I'm using a VISA debit card. I have tried 3 times. My payment was successful but after that, every time I'm getting an error. This action couldn’t be completed. Try again later. [OR-BSBBF-103]
Please tell me what type of card I have to use.
There could be a few reasons, Kindly Check below Conditions :
As you are using a Debit card make sure to have international transaction acceptance . Kindly Check with your Card Provider.
If you tried many times then create a new gmail account which was never used for gcp .
Note: if you already used your card for GCP, then It should not have any credit balance with gcp bills. Clear if any remaining in other accounts.
Refer this official doc for Payment methods.
Edit-1 :
As per the official doc I can see below information with respect to the debit card:
When you enter a debit card as your form of payment, Google checks whether your issuing bank approves subscriptions or recurring payments using that card. If your bank does not approve, this card will not work for automatic recurring payments.
Also requested to create a free tier account via Incognito Mode or else try to clear the cookies , make sure that you don't have any ad blockers , Pop up blockers while doing this and have a try. Refer this Billing verification link
If you encounter any further issues related to this, You can contact Cloud Billing support.
since an hour or so I'm stuck in creating a GCP billing account.
I can go all way (providing phone number, address, credit card info) >> do the credit card security check. But right after I confirm the security code for my credit card the regarding popup closes and I'm stuck on the tab "Step 2 of 2 - Free Trial - Google Cloud Platform" with a turning wheel indicating that something is processed ...
Tried several times in Chrome and Safari. Updated my Credit Card App (DKB).
Any suggestions?
Best regards
I had the same issue, try doing the process again with a separate browser, I got through to step 3 and successfully created the account within minutes. I initially used Google, but then retried with Microsoft Edge and it worked. Hope this helps.
reaching out to the billing team by filing a billing support request at [1] will be the best place to ask for assistance for your situation.

Then I tried Opera and it worked
I get the Spark plan for Google startups. And here https://cloud.google.com/developers/startups it says that I have G Suite Credits, for up to 10 users.
How/Where can I redeem this feature?
It means you have a G-Suite Basic plan you should use the SIGN UP wizard from the link I added, this will give you a free 14-day trial from there you can create a Support Case with G-Suite to make the corresponding changes to your subscription plan.
Or else open a Case with GCP (from GCP Portal "Support > Cases) and let them route it to the proper team since you already have the startup credits you are entitled to receive Support.
I created two virtual machine instances. After the trial they disappear. I already search in the compute engine menu but i can't find anything. Do you know if i can recover them or what can i do?.
After your trial ends, the resources you created during the trial are stopped, but can be restored if you upgrade to a paid account within 30 days.
Within that 30-day period, you can also contact Google Billing Support to export any data you stored in Google GCP services (other than on Compute Engine). After 30 days, your data and resources are not available, even if you upgrade.
You can find more detail at this link.
Update: 2020-12-18
I just have had a chat with google billing support. They confirm that they remove data after 30 days as state here https://cloud.google.com/free/docs/gcp-free-tier#end (They gave me this link )
After the VMs are removed , they will gone forever. You cannot do anything about it.
And they also said that they DO NOT give any email warning that the service is ending and the VMs will be removed.
Very surprised about this and this is like a problem for at least 2 years. And they do nothing about it. It is just one email and very very important one!
They also said "we will send a feedback to our engineering team regarding this incident" Hope that their engineering team will create this email next time.
However, if you have a paid account, it will be different. You will get a warning email ( just one , as I understand) and you will have 7 + 30 days before your vm will be deleted. This is from the chat:
If the account missed a payment, the billing account will go to "Delinquent Status" and after 7 days, the account will be suspended and the service will be interrupted. Which means, the VM's will stop to function.
Once the account is in a delinquent status, the moment it was entered delinquency, you'll receive a notice via email that you need to update the form of payment to remove the delinquency, if not, the account will be suspended.
Once it's suspended, the project will start to go to the period when the project needs to be link to an active account within 30 days, otherwise, the data and resources are gradually deleted from the project if not linked to a working billing account in a span of 30 days.
After the 30 day recovery period, all resources on the project are fully deleted and there are no more means of recovering them, that's what will happen and the stages will experience "if" the account missed a payment or when the card link in the account expires.
As I understand , it will be one email only.
i used my uncle's credit card to signup with google cloud platform for free tier avaliance .It is not verifying cvc/ccv but it charged 50 ruppes for verification then i cancel it and it automatically redirects to project creation and a project also created. After some time it shows in upper part that your project violate our policy and giving a form documentation for verification. country-INDIA, cc-HDFC BANK
In the official documentation says this:
After signing up, you might notice a $0-1 transaction from Google, which is a pending authorization request between our billing system and the bank that issued your credit or debit card. Authorizations might be converted to local currency by your bank, and these transactions might appear as pending on your statement for up to a month. Please keep in mind they are authorization requests only, not actual charges.
That means it is not a real charge just a check.
If you have any other doubt about it, talk with your bank or contact to Google Cloud Billing Support
