I have added a credit card and associated the billing account with my project. However, when I hit the Google Vision API with credentials associated with that project, I get the "Project XXXXX has billing disabled. Please enable it." Does anyone know if there are any tricks to get the project to recognize that billing has been added?
I had the same issue when running the iOS sample application. Make sure you have enabled the Google Cloud Vision API in the API Manager of the Google Cloud Platform console. Once I did this I still had the problem you described. I tried disabling/enabling, which did not help. However, after waiting roughly 24 hours the issue went away and the application is now working.

I have transferred my domain from Google to iCloud. Thus I cancelled my subscription to Google Workspace and would like to delete the domain and account.
In the admin console however, I cannot delete the account because of active projects: "You have active projects in Google Cloud Platform. You need to delete all GCP projects before you can delete this account.". I followed all guidelines I could find to determine any orphaned project in Cloud Console. There was no project anymore.
Since this morning I am not able to access the cloud console anymore. I get the error "We are sorry, but you have cancelled your subscription to Google Workspace. You will need to re-subscribe to Google Workspace in order to use Google Workspace services like Google Cloud Platform."
It seems I am a bit lost in the Cloud... Who can help me to handle this and ultimately delete the account?
Somehow the cloud services seemed to be turned off. I don't know how and why, but after enabling it again, the cloud console became available. And I managed to delete the account finally.
Google is trying to charge $178 from my account, I don't even know what google console for, I don't even have a business, anyway can someone tell me how to cancel or deactivate google platform, because I don't need it. please
That is going to happen when you have test for something on Cloud console and forget to close that service or account.
In this case you can drop a massage to google cloud from your account.
You can submit a unknown charges billing form.

The manager holds the account that provides billing to the said project, now I cannot go to Cloud Scheduler page due to my account not having a billing setup, therefore my workaround is to manually input the link directly to the page like this
https://console.cloud.google.com/cloudscheduler?project={PROJECT_ID}
but now it no longer work and throwing error page. Supposedly I am able to access "Cloud Scheduler" page regardless if the account I use does not have a billing setup since the billing was already made by other account on this shared the project right? Is anyone having the same issue as of this date? Any solution?
It seems the billing card that being used is no longer valid or having some issue.
I am using the same process with GCP with several projects, and never had this issue.
The issue
Not able to enable APIs (Cloud Run etc..)
Missing Required Permission
You are missing the required permission: billing.accounts.list
Some info
I am logged in as an Owner
The project has a Billing account linked
The Cloud Console Engineering team is aware of this issue as it has been reported a few days ago. A workaround by the engineering team was to enable them with the gcloud command tool.
A fix for the issue has been rolled out which should take effect at some point today to enable your API's but sometimes it takes some time to see the changes.
But probably you will be able to enable your API tomorrow.
We have 5-7 servers in GCP and many other things in Google Stroge, but from yesterday, I find my google account is banned as some reason, so now I can not login my Google account, and can not login my GCP, we can not manage my servers and any other things. Even the servers are still running, but I can not manage them and I even can not see my spend or any other important thing.
I tried to connect to Google to get this account back, but after 2 days, Google give me the response that they reject to reopen it.
Any one met this issue before, for this GCP, I only have this google account can login to manage it. I can not find any solution in GCP support document, and there is no email address that I can send to get help.
As I know in the GCP panel, it allowed to add another Google account as an owner, but now I cannot login my old account, so I can not do it.
who can help us with it.
Thanks a lot!
