ANT replace all tokens in file - replace

I'm trying to use ANT built-in (so no contrib) to create a configuration file.
What I want to do is if a property from a .properties file is set, ANT will replace the corresponding token in the configuration file.
But since I get 2 (or more) groups of properties, I first need to filter them.
For exemple :
build.properties :
test.p1=valueTestA
test.p2=valueTestB
prod.p2=valueProdA
prod.p3=valueProdB
base cfg file :
var1 = "#p1#";
var2 = "#p2#";
var3 = "#p3#";
In the end, depending if I use test or prod group of properties, only #p1# #p2#
OR #p2# #p3# will be replaced (and other ignored)
I tried to use <propertyref> and <mapper> to filter but it looks like I'm doing it really wrong.
Any idea to help me to do this ?

declaring the Filter alone is not enough,
you should use something like
<filter filtersfile="build.properties"/>
<copy file="basecfgfile" tofile="${dest.file}" filtering="true" />
and in that case, mind that the token text would need to match i.e. 'p1' instead of 'prod.p1'.
Any particular reason or constraint why not to use ant-contrib?

how can i remove (only) the "XX-XX-XXXXX_" Part in certain values of a column in SSIS but WITHOUT affecting values that doesn't have this format? For example "21-05-2022_12345678" = "12345678" but the other values i don't want them affected. This are just examples of many rows from this column so i want only the ones that have this format to be affected.
SELECT REVERSE(substring(REVERSE('09-03-2022_13481330'),0,CHARINDEX('_',REVERSE('09-03-2022_13481330'),0)))
result
13481330
but this also affects others values.Also this is in ssms not ssis because i am not sure how to transform this expression in ssis code.
Update : Corrected code in SSIS goes as following:
(FINDSTRING(IDENTIFIER,"__-__-____[_]",1) == 1) ? SUBSTRING(IIDENTIFIER,12,LEN(IDENTIFIER) - 11) : IDENTIFIER
Do you have access to the SQL source? You can do this on the sql by using a LIKE and crafting a match pattern using the single char wildcard _ please see below example
DECLARE #Value VARCHAR(50) = '09-03-2022_13481330'
SELECT CASE WHEN #Value LIKE '__-__-____[_]%' THEN
SUBSTRING(#Value,12,LEN(#Value)-11) ELSE #Value END
Please see the Microsoft Documentation on LIKE and using single char wildcards
If you don't have access to the source SQL it gets a bit more tricky as you might need to use regex in a script task or maybe there is a expression you can apply

Search for an item in a text file using UIMA Ruta

I have been trying to search for an item which is there in a text file.
The text file is like
Eg: `
>HEADING
00345
XYZ
MethodName : fdsafk
Date: 23-4-2012
More text and some part containing instances of XYZ`
So I did a dictionary search for XYZ initially and found the positions, but I want only the 1st XYZ and not the rest. There is a property of XYZ that , it will always be between the 5 digit code and the text MethondName .
I am unable to do that.
WORDLIST ZipList = 'Zipcode.txt';
DECLARE Zip;
Document
Document{-> MARKFAST(Zip, ZipList)};
DECLARE Method;
"MethodName" -> Method;
WORDLIST typelist = 'typelist.txt';
DECLARE type;
Document{-> MARKFAST(type, typelist)};
Also how do we use REGEX in UIMA RUTA?
There are many ways to specify this. Here are some examples (not tested):
// just remove the other annotations (assuming type is the one you want)
type{-> UNMARK(type)} ANY{-STARTSWITH(Method)};
// only keep the first one: remove any annotation if there is one somewhere in front of it
// you can also specify this with POSISTION or CURRENTCOUNT, but both are slow
type # #type{-> UNMARK(type)}
// just create a new annotation in between
NUM{REGEXP(".....")} #{-> type} #Method;
There are two options to use regex in UIMA Ruta:
(find) simple regex rules like "[A-Za-z]+" -> Type;
(matches) REGEXP conditions for validating the match of a rule element like
ANY{REGEXP("[A-Za-z]+")-> Type};
Let me know if something is not clear. I will extend the description then.

AutoHotkey RegExReplace with math

I am trying to change all instances of a number in an xml file. The constant 45 should be added to the number.
Temp is the following text:
<rownum value="1">
<backupapplication>HP Data Protector</backupapplication>
<policy>AUTDR12_Daily</policy>
<policytype>FileSystem</policytype>
<dataretained>31</dataretained>
<fullbackup>7</fullbackup>
<backuptime>0.17</backuptime>
<retentionperiod>Short</retentionperiod>
<peakmbps>11</peakmbps>
<backupcategory>Fulls & Fulls</backupcategory>
</rownum>
<rownum value="2">
<backupapplication>HP Data Protector</backupapplication>
<policy>AUTP_Appl_Monthly</policy>
<policytype>FileSystem</policytype>
<dataretained>268</dataretained>
<fullbackup>91</fullbackup>
<backuptime>2.31</backuptime>
<retentionperiod>Long</retentionperiod>
<peakmbps>12</peakmbps>
<backupcategory>Fulls & Fulls</backupcategory>
</rownum>
I tried the following code:
NeedleRegEx = <rownum value="(\d+)">
Replacement = <rownum value="($1+45)">
Temp := RegExReplace(Temp, NeedleRegEx, Replacement)
But this changes it into
<rownum value="1+45">
while I want
<rownum value="46">
How do I do this in AutoHotKey?
RegEx aren't designed to evaluate mathematical expressions. There are some languages, in which you can use a replacing function that can do dynamic replacements (e.g. JavaScript). But no such luck in AHK.
Using RegEx for the purpose of parsing XML documents isn't good practice anyway. I suggest using an XML parser instead. For AHK, you can utilize a COM object of MSXML2.DOMDocument. Here's an example (and further references) of how to use it: http://www.autohotkey.com/board/topic/56987-com-object-reference-autohotkey-v11/page-2#entry367838.
What you want to do is parse your XML to a DOM document and loop over every rownum tag. Now, you can retrieve the value attribute, increment it, and overwrite the attribute with the new value.
Update
To the code you've posted in the comments: There were some minor mistakes and one big mistake. The big mistake was trying to parse non-valid XML. You can check your XML files by feeding them to a formatter/validator. The loadXml()method will return false if there was a parsing error. The method obj.saveXML() does not exist. If you want to retrieve the document's string representation, simply access its xml property: obj.xml. If you want to save it to a file, there's the built-in method save(filepath).
Here's my suggestion for a clean approach (yes, you CAN use meaningful variable names!):
doc := ComObjCreate("MSXML2.DOMDocument.6.0")
if(!doc.loadXml(xmlString)) {
msgbox % "Hey! That's no valid XML!"
ExitApp
}
rownums := doc.getElementsByTagName("rownum")
Loop % rownums.length
{
rownum := rownums.item(A_Index-1)
value := rownum.getAttribute("value")
value += 45
rownum.setAttribute("value", value)
}
doc.save("myNewFile.xml")

Regex code how to filter all names that contain only numbers and end with .jpg and/or _number.jpg?

How to filter all names that consist of numbers and end with .jpg and/or _number.jpg?
Background info:
In SSIS 2008 I have a foreach loop that will store the filename into a variable for all jpg files. The enumorator configuration for Files is currently: *.jpg
This will handle all jpg files.
What is the code so it will only handle names likes?:
3417761506233.jpg
3417761506233_1.jpg
5414233177487.jpg
5414233177487_1.jpg
5414233177487_14.jpg
but not names like:
abc.jpg
abc123.jpg
def.png
456.png
The numbers represent EAN codes by the way.
I thought about this code:
\d|_|.jpg
but SSIS returns an error stating there are no files that meet the criteria eventhough the files(names) are in the folder.
You could use a Script Task within the loop to do the regex filtering:
http://microsoft-ssis.blogspot.com/2012/04/regex-filter-for-foreach-loop.html
Or you could use a (free) Third Party Enumerator:
http://microsoft-ssis.blogspot.com/2012/04/custom-ssis-component-foreach-file.html
For that, you can use the following regex:
^\d+(_\d+)?.jpg$
Demo: http://regex101.com/r/qC7oV3
^(\d+(?:_\d+)?\.jpg$)
DEMO --> http://regex101.com/r/dM9rJ7
Matches:
3417761506233.jpg
3417761506233_1.jpg
5414233177487.jpg
5414233177487_1.jpg
5414233177487_14.jpg
Excludes:
abc.jpg
abc123.jpg

How to read semicolon separated certain values from a QString?

I am developing an application using Qt/KDE. While writing code for this, I need to read a QString that contains values like ( ; delimited)
<http://example.com/example.ext.torrent>; rel=describedby; type="application/x-bittorrent"; name="differentname.ext"
I need to read every attribute like rel, type and name into a different QString. The apporach I have taken so far is something like this
if (line.contains("describedby")) {
m_reltype = "describedby" ;
}
if (line.contains("duplicate")) {
m_reltype = "duplicate";
}
That is if I need to be bothered only by the presence of an attribute (and not its value) I am manually looking for the text and setting if the attribute is present. This approach however fails for attributes like "type" and name whose actual values need to be stored in a QString. Although I know this can be done by splitting the entire string at the delimiter ; and then searching for the attribute or its value, I wanted to know is there a cleaner and a more efficient way of doing it.
As I understand, the data is not always an URL.
So,
1: Split the string
2: For each substring, separate the identifier from the value:
id = str.mid(0,str.indexOf("="));
value = str.mid(str.indexOf("=")+1);
You can also use a RegExp:
regexp = "^([a-z]+)\s*=\s*(.*)$";
id = \1 of the regexp;
value = \2 of the regexp;
I need to read every attribute like rel, type and name into a different QString.
Is there a gurantee that this string will always be a URL?
I wanted to know is there a cleaner and a more efficient way of doing it.
Don't reinvent the wheel! You can use QURL::queryItems which would parse these query variables and return a map of name-value pairs.
However, make sure that your string is a well-formed URL (so that QURL does not reject it).
