Google is trying to charge $178 from my account, I don't even know what google console for, I don't even have a business, anyway can someone tell me how to cancel or deactivate google platform, because I don't need it. please
That is going to happen when you have test for something on Cloud console and forget to close that service or account.
In this case you can drop a massage to google cloud from your account.
You can submit a unknown charges billing form.

I have transferred my domain from Google to iCloud. Thus I cancelled my subscription to Google Workspace and would like to delete the domain and account.
In the admin console however, I cannot delete the account because of active projects: "You have active projects in Google Cloud Platform. You need to delete all GCP projects before you can delete this account.". I followed all guidelines I could find to determine any orphaned project in Cloud Console. There was no project anymore.
Since this morning I am not able to access the cloud console anymore. I get the error "We are sorry, but you have cancelled your subscription to Google Workspace. You will need to re-subscribe to Google Workspace in order to use Google Workspace services like Google Cloud Platform."
It seems I am a bit lost in the Cloud... Who can help me to handle this and ultimately delete the account?
Somehow the cloud services seemed to be turned off. I don't know how and why, but after enabling it again, the cloud console became available. And I managed to delete the account finally.
I got a warning about suspicious activity in my GCP billing account. GCP asked me to verify my payment method (credit card) by uploading the photo of the credit card and government issued ID card. I uploaded them then my account got suspended without reason. Anybody knows about this or knows who should I contact regarding this issue?
Thanks a lot
Unfortunately, StackOverflow community can do nothing with issues related to billing.
Please have a look at the documentation Cloud Billing Support:
All Google Cloud accounts get free billing and payments support. This
page tells you how to contact Cloud Billing Support if you need help
with your Cloud Billing account, and shows you where to get more
information about managing your billing account.
Cloud Billing Support is available in several regions and languages.
For information about support availability, see Google Cloud Support
Plans.
To solve your issue you should contact Google Cloud Support, it's free of charge for all billing related questions as a part of Basic support plan.
We have 5-7 servers in GCP and many other things in Google Stroge, but from yesterday, I find my google account is banned as some reason, so now I can not login my Google account, and can not login my GCP, we can not manage my servers and any other things. Even the servers are still running, but I can not manage them and I even can not see my spend or any other important thing.
I tried to connect to Google to get this account back, but after 2 days, Google give me the response that they reject to reopen it.
Any one met this issue before, for this GCP, I only have this google account can login to manage it. I can not find any solution in GCP support document, and there is no email address that I can send to get help.
As I know in the GCP panel, it allowed to add another Google account as an owner, but now I cannot login my old account, so I can not do it.
who can help us with it.
Thanks a lot!
Please try to communicate your issue to Google Cloud Platform through its Support. Contact the billing support team through a Support Ticket, Chat, Mail or Phone.
You may also report your issue with Issue Tracker. Please make sure to file your ticket under the right component.
When I use google cloud platform, trying to add someone to the project as owner, it tolds me that
The invite could not be sent as Google Cloud Platform is disabled for the account. Please contact the G Suite admin for the account to enable it.
This project is created by other people and I am the second onwer.
Does anyone have an idea about this?
Thanks
I would ask the GSuite Super Admin (for the domain of the person you are inviting) to look into GCP service in the Admin Console.
Sounds like GCP was intentionally disable for the organizaton or at user level
I created a google cloud instance for a client and handed over the details to them but now, they don't know the google console email address. They know the IP because the app deployed there is still running. It may be time to pay soon and not knowing the console detail means they will not be able to pay.
Is there a way to get the details from the IP address of the console instance?
Without being able to login to the Google Cloud Console, you will have problems.
Note: I am listing contact Google Support as a last example because you do not have paid Google Support. Google Support only offers billing question support for free. Since you cannot sign into the Google Cloud Console, you cannot sign up to pay for support. However, losing your login might qualify as billing support since you need to pay for your services to keep them running.
Techniques:
If you have access to a computer that has logged into the Google Cloud Console, try. A list of Google Accounts will be displayed to choose from. No guarantee, but usually people do not delete old accounts from Google Accounts. Try each one to access the Google Console. If you / they have forgotten the password, go thru the lost password process.
When you sign up for Google Cloud, emails are sent to the account email address. Have everyone do a search for Google Cloud. My welcome email came from CloudPlatform-noreply#google.com.
If you have created a Service Account, the json file will have the Project ID. This is globally unique and Google could lookup the account holder and send that person an email. Contact Google Support in this case.
If you have a system that you setup the gcloud tools on for this project, run the command gcloud auth list. This will display the authenticated accounts. Usually one of them is a Google Accounts account that can login to the Google Console.
Google Support can map the public IP address to an account. Contact Google Support in this case.
