I need to do a program in C/C++ in witch one i'll need to take each sction of a PE File, hash them and sign them, I made yet the hashing and signing functions but:
I don't know how to get each section of a PE File as a char* or byte*,
I don't know how to if i can use a simple fstream and search to a n byte,
and after that how to add a new section .sig to the PE File with my signature table.

I search the Python/C api and I write the my code. But this code shouldn't have .so like library files. İs it possible? If possible please show me to way.
I use CFFI,cython,pybind11 this is have the same way.

I have read many places that bits/stdc++.h contains all the header files that are useful in competitive programming, for saving time.
Can anyone give me any source for it or give the list in the of its header files?
You can open the file in the path where your all the c++ header files are kept. (Locate the file stdc++.h).
Or you can get one of the versions of the file in the link described here:

I need to compare 5 files by their file paths: a,b,c,d,e and find duplicates if exists.
How can I do this in c++ via md5sum comparison of files?
You'd need to compute a checksum for each file (write it yourself or call an external program), get hold of each file, ... This depends on the operating system. It is much easier to do something like this in a scripting language.

I've developed a MATLAB code that I think it is useful to be used by researchers. How can I embed it in a website to be used free?
It gets two integers and return a set of integers
Also it is possible to convert it to c++, If it helps.

I have the library called Serial.dll that containts the file Serial.def that looks like this:
EXPORTS
ValidateSerial
GenerateSerial
I want to import the function GenerateSerial in my C++ Win32 application. I searched on the internet topics about using DLLs but I can't get the idea... Can anybody help me?
The info you provided only tells two funciton names. You can obtain their address doing LoadLibrary and GetProcAddress. But to make any use of them you need to know the proper signature, and the rules for the arguments and return values.
Without documentation (or a .h file) you can't go very far.
