I am trying to get available features from wso2 esb 4.5 from the repository http://dist.wso2.org/p2/carbon/releases/4.0.1/
I can see this repository by browing the URL in IExplorer with a proxy configurated. I have add the sample wrapper.conf file to wso2 esb/repository/conf with the following lines
wrapper.java.additional.10=-Dhttp.proxyHost=192.168.xx.xx
wrapper.java.additional.11=-Dhttp.proxyPort=8000
with no success.
Any help?
Wrapper mode has been removed since Carbon 4.0.0 which ESB 4.5 is based on. So this will not work.

I am trying to install following feature in wso2 API manager 2.0.
http://xacmlinfo.org/2015/05/13/federated-authenticators-in-wso2-api-manager-wso2apim/
but I am getting error in API manager's console while installations.
It seems the above package is not compatible for 2.0 version.
Please suggest me the exact version of 'Application Authenticator' feature which is compatible with wso2 AM version 2.0.

It seems the p2 repos are still not updated with the latest Authenticator versions based on Identity Application Management Server Feature 5.2.0 or above. This will be updated soon with the next release.
However you can use WSO2 IS for this use case. You can configure SSO for APIM with IS using this link . Then you can federate IS for OpenAM with this link . With that you can connect APIM with openAM.

On configuring WSO2 API Manager, I cannot seem to configure Analytics when I am inside the Admin Portal. Is there some configuration first that needs to be done?
You are looking at APIM 1.9.1 documentation. But it looks like you are using latest APIM which is 2.0.0. In 2.0.0 you can configure analytics in api-manager.xml only. See APIM 2.0.0 documentation.
One important thing about APIM 2.0.0 is, you don't need to configure DAS from scratch. Now DAS is pre-configured with required CApps and shipped as wso2am-analytics-2.0.0.zip. You can download it from APIM Product page itself.
Is there any way to install features of WSO2 Application Server in WSO2 ESB ?

Please follow this doc to install WSO2 Application Server features in ESB. This doc is for ESB 4.7.0
You can use the official doc as a guide. For the repository select the 'default repository'. Then select the 'Application Server' feature category and install it. Make sure to restart the ESB after installing.
I'm considering using the functions of WSO2 IS. However, I already have WSO2 ESB deployed in a production environment, so I'd prefer to add IS features to the already existent ESB environment.
I was able to start with the IS 4.1.0 bundle, add the Carbon 4.0.5 P2 repository (ESB 4.6.0 is built upon that version of Carbon) and install ESB 4.6.0 features, but I cannot seem to be able to do the opposite, since as far as I can tell WSO2 IS is based on Carbon 4.0.6, but there's no P2 repo for it.
What's the proper way to install IS features into ESB, if any?
I haven't tried installing 4.0.7 Identity Server features to ESB 4.0.6. But I can advice you to not to do it. Reason is: Identity Server 4.1.0 has some changes done to the user management core bundles which are not compatible with the older releases. Therefore, you can try to install an older version of identity server features on top of ESB 4.6.0. Identity Server 4.0.0 was released with Carbon 4.0.3. So, I think you should try with Carbon 4.0.3 p2 repository to install identity features on ESB 4.6.0.
Please use 4.0.7 P2 repository for new IS features which IS 4.1.0 based on.

The installation instructions are clear how to download a .zip for an individual product (e.g. ESB, Application Server, Mashup Server). But based on the OSGi component architecture, I thought it would be possible to, for example, add Mashup Server functionality to an existing install of the ESB. I've looked at the Feature Manager, and tried adding a repository (http://dist.wso2.org/p2/carbon/releases/3.2.4/), but have not had success.
Any guidance appreciated.
It's possible to install different features via the feature manager, but you have to determine the correct version of the feature compliant with the target server. For example, to install BPEL features to WSO2 ESB 4.0.2, first find the related WSO2 Carbon platform version. This can be determined by the version of $ESB-HOME/repository/components/plugins/org.wso2.carbon.core-x.x.x.jar. So if WSO2 ESB 4.0.2 is the target server, then the version of org.wso2.carbon.core jar would be 3.2.2. So the relevant BPEL feature version is 3.2.2.

By looking at it, you can easily find the Carbon version of any product version.
For example ESB 4.0.2 has the carbon version 3.2.2
