I want to create blog so i am finding blog module in sitecore.I found the link of WeBlog here but it is not available for Sitecore 8. Is there any module available for blog in Sitecore 8?

Have you looked at XBlog? It is another blog module offerring in the Sitecore Marketplace. https://marketplace.sitecore.net/Modules/XBlog.aspx

What the best DJango module to create Dashboard?
It depends on what you want to get in the end.

dashing, controlcenter, dash (Specifically with this, I did not work), django-admin-tools-stats

I think you are using wso2is-5.3.0 and it is based on carbon-kernel 4.4.11 [1]. You can find the Secret class in carbon-kernel [2].

I'm a big fan of Django. And i get used to use Primefaces for Java EE applications. So is there a good alternative to Primefaces or is it possible to use Primefaces components with Django?

I would look into installing a module such as these that would create a menu based on category or section and sit on the side of your articles. Some of the modules provide good features and options, and you can find them for 1.5-2.5.
This module is very flexible and would easily accomplish your goal: DM Article List Pro
