Accessing Docs in Secure Google Docs Bucket via PHP

I have a project where I want to store docs in a Google Cloud Bucket. These docs should not be publicly accessible. Right now, I am able to place documents in the bucket, but I can't seem to figure out how to retrieve them while keeping the bucket secure. *If I open up access to "allUsers", the docs load fine. However, I want these docs to only be accessible if they are using the system.
I'm sure I'm not the first person to want to do this, but I can't seem to come up with an answer on Google.
I have hit dead ends for days now, so please help! *To be clear, I do not have any code to show. Thanks
The answer of #DanielOcando is right if "they are using the system" means that they are accessing directly GCP. For this answer, I'm assuming that "your system" is an application that you are developing or something similar.
For this approach, the safest method is to use signed URL's This will let your users access your documents without the need to have a Google account, you can also set an expire time for this URL's to control how much time the user can be using the documents.

How can I disable editing of a list item in a SharePoint List?

So i have a list on Sharepoint.
The point of the list is that only administrators can edit the documents and upload them. The rest of the users are going to be able to see the document exmpl. Title ( Ok so i hid couple of columns and made it so that only the name of the file is shown, but not the link to the document).
The issue is that users can select the item and edit them (I don't wnat that), they can also download them (not exceptable either).
Any idea how to solve this?
Things to check:
What are the users permissions? You mentioned that they can edit documents so they might have contribute permissions. Check the permissions by going to the Ribbon > Library tab > Library Permissions. Users need to have at least Contribute/Edit permissions to be able to edit documents in SharePoint.
Who are the members of the Contribute group? Is "Everyone" added there? If so, every user will be able to edit documents.
Is the library inheriting permissions from the site? One possible solution (not great) is to break the library inheritance and grant users/SharePoint group with Read-Only/View permission.
Is there any custom permission level granting the users ability to Edit documents? -> "https://yoursite/_layouts/15/role.aspx" will show you what permission level you have on that Site Collection.

Integrating Symfony3 & AWS S3 with user permissions

I know there is likely to be documentation out there somewhere but I have been drowning in Google searches trying to get my head around this!
I am working on my first Symfony project and I have a requirement to store files on AWS S3. There are three categories of file I am storing:
Type 1 - This should be accessible to anyone (although only on a request from my website).
Type 2 - This should be accessible to certain users. The list of users will change from time to time (friends list).
Type 3 - This should be accessible to the creating user and at times other users when accessed from a specific page.
I user the FOSUserBundle to handle my user authentication in my project.
At this time I'm lost in a sea of "IAM" users, "ACL" policies and I really don't know how to set something like this up - or if it's even possible. I also have the Gaufrette and liip/imagine-bundle bundles installed in Symfony (so I could add watermarks and resize)
Any help or resources that would point me in the right direction would be grateful.

Edit (21st Feb 2017
OK, so based on my further reading and the comment below I believe I can simplify what I need to do:
I want to have a bucket on AWS S3 which is restricted so that:
Files can only be read by a request from my domain, that provides a security token of some sort.
That will mean that even if the HTTP referred is spoofed a request to the S3 file will be declined as the token was not sent...
So, the question is - is this possible? If so, how should I proceed?
Thanks,

Please do not mix your project users with IAM users. Those things are completely separated. You need only one IAM user, which will upload files of all users of your PHP app. Any logic should be written in Symfony.

is it possible to use Facebook Graph API to get just my own wall posts

I just want to know if it's possible to do the following:
To display some wall posts from my own facebook account in a php web page, without going through the granting-permission in the user interface level? Because from what I know, you need an access token to use the API, and to get an access token, you need to go through the granting-permission UI. So I am feeling impossible here.
I got my app ID and secret code ready, I just want to know for sure if what I want to implement is even possible to begin with.
Actually, you could change your privacy permissions so that your wall is completely public. The API is then able to access public information without being granted user authorization.
I was also searching the same, as I want to implement it in my project. Now I've got the answer of this. Yes, you can get posts as well as comments from your wall. If you want more details about same, comment below mentioning my name. :)

Sharepoint List, users only view their own Items

I'm using Sharepoint 2010 and I have a list where I want users to only be able to see their own list items. I have already gone into the advanced list settings and set Item-level permissions so they could only read their own items, but it doesn't work.
The users are set to contribute permissions.
Thanks for the help!
Ethan
So I figured it out. There was nothing wrong with what I had, but under the server administration panel, all users had full read audit, or something like that so they had full read of the content no matter what the rest of the permissions where.
This should be done by Item-level Permissions
