I'm following the process here:
http://cfwheels.org/screencasts/view/1
I put the zip file in my localhost/wheelstest/plugins folder. I get
Could not find the ColdFusion component or interface wheelstest.plugins.cfwheels.cfwheels.
Running apache with XAMPP under Windows 7. localhost/wheelstest gives me the "Congratulations" page if the DbMigrate zip file is NOT in plugins.

I am trying to install opencart TVS on VPS server which is running Centos 7. I have used some tutorials, done everything like they said. Opencart files are uploaded into server but however install/index.php file is not found.
So I tried to upload an image to server and see if it shows or not. Nope, it does not show.
I have installed Centos Panel. Created account over there. Created database there also. The problem that I cannot see uploaded files and I think that install/index.php is not shown due to the same problem.
Apache: Apache version: Apache/2.4.39
MySQL version: 10.1.38-MariaDB
Server IP: http://141.136.44.45
File is listed in Home/USERNAME/public_html/
So as understand the file should be reached like: http://141.136.44.45/1.png (it is uploaded in Home/USERNAME/public_html/1.png
As per Sitecore documentation with version 8.2 rev.161115 the data folder has been relocated to be under website/App_Data folder of the installation.
I installed the vanilla Sitecore installation of Sitecore XP 8.2 rev. 161115 (8.2 Update-1) through the exe web application installer. However in the fresh installation, I noticed that the data folder is still located outside root of my application. The iis instance and databases were correctly configured by the web installer though.
Is this the expected behavior? As the exe just runs a wizard I don't see an option to configure the default data folder.
Thanks,
Abhi
If you are installing Sitecore from the exe or the zip file then the data folder is still located outside from the root application:
From section 4.1 Installation Process Overview in the installation guide:
Extract the .zip archive to create the following folders:
C:\InetPub\wwwroot\ProjectName\Website
C:\InetPub\wwwroot\ProjectName\Data
C:\InetPub\wwwroot\ProjectName\Databases
If you check the structure of the zip package then you will see the same structure:
The data folder has however been moved inside the website/App_Data folder for Azure PaaS installation, which makes sense given the nature of AppService containers and the fact that the application is essentially deployed to the root (so folders cannot reside outside). If you check the structure of the packages for Azure AppService from the Sitecore download page then you will notice the same:
I am running SublimeText 3 (build 3083). I follow the manual install directions for the ColdFusion plugin as described here (https://github.com/SublimeText/ColdFusion):
Download Manually
Download the files using the GitHub .zip download option
Unzip the files and rename the folder to ColdFusion
Copy the folder to your Sublime Text 2 Packages directory
This has worked (and still works) on many machines. But today I have a PC that each time I re-open SublimeText it removes the ColdFusion directory and in the SublimeText console it says "Package Control: Removed directory for orphaned package ColdFusion". Haven't been able to find anything on this yet. Help appreciated. Thanks!
The "Download Manually" section is for Sublime Text 2 only. At the very top of the README you linked are the ST3 instructions:
The development branch contains a rewrite of the ColdFusion plugin. The only installation method is via Git.
cd Packages/
git clone https://github.com/SublimeText/ColdFusion.git
cd ColdFusion
git checkout development
On Windows machines, the Packages folder is in %APPDATA%\Sublime Text 3\Packages. You'll need to have a working copy of git on your machine, which can be obtained here.
Alternatively, you can download a zip file of the development branch, extract it, rename the resulting ColdFusion-development folder to ColdFusion, then copy that into your Packages folder.
EDIT
I did a little digging, and apparently this package is no longer being developed. However, the CFML package has been suggested as a replacement. Not being a ColdFusion user, I haven't tested it myself, but reviews from others are good. It's available for ST3 only, but can be installed directly via Package Control, so you don't have to worry about using git.
If you are using Sublime Text 3 ST3, the recommended package to use is the one named CFML available via Package Control here: https://packagecontrol.io/packages/CFML
If you are using Sublime Text 2 ST2, the recommended package is the one named ColdFusion available via Package Control here: https://packagecontrol.io/packages/ColdFusion
For both of them you'll find there installation instructions using Package Control or manually from GitHub.
I have .exe file to install an activeX control.
And now I want to create a .cab file to install that activeX control from web page.
How can I do that?
For ex an expected result: when I visit the web page and it prompts to me to install and I click to accept installing.
Thanks so much.

I have a silverlight application and i want to call a apache cxf web service written in java in my eclipse and published on apache tomcat 7.0 through eclipse.
so now when i call this web service from my silverlight application from visual studio 2010 i get follwing error:
An error occurred while trying to make a request to URI 'http://localhost:8080/complesxtypeWebService/services/CompanyServicePort'. This could be due to attempting to access a service in a cross-domain way without a proper cross-domain policy in place, or a policy that is unsuitable for SOAP services
when i search for this on web i found that i need to place clientaccesspolicy.xml file in the root directory of domain service.
so my problem is where to place this xml file . can it be placed somewhere in eclipse project folder or somewhere in apache tomcat folder. please let me know where to actually place this file.
my all development are done locally and everything is being tested locally.
thanks
vicky
I placed the clientaccesspolicy.xml file in C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 6.0\webapps\ROOT and it works for me.
Please note that this is Windows 7 PC and if I remove the file, I get the dreaded cross domain error.
