Has development on Mutt (the e-mail client) ended? I can't figure it out from the Wiki page. How would I go about pushing a patch upstream if I had one? (so far, I just have something that works for me).
Incidentally: are there many people using it still nowadays? Why no development on it for months?
I looked here: http://dev.mutt.org/hg/mutt/
Fortunately, there's been quite some activity since your post:

I like Clojure the programming language. I'm interested in getting a list of companies that use Clojure for their development. Where can I get such a list?
Many companies are listed here: http://www.quora.com/Which-startups-are-using-Clojure
Also, large official list: http://dev.clojure.org/display/community/Clojure+Success+Stories

What are some intermediate level projects that include the use of Templates, Inheritance, STL should one try to learn their real use? I've read about them in the books but it just don't seem very interesting and it is easily forgettable stuff for me.

In sitecore one can use Web Forms for Marketers to create Forms. Is there a standard facility to create FAQ?
This would be fairly trivial functionality to build out using standard Sitecore templates/sublayouts/etc. It would be content, and thus doesn't need a plugin or module.
