I have a dev sitecore install where I installed the WeBlog package and added WeBlog weblog. Everything is setup and works fine on the dev machine.
When I sync using hedgehog and TFS with another machine the weblog appears but the WeBlog toolbar in edit mode (with the add new entry, add category) buttons does not appear.
What am I missing? What am I not syncing?
Thanks
the toolbar definition was in the core database under \content\applications\webedit\ribbons\webedit\weblog

I have installed openedx using Native installation method. Now I want to change the default logo. As a test, i removed the logo from the folder /edx/app/edxapp/edx-platform/lms/static/images.
But when i open the localhost, its still there. (lms view).
In inspect view, the logo name appears as /static/images/logo.b6c374d66d57.png.
The same operation when I perform in devstack, The logo changes successfully.
What am I missing?
Since I am using the default theme, I think I don't need to configure anything regarding theme customization.
Ok, I am posting the answer as I figure it out. Maybe helpful for someone.
The application was service data from cache and I had to recompile the theme again. Following are the steps to compile the theme.
sudo -u edxapp bash
source /edx/app/edxapp/edxapp_env
cd /edx/app/edxapp/edx-platform
paver update_assets lms --settings=aws
If there are changes in cms contents, execute
paver update_assets cms --settings=aws
Drupal 8: configuration menu doesn't work. When I login and click on Configuration, I've got as below:
The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.
Is it possible that this is hosting problem?
I've installed Drupal locally and have no this problem..
How to fix it and see configuration?
I've tried "one click installation" and install Drupal under another domain but this installation doesn't provide option for Modules as "list", "update", "uninstall" and allow only to download modules...
I was told that this on click installation out of date and I should install from Drupal.org but that installation also failed(see error above regarding configuration)
thanks.
I've updated to the new version and I also changed path during installation. It was localhost and I changed it on the path to the server of my host.
After mention above action I could see output.
I have PyCharm professional edition, and I have been trying to PyCharm and Django. However, it seems that I could not enable Django support in PyCharm. As shown in the following figure, when I try to enable Django support in the PyCharm setting, there is nothing shown for Django.
Can anyone help me identify the issue?
That's because you haven't created a project yet. You get this screen because you're still in the step before creating a project.
Create a new project
Select Django on the left column
Enter a name for your project
Select (or create on the fly) a virtualenv
Click the Create button
Now, after project has been created, you can go to Languages & Frameworks => Django and then enable the Django support by selecting your project root directory and your settings.py file.

I tried to installed Rocks version 2 but its not getting installed in VS 2012,

I know this is an old question but I hope this will help someone in the future.
I was having the same error and then I realized the extention is local to the user. I login as a different user and install the extention and it worked for that user.
So under my user I uninstalled the extension.
Remove folder C:\Users\ {Your Username}\AppData\Local\Sitecore
Then searched for "rocks" in C:\Users\ {Your Username}\AppData\Local\Microsoft\VisualStudio and add remove those items too.
I don't know if I had to but I also removed these registry entries.(Remember to do a backup before removing them.)
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\VisualStudio\ {Your VS version}\DialogPage\Sitecore.VisualStudio.Options.VisualStudioOptions
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Sitecore\Sitecore.Rocks.VisualStudio
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Sitecore\VisualStudio
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Sitecore A/S\Sitecore Rocks
Rebooted and reinstalled the extension then everything worked.
