Connection from Toad 11 to TFS 2010 - toad

currently I try to connect to our TFS2010 server with Toad Team Coding.
I've tried to follow this documentation, but it's for Toad 10.6 and some of the windows look different. Still I was able to connect to our collection and see all our Team Projects we have.
The problems start, when I try to export something to TFS.
Team Coding Code Collections -> Create new revision...
There I select e.g. all Packages and click "OK", then I get the Export Options -> OK
Then I just get a bunch of errors:
"Unable to add revision from VCS repository. Error uploading file: C:\temp...."
The progess window in the background says: "Package xyz has been added to the VCS."
Now I have a bunch of PKS/PKB files in my folder and Visual Studio shows me, that I have new files with Pending Change "add".
Team Coding Viewer shows me all the files with status "Available", checkin is grayed out, checkout gives the same error as above and the info window at the bottom shows:
15:29:46 Error: Cannot create file
"C:\Users\abc~1\AppData\Local\Temp\$111.11.1.11:1521\xxx.50510.PKB".
Die Syntax für den Dateinamen, Verzeichnisnamen oder die
Datenträgerbezeichnung ist falsch
(Translation for the last part: Syntax of filename, foldername or diskname is wrong).
At this point it doesn't make sense to go on. Toad will show the files now as checked out, but in TFS they are still with the "add" change. Toad acts like the checkin/checkout was successful (window at the bottom) and shows the error for every file.
Any idea? Any new tutorial to set up Toad 11 with TFS 2010?

After restoring .exe file from Avira Security Isolation, lnk1104 happens and cannot delete .exe file

I built a C++ visual studio project for homework3 prob2 so I name it "HW3 Q2 cmp".
But I make a mistake about vector size in the beginning. But after a few failures. The avira security somehow put my .exe file to isolation. I looked into it and restore it from isolation.
But then the nightmare error LNK1104 happened.
Severity Code Description Project File Line Suppression State
Error LNK1104 cannot open file 'C:\Users\Pun Wing Hon\Desktop\Cityu\Year Three\EE2331 data struct\HW3 Q2 cmp\x64\Debug\HW3 Q2 cmp.exe' HW3 Q2 cmp C:\Users\Pun Wing Hon\Desktop\Cityu\Year Three\EE2331 data struct\HW3 Q2 cmp\HW3 Q2 cmp\LINK 1
Then I use GDB online to fix the code. After fixing the code and tested it in another vs project. Then I fix the problems in the origin "HW3 Q2 cmp" until "No issues found". But the LNK1104 still there.
What is more scary is when I want to delete the project manually(delete the whole project file in window explorer). It cannot delete the .exe file and asked for administrator while I myself is the administrator of the computer.
I checked the task manager and no thread is running. The properties show that I, or all users should have the complete control of the file and can delete the file.
I changed my account from microsoft to computer But still not work.

iOS build on PC paired to Mac - app.dSYM.zip fails, 'Show IPA File on Build Server' missing, errSecInternalComponent, 'IPA is not a valid zipfile'

I have a Xamarin iOS application in VisualStudio 2019 on a Windows 10 PC. I build it on the PC, and when possible then right click the project and choose Show IPA File on Build Server, then on my Mac I upload the file to the app store using Transporter. I am encountering these issues:
Whenever I build, the build says it failed with message "There was an error unzipping the file bin\Ad-Hoc\MyApp.app.dSYM.zip: Could not find a part of the path 'C:\MyDirectory\MyApp.iOS\bin\Ad-Hoc\MyAppiOS.app.dSYM'." This has not historically caused any issues - we have still been able to upload the IPA to the app store and deploy our app - but I include it in case it's relevant to the other issues.
Sometimes, my build fails saying it "has been disconnected while waiting a post repsonse to topic xvs/Build/.../execute-task/MyApp.iOS/...Codesign" or "Unable to connect to Mac Server with Address='192.111.111.111' and User='My Username'. The build can't continue without a connection". I'm assuming a wifi issue must cause this, though the machines are all right next to one another and next to my router so seems odd. Occasionally when I try to pair to the Mac, I also get the message "Error, Couldn't connect to com. Please try again. An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions." In any case, makes me wonder if there's any way for me to 1) hardwire the Mac to the PC or 2) build directly on the Mac instead of through VS on the PC, even though I write the code on the PC?
During the build, I periodically get an error "/Users/myUser/Library/Caches/Xamarin/mtbs/builds/MyApp.iOS//bin/Ad-Hoc/MyAppiOS.app: errSecInternalComponent MyApp.iOS C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2019\Professional\MSBuild\Xamarin\iOS\Xamarin.iOS.Common.targets 2003". If I lock all keychains on the Mac this goes away on the next build, but then it reappears a few builds later.
Once the build finishes with just the .dSym.zip error, most of the time, the "Show IPA File on Build Server" option still does NOT show up (not greyed out - it is not present in the menu at all) when I right click the iOS project. To get around this, I have been copying the file over to the Mac via S3. I'm wondering why the option doesn't show up, and if there's a way to just find the built file on the Mac rather than copying it over from Windows?
I then use Transporter on the Mac to upload the IPA file to the Apple Store. It always is able to read the version information and says the file is Delivered. However, often I then get an email from Apple saying the build failed because "ITMS-90688: This IPA is invalid - While unzipping the IPA we received the error message [ End-of-central-directory signature not found. Either this file is not a zipfile, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part archive. In the latter case the central directory and zipfile comment will be found on the last disk(s) of this archive. unzip: cannot find zipfile directory in one of MyAppiOS.ipa or MyAppiOS.ipa.zip, and cannot find MyAppiOS.ipa.ZIP, period. ] Verify that the IPA can be unzipped before reattempting your upload.".
In response to that error, I've tried to unzip the IPA file and I find that on the PC it is always unzippable if I change the extension to .zip, and on my Mac, I can always unzip it to see the Payload directory, and the MyAppiOS item inside it can never be opened - I get a popup "You can't open the application 'MyAppiOS' because it is not supported on this type of Mac." - in any case, the files Apple likes and the ones it doesn't look the same to me when I try unzipping.
My only ideas are to try to figure out how to open and build the app on my Mac, to call my router company, and to keep trying and trying, over and over again, until finally one of the builds works... which sometimes literally takes hours.
Many thanks for any help you are able to offer!

Why doesn't the c++ file run in visual studio

So I tried making a basic game on the console using screen buffers, I was able to create it and make a square move in the canvas, but for my next project I looked up a website with the ASCII characters and pasted a couple into a comment at the end of the c++ file, when I ran the file visual studio prompted:
I clicked yes and it didn't run anymore.
Also I recently have installed an extension for visual studio (before it didn't run, the extension works fine but I don't know if the extension may have caused this as I didn't tried running it with the extension downloaded and applied), when I open visual studio and open a file it says:
The last record in the ActivityLog xml file, has a type of error and it's description is:

I have Visual Studio 2017
So why does running the file (with the local windows debugger button) say that there were build errors? And how can I fix it?
When it prompts the build error, and I click no it usually shows the errors but in this case it doesn't, yes will just run the last "successful" build (although I haven't changed the file since I have finished it before this error message started popping up)
Also there is no error in my code as I was able to run it before the build error kept appearing and I haven't touched the file since(only now to show the problems are)
Thanks for your time! if anything was unclear because of my English, comment and I'll try to clarify it
I fixed the error by deleting ComponentModelChache folder located at:
C:\Users\%userName%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\VisualStudio\15.0
15.0 is the version of your visual studio so it varies depending on the version you're using, %userName% is a replacement for the user you're logged in as

answer from here solved my issue, referenced above info from this stack answer
ISSUE
You have a duplicate entry on C:\wamp\wampmanager.ini
ImageList=images_off.bmp or something like that.
FIX
Remove one of them (probably line 24)
It sounds like you have been playing with \wamp\wampmanager.tpl
Never play with wampmanager.tpl unless you have taken a copy first!
WAMPServer rebuilds \wamp\wampmanager.ini using a script that uses \wamp\wampmanager.tpl among other files as input, each time you start WAMPServer or when you use the wampmanager menus and click refresh.
So to fix your problem edit of wampmanager.tpl to remove the duplicated line and then do:
rightclick wampmanager icon -> refresh
Or just exit wampmanager and restart it.
to rebuild the \wamp\wampmanager.ini file
Take a backup of your Wampmanager.ini file in your wamp installation directory (in my case it is c:\Wamp64). Then rename it or move it to some other folder.
Get the wampmanager.ini from a new installation or any similar installation if you already have, then paste it in the same path. It will work like charm. This may change any of the settings you had earlier but it will make your wamp working without reinstalling it.
Wamp Manager folder
Wamp Manager configuration file in CMD prompt
It is interesting that this error shows up after initial install of the current version 3.2.6 found on aviatechno (without being able to tamper with any installed configuration file, the .ini in the installation is broken). It reports an error with line 27: WAMPMARIADBOFF.
[Services]
Name: APACHESERVICE
WAMPMARIADBOFFName: MARIADBSERVICE
WAMPMYSQLOFFName: MYSQLSERVICE
Use the new ini repair tool you can find on the aviatechno website
which corrects the lines in the ini file as:
[Services]
Name: wampapache
Name: wampmysqld
Name: wampmariadb
...
Action: service; Service: wampapache; ServiceAction: startresume; Flags: ignoreerrors
Action: service; Service: wampmysqld; ServiceAction: startresume; Flags: ignoreerrors
Action: service; Service: wampmariadb; ServiceAction: startresume; Flags: ignoreerrors
Only do this on new installs
Even after that wampserver does not start or does not start the services. To repair: stop the background process AeTrayMenu, head over to the folder c:\wamp64 removing its content and reinstall.
This did the trick for me.

Installing MinGW's gdb.exe for Code Blocks

Hey guys I really need help.
I have recently started programming C++ again and I am trying to get Code Blocks up and running but it keeps failing because of this error.
"ERROR: You need to specify a debugger program in the debuggers's settings."
Understandably this means there isn't a debugger program so I have to download one. I tried to find the gdb.exe for MinGW but I can't find it at all. I just end up with the MinGW's Installation Manager and being left confused.
Are there any tutorials about using the MinGW written for beginners or anyone willing to help?
Thanks in advance.
Steps to add gdb.exe
Open MinGW Installation Manager
select package "mingw32-gdb" from the list.
Then select "Apply Changes" in Installation menu.
This will automatically install gdb.exe in the path C:\MinGW\bin.
Please let me suggest you debugger program TDM-GCC. For download and install visit
http://wiki.codeblocks.org/index.php?title=MinGW_installation
Because a debugger program (toolchain) is very complex undertaking, is not standard in Code::Blocks. You must download it and install on Code::Blocks.
Note: It is impossible copy and paste images here. In the case linked page changes, I, or another one, should suggest new link.
However following are instructions according to images and my experience.
Download TDM-GCC from https://jmeubank.github.io/tdm-gcc/download/ click [tdm64-gcc-10.3.0-2.exe] and run it.
In Wizard Action window - Click [Create].
In Select Edition window - If MinGW/TDM (32-bit) is not checked, check it. Click [Next>].
In Licence Changes window - Click [Next>].
In New Instalation: Instalation Directory window - If text box is "C:\TDM-GCC-32", it's okay. If is not, click [Browse ...], and navigate: C:\ > TDM-GCC-32 > click [OK]. Now text box is C:\TDM-GCC-32. Click [Next>].
If a small window appears saying The directory TDM-GCC-32 is not empty! Are you sure you want to install here?. Click [Yes].
In New Installation: Download Mirror window - Click [Next>].
In New Installation: Choose Components window - Check whether Add to PATH box is checked. Actually is checked. Click [Install].
In Installing window - Wait till [Next] become black. Then click it. Even if Instalation Failed window appears click [Next].
In Completing the TDM-GCC Setup Wizard window - Click [Finish].
Go to Code Blocks > Settings > Compiler.
10a. In Global compiler settings window click "Toolchain executables". Just below, find "Compiler's installation directory". If the below text field is C:\TDM-GCC-32, it's okay. If not, click the [...] at the end of the field. In "Select directory" wizard, navigate to C:\TDM-GCC-32. Now "Folder:" should be TDM-GCC-32. Click [Select a folder] in "Select directory" wizard.
10b. In Global compiler settings. Below red "Note:..." find "Program Files" > "Debuger". If text field reads "GDB/CDB debuger : Default", it's okay, click [OK]. If not, click the down arrow at the end of the field > choose "GDB/CDB debuger : Default". Check that text field is "GDB/CDB debuger : Default". Click [OK].
Go to Code Blocks > Settings > Debugger... . In Common window, left list, click "Default". If "Executable path:"'s text field is "C:\TDM-GCC-32\bin\gdb32.exe", it's okay, click [OK]. If not, click [...] button and navigate C: > TDM-GCC-32 > bin > click gdb32 (or gdb32.exe) file > click [open] in "Select executable file" wizard. "Executable path:" should be C:\TDM-GCC-32\bin\gdb32.exe. Click [OK]. Now you can debug your program.
If Debugger does not function, close Code Blocks and restart them.
Regards.
Hey guys I suggest a better way. Download "gdb.exe" from the Internet and copy it to the below path.
C:\MinGW\Bin
It's really works. I did it.
