i have a WSDL web service in the server1 instance of websphere.
this server1 instance shuts down regularly. there are no error logs being generated every time the shutdown occurs.
however, whenever the server1 instance of websphere is started, these errors and exceptions are generated:

As far as I understand you have WebSphere Process Server configured with WebSphere MQ as message bus.
MQ Queue might be represented as JMS binding in SOAP over JMS configuration. IBM article.
Regarding errors:
First 2 errors are simple - certificates have expired. You should update it.
I assume 3 -5 exception are 1 error - there is answer to this question stackoverflow
2063 is security related problems.

what worked for me was enabling TLS 1.0 in the registry.
in my case I don't have registry of client but only enabled the server one

fyi... I was stopped the Service Bus Message Broker while the workflow manager configuration wizard was running in the "add host to service bus fam" task, then the changes the wizard complete successfully. I hope so much you can resolve this issue :)

I had the exact same problem and finally solved it after hours of experimenting. The problem was being caused by my ISP blocking/interfering with just that type of traffic. Everything else seemed to work on the ISP, but not publishing my website from Visual Studio (MsDeploy). Fortunately I have other ISPs providing broadband at my home so I was able to connect to a different ISP immediately and then publish successfully.
The problem occurred on the mobile broadband service provider Three.co.uk. Other broadband providers that I tried have not had this problem.
It was the following discussion (I translated it from Chinese) which made me realise that my ISP was causing the issue.

There is post there from someone with the exact same problem, who has a web server behind CloudFlare and that is what was causing the problem for them. I am guessing that CloudFlare was put there by their ISP.

Running the publish from behind a VPN has solved the issue for them.
So just try publishing via a different ISP or from behind a VPN. If you only have one fixed line broadband provider, then perhaps try tethering to your phone's broadband provider and publish over that connection.

Startup of Message Broker looks fine, no errors, JDBC connection to PostgreSQL DB is ok, Registry mount looks ok. Then after that error appears in wso2carbon.log several times/minute.
Anyone any ideas? As far as I know nothing's changed and I don't know what it's trying to connect to.
This usually happens when client's whom connected to MB tries to create connections per message. jms is heavy connection and not recommended to create connections per each message. Therefore, please go through client implementation and verify connections are not created per message.
If by any chance you are using wso2 esb to publish/subscribe queues/topics to mb there is a property "transport.jms.CacheLevel" connection caching in esb axis2.xml.Read the documentation and use appropriate caching level for your usecase.
There was bug in connection caching property to be ignored in esb 4.8.1 which is currently fixed in 4.9.0 as well.
These are the possible cases I can think of with the given information. If you need more info please provide a detailed usecase.
I am setting up Spark 0.9 on AWS and am finding that when launching the interactive Pyspark shell, my executors / remote workers are first being registered:

Any idea what might be wrong? I've tried adjusting the JVM options spark.akka.frameSize and spark.akka.timeout, but I'm pretty sure this is not the issue since (1) I'm not running anything to begin with, and (2) my executors are disconnecting a few seconds after startup, which is well within the default 100s timeout.

I had a very similar problem, if not the same.
It started to work for me once the workers were connecting to master by using the very same name as the master thought it had.
My log messages were something like:

We have looked through the server's IIS logs, and cannot find any error indicating a connection reset. We've also looked at the server's Event Logs, and cannot find an error that matches the error I'm getting in the client. As a matter of fact, the IIS logs look OK. I can see my address verification "GET" requests right in the log.
It's just a guess, though I often get that error message when the web server is configured to respond to the wrong host name. If it is serving for www.example.com/my/service and I open a connection to 1.2.3.4/my/service then it hangs up with "connection reset".
