I want to integrate Identity Server(IS) 5.1.0 and Api Manager(AM) 1.10.0.
I followed this link, https://docs.wso2.com/display/CLUSTER44x/Configuring+the+Pre-Packaged+Identity+Server+5.1.0+with+API+Manager+1.10.0
Now I have Open Ldap and Multi factor authentication enabled and working in my Identity Server. How do I make them work with API manager?
As I integrate IS and AM, I want to login to AM through Ldap credentials and pass through Multi factor authentication.
-edit-
One more thing, after integrating, when I run IS and AM, I get this error in both consoles, but everything else works...What is this?

-edit2-
I ran into another issue, after integrating when I try to deploy/create a API in API manger and try to save it, it says, error deploying api.
As Abimaran mentioned, both API Manager and Identity Server should point to same userstore, Open LDAP for mounting the user store.
For the error you mentioned in edit, you have to start the server with -Dsetup argument as mentioned in the guide. There might be tables missing after you configured IS as the Key manager.
For multifactor authentication of management console login(MFA for generating access tokens is different), you have to configure SSO for API manager with WSO2 IS as explained here. Then you can use the links provided in the other question posted on this here.
Both API Manager and Identity Server should point same User Store.
Since you have already configured Identity Server to point your Open LDAP, you have to do the same in API Manager's <APIM_HOME>/repository/conf/user-mgt.xml file as well.

I looked up the data source using following code.
DataSource dataSource = (DataSource) new InitialContext().lookup(dsName);
If I moved this code from static block/constructor and put inside a method, it works fine.
I think it is because my custom authenticator was loaded before JNDI (or JDBC) features. How can I make my custom authenticator lookup datasource from JNDI during startup.
Thank you very much.
I have set up WSO2 API Manager and set up an API. Tried to invoke it via APIM console itself .But it says NO response from client.
I enabled log4j.logger.org.apache.synapse.transport.http.wire=DEBUG and found out the below error in the wso2-apigw-errors.log.

As per the last comment, I believe your issue will be fixed by the answer given in Error while trying to connect to the endpoint. Cannot borrow client for ssl
I'm using WSO2 ESB and I created a custom proxy service with a WSDL. I defined the InSequence in line as a log mediator defined the endpoint as a Address endpoint and defined the OutSequence as Send mediator when I try the service I got this error:
<TryitProxyError xmlns:h="http://wso2.org/ns/TryitProxy" h:status="SOAP envelope error">org.apache.axis2.AxisFault: Transport error: 412 Error: Precondition Failed</TryitProxyError>
How can I fix this error please? I have no idea. Thanks :)

I've developed a JAX-WS (2.2) Web Service using OEPE (Oracle Enterprise Pack for Eclipse) with local Weblogic Server 12.1.1 instance. I'm using Java 6 on windows environment. I've added message level security to it using following policy files that come with weblogic: Wssp1.2-2007-Wss1.1-X509-Basic256.xml, Wssp1.2-2007-SignBody.xml, Wssp1.2-2007-EncryptBody.xml. I also developed client using OEPE and configured it to send required security headers. I followed this documentation to develop web service, client and to configure security in both: http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E24329_01/web.1211/e24488/message.htm
If I deploy the client on weblogic server then it works fine, but I cannot run it as a standalone client. It also fails if I deploy it on Apache Tomcat 7. Looking at exception it looks that it requires few weblogic libraries. I've copied weblogic.jar and wseeclient.jar from $WL_HOME/server/lib directory, but still can't get it to work.
This is the exception I get on tomcat:

I've been trying to solve this issue from last two days without any luck and this is driving me crazy. I'm fairly new to weblogic as well as web services so not exactly sure how to do this. Can anyone tell me exactly which jars are needed to run it on tomcat or as a standalone application?
Thanks,
AndyT
I finally copied all the jars from weblogic installation directory to my standalone client's lib and then copied some jars which didn't seem relevant. I know this is not a very good solution (as it increased the size by about 100 MB) and there are still few unnecessary jars, but it resolved my issue for now.
