In talend DI, tmap component, I need to pass value to target file from source when a another column value is not between 53 and 100 and another column value is not equal to "POOL".
I need to check these conditions. Can anyone help to solve this problem ?
In Filter section of target schema in tMap component, write
(row1.column2 > 53 && row1.column2 < 100) && (!row1.column3.equals("POOL"))
and assign row1.column1 to target schema column.
Hope this helps...
You can try like this....
arrange tmap settings as,
the condition in expression filter is
!(row1.newColumn >53 && row1.newColumn<100)&& (!row1.newColumn1 .equals("POOL"))
then u can get required result..
here i take the following as input..
20;A
30;POOL
40;C
50;D
60;POOL
100;G
110;POOL
then i got result as,

Hello, I have this issue in PBI and I don't understand why ?
tes2 = CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT(V_PBI_EOY[DATE_YYYYMMDD]),KEEPFILTERS([#DELTA_ORG_ACTUALS_METHOD_1] > [#DELTA_ORG_ACTUALS] || [#DELTA_ORG_ACTUALS_METHOD_1] > 1.149))
Someone can help me ?
Thank you
The error says you are using a function in a boolean condition.
E.g. [#DELTA_ORG_ACTUALS_METHOD_1], which looks like a measure (function) should be a column reference ('Table'[Column]).

how can i remove (only) the "XX-XX-XXXXX_" Part in certain values of a column in SSIS but WITHOUT affecting values that doesn't have this format? For example "21-05-2022_12345678" = "12345678" but the other values i don't want them affected. This are just examples of many rows from this column so i want only the ones that have this format to be affected.
SELECT REVERSE(substring(REVERSE('09-03-2022_13481330'),0,CHARINDEX('_',REVERSE('09-03-2022_13481330'),0)))
result
13481330
but this also affects others values.Also this is in ssms not ssis because i am not sure how to transform this expression in ssis code.
Update : Corrected code in SSIS goes as following:
(FINDSTRING(IDENTIFIER,"__-__-____[_]",1) == 1) ? SUBSTRING(IIDENTIFIER,12,LEN(IDENTIFIER) - 11) : IDENTIFIER
Do you have access to the SQL source? You can do this on the sql by using a LIKE and crafting a match pattern using the single char wildcard _ please see below example
DECLARE #Value VARCHAR(50) = '09-03-2022_13481330'
SELECT CASE WHEN #Value LIKE '__-__-____[_]%' THEN
SUBSTRING(#Value,12,LEN(#Value)-11) ELSE #Value END
Please see the Microsoft Documentation on LIKE and using single char wildcards
If you don't have access to the source SQL it gets a bit more tricky as you might need to use regex in a script task or maybe there is a expression you can apply
enter image description here
Input-
Code value Min Max
A abc 10 null
A abc Null 20
Output-
Code value Min Max
A abc 10 20
You can use an aggregator transformation to remove nulls and get single row. I am providing solution based on your data only.
use an aggregator with below ports -
inout_Code (group by)
inout_value (group by)
in_Min
in_Max
out_Min= MAX(in_Min)
out_Max = MAX(in_Max)
And then attach out_Min, out_Max, code and value to target.
You will get 1 record for a combination of code and value and null values will be gone.
Now, if you have more than 4/5/6/more etc. code,value combinations and some of min, max columns are null and you want multiple records, you need more complex mapping logic. Let me know if this helps. :)
I'm trying to highlight a row if the number of blank cells between say, C1 and E1 = 3
and then copy this down for every row.
I've tried using:
=IF(COUNTBLANK($C1:$E1)=3)
But it's not working, can anybody help?
Under conditional formatting, your formula should be the following based on what you've given. The reason is conditional format is trying to see the result as TRUE or False. The IF statement is trying to tell the computer what to do when it's TRUE or FALSE.
COUNTBLANK($C1:$E1)=3
if you want to use IF you will need to do it like this:
=IF(COUNTBLANK($C1:$E1)=3, 1)
I'm trying to create "Sale Rep" summaries by "Shop", where I can simply filter a column by the rep's name, them populate a total sales for each shop next to the relevant filter result.
I'm using this to filter all the Stores by Scott:
=(filter(D25:D47,A25:A47 = "Scott"))
Next, want to associate the Store/Account in F to populate with the corresponding value of E inside of G. So, G25 should populate the value of E25 ($724), G26 with E26 ($822), and F27 with E38 ($511.50)
I don't know how to write the formula correctly, but something like this is what I'm trying to do: =IF(F25=D25:D38),E25 I know that's not right, and it won't work in a fill down. But I'm basically trying to look for and copy over the correct value match of D and E inside of G. So, Misty Mountain Medicince in F27 will be matched to the value of E38 and populated in G27.
The filter is what's throwing me off, because it's not a simple fill down. And I don't know how to match filtered results from one column to a matched value in another.
Hope the screenshot helps. Screenshot of table:
Change Field Rep: Scott to Scott and you might apply:
=query(A25:E38,"select D,E where A='"&F24&"'")
// Enter the following into G25 and copy down column G
=(filter(E25:E47, D25:D47 = F25))
or
// Enter the following into G25 will expand with content in F upto row 47
=ArrayFormula(IF(F25:F47 <> 0, VLOOKUP(F25:F47, D25:E47, 2, FALSE),))
