arm-none-eabi-g++: command not found in Eclipse - c++

I'm attempting to build firmware from a GitHub project, which uses GCC-ARM, SCons, and OpenOCD (I'm using a Mac btw). If I run "scons" from the command line, the project builds just fine.
However, I want to use Eclipse to build the project. I installed "SConsolidator" and "GNU ARM on Eclipse" plugins, and I imported the project as a Scons project. I also went into project Properties -> C/C++ General -> Paths and Symbols and I added the GNU ARM includes directory for GNU C and GNU C++ under the includes tab.
However, when I try to build the project, I get this:

I'm following the instructions on the Github's page, and it works for other people, so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I suspect it has to do with the $PATH not registering for Eclipse, since I added /usr/local/gcc-arm-none-eabi-5_4-2016q3/bin to the $PATH using ~/.bash_profile so "scons" would work in command line.

You may need to enable running 32 bit binaries on your 64 bit userland.
For debian:
dpkg --add-architecture i386
sudo apt-get install libstdc++6:i386

Failure to compile for arm64 devices

Hello i am quite new to linux and i am trying to do some cross-compilation to run a flutter app on an external device.
Setup :
VM under virtual box : Ubuntu 22.04 LTS
External device : (imx8) with arm64
So i need to compile my app to match the arm64 architecture but i am having many errors that i have no idea how to fix and no idea where they come from :

For more specification, i am using the flutter-elinux package to cross-compile and i have raised an issue there, but i am not sure the issue comes from the package as i don't know anything about linux compilation.
I have installed manually the following packages :
sudo apt install cpp-aarch64-linux-gnu
sudo apt install binutils-aarch64-linux-gnu

EDIT : i have tried another solution using a docker container and the image arm64v8/ubuntu:18.04.

Building TBB on Windows using MingW & Cmake

Hey I'm trying to build TBB on my Windows computer using MinGW & CMake. (gcc,,g++, ..)
I have already tried using the premade binaries but I keep getting undefined reference issues.
My cmake for the project I'm trying to import it in looks as following:

I use the source code of https://github.com/oneapi-src/oneTBB/releases/tag/v2021.3.0 (latest)
and I make a build dir and cd into it and execute:

As mentioned in the comments there are issues building with MinGW with the latest versions of TBB.
The last version of TBB I was able to build was 2020.0 using this command (replace intel64 with ia32 for 32-bit):
mingw32-make compiler=gcc arch=intel64 runtime=mingw tbb tbbmalloc CPLUS="g++ -static-libstdc++ -static-libgcc"

Building OpenCV 3.3 using Mingw-make gives error 2 at 47%

When trying to build OpenCV 3.3.0 with the mingw compiler I keep getting an error. First I am using CMake to generate the build files (I choose Mingw makefiles and select the gcc en g++ compilers myself, although using the native compilers gives me the same error at the exact same time). When I then use mingw32-make to build OpenCV I get the following error around 48%:

Maybe this answer can help. Its a problem with cmake and precompiled headers
try this : in cmake uncheck ENABLE_PRECOMPILED_HEADERS
If unchecking ENABLE_PRECOMPILED_HEADERS doesn't work. Try this:
Add a new entry to CMake
Name the entry: OPENCV_ALLOCATOR_STATS_COUNTER_TYPE with Value(String): int64_t
Configure and generate the MAKEFILE
Go to the build directory and execute make install or mingw32-make install
If you want more info of your compilation log, you can run make install VERBOSE=1

Compile Lua 5.3 Mingw64 MSys2

I have installed mingw64 and MSYS2 from the official site (http://mingw-w64.org/doku.php) following the instructions. Added bin folders to win7 PATH var. Everything seems to work. I run this command from MSYS2:
gcc --version
and it works.
Now I´m trying to install Lua 5.3 (lua-5.3.1.tar.gz from lua.org). I decompressed the file using WinRAR. From MSYS2, I go to my Lua directory
cd /e/Programming/Libs/lua-5.3.1/
then I run the make command
mingw32-make mingw
But it doesn´t work. I got this message...

What I saw was that I did not have c:\mingw\msys\1.0\bin in my path variable. I added it just after the MinGW\bin path and it worked fine then.

From the output it appears that cmake was able to find your cross compiler but as the output says it can't compile a simple program. I would start with creating Hello World in C++ and trying to compile that with your cross compiler. If that doesn't work that is your first problem. If it does work then I would guess it has to do with some environment variable(s). You could try to have cmake print the environment variables before it tries to compile the simple C++ program and compare to your shell environment variables, sorry I can't be more helpful than that.
Update:
So I downloaded FriendlyArm and the binaries it provides are 32 bit ELF's so you will need the 32 bit version of libz. A yum install zlib.i686 should solve your issue. The FriendlyArm toolchain works for me and I have zlib.i686 installed already. If you get any other errors about missing shared objects make sure you have the 32 bit version installed.
