Read facebook ads stats without app on their white list? - facebook-graph-api

I need to download ads statistics from Facebook. I use .NET library Facebook C# SDK, but I finished with *(294) Managing advertisements requires the extended permission ads_management, and a participating API key*.
I have *ads_management* rights already set, but I read I have to be on application whitelist - which I'm not. Does it really mean I have to wait now for 2 or 3 weeks till Facebook decide to put my app (which does not exists yet!) on some white list? There is no other way to read stats without application?
Thank you

Yes, your assumption is correct! Access to the Ads-API is heavily restricted through Facebooks PMD-program:

How to access facebook API without creating facebook App

I'm currently researching on how to use facebook API and collect its data thru streamsets and store it to S3. But facebook requires developer to create an app and verify it which somehow not applicable to what I'm doing right now. Is there other way to do this? like different process to access the Facebook API without creating an App?
While I'm happy to stand to be corrected, I do not believe this can be done.
It's not like you have to actually MAKE an app with your "app" - the app is simply an API key that has some associated data with it like titles and URLs and such. This also helps them track your usage and make sure you're following the rules, and block your key if you don't.

Facebook Group API stop working after April 4, 2018

Here is a quote from https://developers.facebook.com/docs/apps/review/
Beginning April 4, 2018, all apps, including those formerly approved,
must undergo App Review in order to gain access to the Events API,
Groups API, and Pages API. Apps accessing the Events API and Groups
API will lose access and require review once App Review resumes. For
apps using Pages API, review will be required once App Review resumes
or access will be removed.
My app uses a Group API to fetch posts from the several groups and display it more convenient way. Now, to get it back I need to pass a Review which is forcing me to ask what permissions I want to use and show how (make a screencast)
Issues:
I don't need any permissions from the user.
The app is under the developing so I actually need to get an access to the API to create an APP and then show to a reviewer how to use it.
Here is API changes: Going forward, all apps will require explicit admin authorization. How exactly admin suppose to authorize it?
Any clarifications, discussions and tips are welcomed.

create page programmatically for a test user

Can I create via api pages for a test users?
This is what I did:
Given my app, I got the user's token from app dashboard test users and I tried to use it in the graph explorer (POST /user_id/accounts).
I've the error "(#10) Application does not have permission for this action".
These are the permission the app has been granted for: manage_pages, publish_pages, publish_actions
Do I miss some permission or it is not possible?

[Edited following Simon's advice and the response below:]
I've been looking into this all day and it seems the answer is a solid, "Nope."
According to the developer documentation on creating pages, the {user_id}/accounts endpoint only supports Reading, not Creating, Updating, or Deleting.
Although apparently if you apply for Standard API access, you can receive permissions to create pages. (Only available if your app is generating ad revenue.)
Googling, reading and trying, I figure out that we can create a page via api.
https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api/reference/page/#Creating Applications with Standard API Access can create Pages through the API using the following paths: /{user_id}/accounts
So the answer to my question is yes, if your application has the Standard API Access, no matter if you are dealing with test users or not. Note that teh call is slow (about 5 sec.)
That's it.

Facebook API for custom feelings/activity

I was searching in the Facebook API documentation, but I can't find what I am looking for. So, what I am looking for is is there an API for creating your custom DO action. For example:
John Johson is riding a bike.
What I want is to send this 'riding' as a custom word coming from my app. And also 'bike' as a custom item as well.
The other example I can think about is the running apps in Facebook. When you start to run and connect the app with your Facebook the app can say.
John Johson is running using Runtastic.
Thanks!
Well, you’re a little too late on that one.
That used to be possible, it was called Custom Open Graph Actions - https://developers.facebook.com/docs/sharing/opengraph/custom
But those are now deprecated, you can not use them any more in new apps (and for existing ones, they will be removed within a year as well), see https://developers.facebook.com/docs/sharing/opengraph/custom-open-graph-deprecation
Now you can only use the built-in actions and objects, https://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/opengraph

Displaying Own Data Using OAuth2 and Google APIs with No Login

I am trying to build an application with ColdFusion.
I've been reading documentation and trying things out for days and for the life of my I can't seem to figure out how to display my own data to users from Google's APIs using OAuth2.
For example, I want to be able to display some of my stats to users with the Google Analytics API. How many unique hits, page views my site gets and from what countries. The data is private, however, so there isn't a way to do so. Or YouTube just changed their API so video tags can no longer be seen unless logged in. I want to be able to show my video tags so they can search for related things on my own site, but I can't pull them because I'm unsure of how to do this.
I know how to display and manipulate public data, but when it comes to private data, I'm at a complete loss. OAuth2 is kicking my butt!
Is there anybody that can please, please help me with OAuth2 so that I can allow my users to see my private Google data without there being any kind of log in process for them? Examples using ColdFusion would be so much appreciated.
The answer is more or less what I said at How to retrieve my own private playlist through YouTube API?
You'd want to use the OAuth 2 for Installed Applications flow, and generate new access tokens via your refresh token when your old access token expires. I'm not familiar with any libraries for doing OAuth 2 in Cold Fusion, though.
