status information about the call itself. See examples/multiquery.cpp in the MySQL++ source distribution for the correct way to handle this. Also see section 3.16 in the MySQL++ user manual.
The main consequence of this is that later queries on the same connection will fail.
I think your memory corruption is actually a secondary effect, and that the primary problem stems from ignoring the MySQL C API's attempts to tell you that you're trying to run two overlapping queries on the same connection, because you didn't consume the entire first result set. From what little code you've posted, I can see that you're ignoring returned error codes, so if you've also disabled MySQL++ exceptions, your code will completely ignore this error and blithely go on to stomp all over things it shouldn't.
By the way, please lose the trailing semicolon on the query. It isn't needed with the C API, and can cause confusion, especially in the face of multi-queries. Use semicolons only to separate multiple statements in a single query.
