I have recently gone through the concepts of STL in C++. I want to improve my skills of using STL. I request if someone can direct me to a book or link where I can find sufficient problems where I can learn how to apply STL. If there are solutions with little analysis it would be of even more help.
Thank you so much in advance.
An excellent online resource is cppreference.com. You will occasionally hear about cplusplus.com but that is not reliable and notoriously wrong so I would advise against it.
You can start with easy ones' in Topcoder practice rooms. Most of them could be solved using STL.

I am expecting a job interview for a C++, what kind of questions should I expect?
I have been programming with C for 5 years. I know what OOP is and I have been reading about it for some time. But it is most likely I can miss important details because I do not do anything real on C++.
Best Regards,
You should read "Programming Interviews Exposed - Secrets to Landing Your Next Job", it's a very good book for programming interviews.

I am not familiar with OCamlgraph library? I am not able to find any good documentation for the same? I am not able to run any small examples also. I want to find all cycles in graph for that I am using it.
Anyone aware of any documentation? Or a set of examples for the same?
There is the paper on ocamlgraph:
http://www.lri.fr/~filliatr/ftp/publis/ocamlgraph.ps
And aside from the examples on the ocamlgraph homepage, there is a more compact code example here:
How to visualize/draw automata in ocaml?

What do you need to learn OpenGL? Do you need to learn C/C++ first? I have experience with C but none with C++.
I would suggest using c++ due to it having an object oriented side, but the opengl is cross platform
http://www.opengl.org/resources/bindings/
You can use mostly C with very little C++.
I would suggest looking at nehe.gamedev.net for some tutorials to help out.

Hardly can I find any good material on Poco C++. Their documentation cannot replace a good 3rd party tutorial enriched with real-world examples and lit with creativity. Please refer some if you know any. Thanks in advance.
We have now posted lots of introductory slides to our documentation website: http://pocoproject.org/documentation
