I am trying to create a dashboard which has multiple visualizations(charts) out of which one is multiple small bar charts with 7 items and it is taking up the entire space. If I shrink the visual it is shrinking but giving me scroll bar and my business doesn't want a scroll option and want everything in one glance
Any way to shrink/compress the window or expand the Powerbi page or so? OR any way to shrink the small multiple bar charts visual to one real small and concise chart

On bar charts you can use the properties to help squeeze the most out of your screen space (see image below). However, if you find you are trying to squeeze too much on a screen, consider:
Reducing the amount of data to show, too much data is hard to consume
Using drill through and drill down (and training your audience how to use this)
Using tool tip visuals
Separate reports for separate audiences (maybe sales and production need two different views)
Using tables with conditional formatting to show bars.
Using matrices to have aggregations and drill downs.

I wanted a customizable visual of a bar chart or line chart that allows plotting the chart weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually. Unfortunately, no custom visualizations are available (as far as I can tell from my search), and Power BI does not give us any substitute visuals.

I tried various ways to get the type of chart I wanted, but nothing worked. Then I came across this alternative to the drill drown feature of charts for customised axis scales by Inkey Solutions but still, there were some limitations to it.

I tried creating this chart in Power BI into a stacked bar chart viz but that does not help.
I'd use two stacked bar charts. Add some text boxes if you need them. Use the 'Lock Objects' on the format page to stop things from moving around. Lock and hide the filter pane if you need to. Put a nice background behind it to create am impression.
Is it possible to show a subtitle in a power bi graph? I want to show the user that, this specific graph does contain drill-down(like the below-attached image).
If I add a hardcoded text box it is overlapping with the graph. Is there any way to show that the particular graph contains drill-down(like if I hove on the graph title, It should this contains drill-down)

Usually, if drill-down is available, it shows some navigation buttons on the top right of the graph, which is basically is an indicator that drill-down is available:

Another option, which I personally do not like, but that might work for you. You can create a measure which just displays some help text like "Drilldown is available" and you can place it to the "Tooltips" section of the graph. When user hovers the mouse over the graph data, he will see the tooltip with this text. Something like this:

I am creating two charts Line Chart and Donut Chart on same HTML Page using Google JS API. But these charts are not responsive. How can I make those charts as responsive?
The Google Charts API was probably not designed with responsiveness in mind, specifically. The default size of the chart is to fill the element it's being rendered into, so you can just use CSS and Media Queries like you would normally do to make a responsive design.
The only real problem is that once the chart is drawn, it doesn't change it's size in a desktop window resize-type scenario. In Angular Google Chart we listen for the window's resize event and redraw the chart.
I've seen some of the resize strategy paired with a bit of JavaScript to keep the chart the same aspect ratio no matter how wide it is.
Anything more specific will need a more detailed question. I am intentionally not including any code for this answer, because whatever I write will probably be wrong for your situation.
I'm trying to automate some PowerPoint charts, but I'm having problems preserving some formatting.
When I add a chart using a chart template, the chart doesn't use the slides color scheme, but rather the colors it was saved with. It doesn't help to change the color scheme for the slide - the chart isn't updated. To make the chart update to the color scheme of the slide, I have to clear formatting for the chart. The problem with doing this is that all font sizes are automatically set to 18pt. I cannot find any easy way restore the font sizes for the chart without saving all sizes before calling clear, and set them back after clearing.
Have you looked into using the Format Painter function it may or may not work depending on a variety of factors from my quick look on the net (google it for lots of articles).
Also if you've done one chart you should be able to copy the formatting from one chart to another using the paste special option as mentioned here http://www.pcreview.co.uk/forums/there-format-painter-equivalent-use-many-charts-t3611646.html .
