I am developing a website that will have own followers.
I need to create a button by followers such as facebook, twitter or google plus buttons.

First, your English is fair enough. For creating your own follow button you will have to have an image that will be displayed on your website. When someone clicks on that button, your webapp should be able to know who clicked it and your should be able to remember that user in future as well. So first you will have users to register on your website (like facebook and twitter) for unique identification of each user.
Next, for remembering that a particular user is following your website you need to persist some information about that user. The obvious approach is having a database table to store the information. For instance you can have IS_FOLLOWING column in your USER table
But there are some considerations. First, the user must remain on the same page or be able to continue his activity even after cicking the follow button. For example, if the user is filling some form then his data should remain intact even after clicking the follow button. If the user is directed to some other page, he might lose information.
Second, database operations are costly. So you need to use them wisely.
One approach that I could think of is having AJAX do the work. If you want to learn AJAX you can visit this website and for AJAX database operations this one will be helpful.
Ajax will do all the work in background and both the problems mentioned above will be addressed. I hope this was helpful.

On the site that I'm developing we need to track the last visited page for each user (users login to the site). What's the best way to do this? We are already using a custom profile so adding a new field is easy. The site will not have a lot of traffic so updating this field wont be an issue, i think. Are there better ideas? Does sitecore already offers something that we can possible use?
OMS has a "Top Exit Pages" report by default... but that is tracked across sessions, not users.
A good IIS log parser should also be able to give you this information... again, that would be by session (or IP) and not logged in user.
If you really want to get every exit page AND filter by logged in user... what I would do is add a new pipeline processor to httpRequestBegin, and place it after the ItemResolver. Then save the Item.Paths.Path. I would advise against writing this data to the user Profile if you are using the default ASP.NET Profile handler and you have a decent amount of traffic, because it is highly inefficient. Roll your own simple storage solution here, or just dump the data to a log.
My first question would be: Why do you need only the last visited page of the user? What are you trying to determine?
In a lot of cases, you are probably starting down an analytics route, or perhaps even trying to drive some marketing.
If the analytics is what you are going for, you can probably just pop an event out to your google analytics account with the current username as an event variable to allow you to look at analytics by user and by page. Alternatively, you could use the Sitecore OMS/DMS features for tracking all that data and looking at the analytics there.
If you are looking at driving marketing, you probably want to use OMS/DMS, especially if you want to start getting into personalization or engagement plans. OMS/DMS will track user activity, and all the pages they visit, though not by user account. With some customizations, you can probably add that data in, but it will depend on what you are trying to use the information for. The username may not be what is important to you.
If, however, you just want to know what page to send the user back to after logging them in, it would be better to just store that in session or pass as a post parameter if session is not a viable option for you.
I am working with our web developer to integrate Facebook Likes (with comments) onto our website. However, he is having problems because FB doesn't work very well with sites where a log in is required. Currently when you click on the 'like' button the 'like' turns into 'confirm'. You then have to click on 'confirm' and another box appears showing how the like will appear on your FB page saying 'Click Like to post this to your profile' with the option of 'like' or cancel. If you click on 'like' then it allows the comment box to pop up then you can add a comment and post to FB.
There are currently too many clicks for this to work. Does anyone have any advice? Would it be better to just use straight likes with the number perhaps or is this a common problem with website that require a login. We just want users to be able to click once, add their comment and post it to FB.
Any help would be really apprecaited. If it is technical that is fine as I will pass replies onto my developer.

This will generally happen for URLs and sites that are new to the Facebook scraper. It is a security measure to prevent like-jacking that some sites have done in the past. You should ensure that you test your site fully with the Debug tool and after some confirmed 'likes', that step will be automatically removed and future users will just have to click like once.
Where you are gating content behind a login, I would additionally recommend that you show different HTML (including OG tags) for anything detected with the Facebook scraper User Agent (see When does Facebook scrape my page? on the Like Button FAQ) so that, for example, the OG tags for a product detail page are picked up correctly even though the scraper is technically not logged in.
The start-up i currently work for is oriented around restaurant wait times. For our v1.25 specifications our clients -restaurants- that have Facebook pages want to be able to communicate to their app profile from their Facebook page.
The closest i have came to answering this question is the Graph API. However, the Graph API only allows us to read and write data to FB pages. So, is there a way for a restaurants FB page to write to its app profile? Secondly, Loso, whom we have modeled some of our designs from has this ability, does anyone have an idea as to how they have done it?

Here is an option that you can consider...
When you are designing the app you can also develop a page tab to go with it...
You will find this option in the basic settings of the app.
You can make it to install for all first time users of your app, by getting a list of all his pages he created using that profile then install it on the one he selects.
This page tab when installed on a page will appears just where other tabs on the page appers(e.g. events, notes etc. occurs)
You can provide your required functionality on this tab as you like.
Thus the user can just select that tab on the page and use its functionality to post on the profile page of the app.

App is their encompassing term for any application that uses their API, this could be on Facebook or on your own personal website - these require an API key to make authenticated calls for users. Pages are FB's own in-Facebook content that users have created, like page for a business located at facebook.com/mybusiness. It sounds like you already have a website and want to add Facebook functionality to it, so you don't want to make another Page. You may not even need to create an App. Things like comment boxes and like buttons can be dropped in as stand-alone copy-and-paste widgets. You can track the like button by enabling FB insights for your website.
So like you noticed you can add a like button to your page using the social plugin from http://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/plugins/like/ - similar to the like button you can add comment boxes with the plugin at http://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/plugins/comments/
You can track the results from these plugins by adding your website to Facebook's analytics (Insights) at http://www.facebook.com/insights/

Everything at http://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/ can be used without an application or page ID, and is very good about being responsive to the page they are hosted on: you can add a like button to your video view template without a defined URL in the like button's parameters, and it will automatically direct any likes to the url of the currently viewed video.
You could also direct a like button to point to your existing FB Page, in which case any likes collected from it would be added to the Page's total. Most companies that have a home-page like button do this, so their likes all accumulate to a single total for their business.

I recently put a django project of mine into its beta stages and would really like to integrate more with social media, particularly facebook.
Now there are so many facebook integrations out there... I don't know where to start but, I'll tell you what I am after.
My sites publishes content with photos and also user related data (which site doesn't)
on each individual page I already have a facebook like button that basically has the absolute url of that page
so for instance:

http://my-site.com/url-456456456
When a user likes this particular url I would like them to become a Fan on my facebook site/page as well.
I also added the FB opengraph tool which is a bit more informative once a user likes it. But it still does not publish any statistics to my page.
Can someone give me a bit of an understanding on what the best option is for this type of integration?
As a security option for the user, Facebook has never allowed third party access to "become a fan."
If you want to record locally when someone presses the "Like" button, you'll have to implement it locally (copy the presentation, and query Facebook yourself), so you can intercept the event. I've done that; it's not too hard.
